This Chick-fil-A is more ghetto than the ones in the actual ghetto. I've been to many locations in all types of areas as it's my favorite fast food so I was quite disappointed that today was my most frustrating experience. I was going to give it 1 star, but I gave 2 because the outside order takers were polite. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong order at the window. Not only was the order wrong, the wait to get my correct order didn't seem to be prioritized... Once I got my "correct" order, I noticed they gave me a small fry instead of large.... and to top it off, the fries were so brown and hard to the point where they shouldn't have been served to anyone. I'm actually shocked that they are serving this to people because I'd imagine most Chick-Fil-A's would throw out an overcooked batch. Because I was so frustrated and tired of waiting, I didn't want to go back a second time to cause a scene. Especially because the manager seemed to be more irritated than his employees and I didn't want tension to rise over food... I understand that due to Covid everything is outside so they may feel a little overwhelmed with the long lines, however, I've been to many locations during Covid and had a much better experience so I can't really cut them too much slack for that. The least they could do is make sure that the name on the bag matches the name of the person. They didn't even seem like they wanted to help me get my order right and they were just ready for me to go away with my wrong order so that they can get to the next customer. And I wasn't the only one as there were three other cars parked beside mine waiting for their correct order as well. You would think that with the manager being there, things will be better but no. 8/15/16 @930pm I used the mobile app to order a quick bite to eat on my way home. Pulled up about 9:45pm and waited in the assigned parking space. Upon receiving my order, the young lady who brought it out, was unusually perturbed. She didn't not greet me , as I greeted her when she approached the car. I thanked her for my food and she still didn't part her lips (mute)to say the customary, " My Pleasure" and gave me a killer "side eye". I called later and spoke with the MOD, who was very apologetic but had that young team member simply put on her game face and provided me with a hello and my pleasure at a minimum, I wouldn't be skeptical about returning to CF at the BLVD... Fact about my visit: 1. I could have gone to a CF in Montgomery County, near my job but I chose to patronize business in my community... This chick-fil-a is closest to where I live and is ALWAYS crowded. Nonetheless, the staff is very pleasant and attentive. Food is great :)

I go to this location on a regular basis and sometimes use them for our company's large catering order. Today I informed "Brianna" the cashier at the window that our orders were the wrong size and wanted to exchange it for the requested size. You would think I personally accused her of something. Her immediate answer was "Well, that's what we charged you for." I was shocked as Chick-fil-A NEVER treats people like this. I asked her could she please just change it out for what I asked for and was willing to pay for the upgrade, but she never offered that option. What she did was forcefully through our fries in the trash, rolled her eyes, yelled out, "Can somebody get me some Large fries?" Mind you, I'm the paying customer and nothing is coming out of her pocket. Then they passed me a cookies and cream milkshake when I asked for chocolate. Once Brianna saw that the order was still wrong, she continued to blow her breath, roll her eyes and become extremely unprofessional. I immediately asked for the manager, he came to the window and I explained what had just happened. He was very nice and asked me what I wanted and told someone to make it for me. He turns and talks softly to Brianna to tell her this NOT how to treat a customer, trying to embarrass her but that went nowhere. She starts talking loudly to her BOSS and says loud enough for me to hear, " I didn't even say anything to her!" No matter how he tried to get her to relax, she obviously had no respect for him because she never stopped talking. As we drove off, I hear her call me an obscene name. Now I am a grown woman and this girl was a child! A disrespectful child but still a child. Maybe this location should take better care when hiring these teenagers with no professionalism or work experience. I am waiting for a call back from the owner to see what his resolution is and if there is no follow up, this location and all future business for my company will be canceled! As the only Chick-fil-A in my area, it's ALWAYS busy here! However, I can always count on great service and accountability from staff to ensure an efficient experience. I recently visited during a busy weekend, and placed two orders. Needless to say, one of my orders was missing from the bag when pulling off from the drive-thru. (I know, I should of triple-checked my bag). I parked my car and went inside. It felt great that the staff was accountable for missing part of the meal, instead of pointing the finger. Chick-fil-A does an amazing job with their customer service training. I always emphasized the company as being the Apple of the fast food industry. Anyways, I received the rest of my order in a timely manner and was on my way. Staff was efficient and apologetic for missing the items from my order. This chick Fil a has the fastest service I've ever seen. The line can be long but I get out in less than 5 minutes.

This one is in a prime location but the cashiers need a daily cheering section. Today I could barely get a sincere greeting and once I paid I got no more even after I said thank you. You usually have to wait 5 plus minutes for your food. I'm a huge advocate for great customer service and this place needs improvement. However, the drive thru clerks are usually pretty good but 15 car wait deters you from going in there. read more

I love Chickfila. This location's drive thru is very slow. My fries were cold and looked like they were half eaten. My milkshake was all on the sides of my cup. I got a grilled chicken club. The chicken was cold and the cheese was barely melted. Oh and the chicken tasted like someone dumped a bottle of black pepper on it. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. read more

bad customer service for a chick fil a, it was somewhat packed (drive thru & walk in) when I went, but I received the correct order in less than 15-ish minutes. the food was hot and fresh...the only complaint I have is the customer service. Most of the staff fail to say "my pleasure" (because that's what CFA's known for). nobody happily greets you and it seems like they don't wanna be there. We went to this Chick-Fil-A about an hour before the U2 concert last night and they were absolutely packed to the gills yet they managed to get us our food in under 5 minutes. This location is the WORST I've ever been to in my entire life. Not only are the staff extremely rude, but they also mess up your order every single time! When you go back to get it fixed, they catch an attitude. Absolutely ridiculous! I would drive out my way to go to this location but after today I'll stick to my neighborhood chick fil a. At 10:40 they were still serving breakfast , I wanted lunch . Ordered anyways since I drove out my way. The order taker told me a price that was different when I went to the window . Literally just came from this location. I ordered a number 1 with lettuce and and a sweet tea. Well, my sandwich doesn't have pickles(which is a standard unless you ask otherwise) and my sweet tea was just a tea(no where near sweet). I'll make sure i never visit this location again. Never again. I will not be coming back to this chick fil a. I rather starve myself. I ordered my food at 11:30 I got there five minutes later and parked near the drive-through parking (I admit that was my fault).I waited for my food for 30 minutes and I never received a notification stating my food was ready. At 12:05 the restaurant called me, asked me where I was parked and told me I needed to come around to the front so they could give me my food. If you know where I'm parked just bring me my food. I go to the front of the restaurant and I park in the curbside parking and once I did an African American lady with locs came out she asked me what my name was and handed me my food and said "thank you for your service".I looked in my bag to make sure the food was correct and I was about to ask for sauces since I didn't order it in my app and by the time I was going to get her attention she was opening the door to go back inside I decided to write a review in the mobile app for Chick-fil-A about my service and I received a phone call from the restaurant and it just so happens that the lady that handed me my food was a manager and she starts to have an attitude with me. I told her that I was waiting for 30 minutes no one contacted me about my food, the app didn't notify me that my food . She had to nerve to ask me if I was still there, lady I went to you restaurant about two hours ago. I'm out and about. If you saw I was wrong parking space you should've called me the first time you made an attempt to bring my food. You do not wait till the fourth attempt to finally notify the customer that something is wrong. Stopped at this location on way home from vacation with my family of 6. Busy place, but service was efficient and friendly. Team members even came to the table to remove our trash and ask if we needed refills on our drinks. I had to give one star because I expect more out of managers/supervisors ( blue shirt!). So the employee took my order and my name and the manager filled my order. Good thing I was standing back paying attention because she put it in the bag ( the manager/supervisor) tossed it up on the counter and that was it!!
