The food is almost always very tasty and better quality for fast food. I was not thrilled when I specifically asked the cashier if the small chicken soup price was the same as the chicken tortilla. She of course told me it was so I ordered the tortilla soup, which is delicious. The chicken tortilla soup is $1.50 more than chicken noodle. It's not about the price difference but the fact that I asked specifically and was told incorrectly that gets aggravating. I also ordered a Cobb salad but was told by a supervisor that I was not permitted to have a third dressing for my salad. Is a third dressing gonna bankrupt a place with lines around the building all day and 20 people working on a Wednesday evening? Why not just give the guy the dressing and not argue the point and just say my pleasure? I let my teens pic and ate what was left, but we're on vacation, won't be coming back to this location, and have been given the wrong stuff with no course of favorable action to take. I do not understand the negative reviews for this CFA. This place is always a straight-up madhouse. You should expect to have a lengthy drive-thru wait. However, all things considered, the staff gets the job done as quickly as they can - and they are always so polite. I have never had any issues with my orders being incorrect (but I always check my bag before pulling away from the window). You can't beat CFA in my eyes. From the chicken, to the mac and cheese and milkshakes - everything is delicious. Please don't ever get rid of the kale crunch side salad! I love the tangy apple cider and Dijon dressing on top. Usually In my experience if the line is long it's because of other customers not knowing what they want. This location is also building a 3rd drive through line. Chick-fil-a is known for their chicken sandwiches, but I'll tell you, my favorite entrée by far is the Market salad. Every time I order it, the ingredients are ALWAYS of high quality and it tastes so fresh. The lettuce is crisp, and the chicken is tender. The strawberries are never overripe, apples are crunchy, the blueberries add just the right amount of extra pop and the blue cheese crumbles are plentiful. And that apple cider vinaigrette really balances the whole thing! You don't even need the extra toppings if you ask me, it's perfect just like that. The portion size is also great, leaving me full and happy. Its one of those salads you order because you want to and not just because you're trying to eat healthy. I'm also very impressed with their kid's meals. I order my son the grilled chicken nuggets and they are so juicy and flavorful and again, the fruit salad that comes with it if you choose that as your side is so fresh. A great vegetarian option is the Cobb salad with no meat (normally comes with chicken and bacon bits). I had it with the avocado lime ranch dressing and it was very tasty! Quite impressed with this salad considering it's from a fast food joint. It had red leaf lettuce, spinach, shredded red cabbage, roasted corn, and juicy sweet grape tomatoes. The dressing was nice and creamy (since it's a ranch base plus it had avocado) with a nice touch of tang from the lime. It comes with a package of charred tomatoes and red bell peppers which acts like croutons for the salad. It was really good and tasted a lot like bbq chips lol. It certainly helped add flavour and crunch to the salad. My order was made wrong but they quickly made me a new salad. The service here was wonderful! When we arrived there were two line of cars wrapped around the building. We thought, oh no did we make a mistake coming here.
