Worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. The drive-thru was a complete mess -- lanes merged with no warning and one lane was totally closed cars would not let you merge into the open lane. Inside, the woman at the counter, who seemed to be the shift manager, couldn't find my confirmed order and was unhelpful when I asked to cancel it. I had to figure it out myself -- and my bank account was still charged . Disorganized, chaotic, and frustrating. Will never return to this location. read more

We hit the drive through last minute on the way to an event. Our order was taken quickly but it took over 20 minutes until it was ready. The kid handing the completed orders to cars had zero sense of urgency and was just leaning against the wall chatting with the kitchen staff. The food was cold and bread stale. While continuing my reviews of Fast-Food establishments, today, we stopped at Chick Fil-A for a late lunch. My wife had the chicken sandwich combo with Waffle fries, and I had the 3-piece chicken strip combo with mac 'n' cheese. Both of our meals were good. Since I am a drumstick/thigh kind of a chicken guy, my meal could have been much better with a choice of a dark chicken meat option. Service was excellent. read more

I really try not to get political or religious about things, and certainly not when suffering a meal at a fast food restaurant. In a world that seems to be picking sides, one might be faced with supporters or haters with little more evidence to evaluate your convictions than the food you eat or the "hobby store" you frequent to purchase wood glue and pipe cleaners. But sufficient for a day is its own evil (or so the Good Book says), and ultimately, a chicken sandwich eaten here on an errant Tuesday 720 miles from home won't affect the price of tea in China. Once it's established as a given in the equation that a customer here bears no additional grace or morality for having selected this establishment for semi-dry breaded chicken on a lowest-bid supplier bun with pennies-on-the-dollar lettuce and pickles... you can quickly ascertain the ultimate and summative experience of dining here: largely teenage staff muddled by grown-ups trying to support a family on a fast food restaurant income; edible but certainly not fancy food wrapped in paper and stuffed into a brown paper bag for your in-car dining pleasure; highly profitable fountain drinks that cost dollars to buy and pennies to supply; and a long drive thru line. At least they don't give you straw-grief like our restaurants in California. Don't know when I'll be back in LC, and if I don't see this place by chance, I won't think of looking for it. read more

hi my name is rose, today I was doordashing and I was doordashing with my 14 year old daughter, she usually gets down at chic fil a because I know she's safe and im on call with her, it has never been a problem with the employees, I sent her down like usual and at the first order they didn't mind her getting down, we got another chic fil a one she got down they helped her and told her to go wait at the pickup area because it's not done, then this old lady that I don't even know if she's a manager, she said "you are to young to get it you have to get your mom" I am a single mother a with a 2 year old and it's hard to put her in and out of her car seat, I had to cancel the order because of that old women, it's doesn't make sense if she always goes in for me! Good service but disappointed in what I ordered versus what I received. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun, but what I got was the breaded fried chicken patty instead of the grilled chicken patty. I did get the gluten free bun, though. Went through the drive thru so didn't know about the switch until I got home. I have a gluten intolerance so couldn't eat it, luckily my husband can eat it on regular bread and I used the bun to make a sandwich. Was really looking forward to the chicken sandwich,though. Completely incompetent when filling out a delivery order. My receipts were taped to the bag, showing all the correct items we ordered and paid for, and yet they completely forgot to put in my son's kids meal. Of all the meals to omit - a kids' meal??? Clearly I chose to have delivery bcs we're in a rush and I'm flying solo with the 3 kids. So here we are, on a school night, with all our food sitting on the table getting cold while we wait for the redelivery of the kids meal they forgot. This Chick-fil-A is located on the the busy street of Lohman Ave. Even though they have a drive thru, the inside dining area is quite clean with a play area for kids. Customer service was also great. I highly recommend this family friendly restaurant. read more

The chicken is good but be wary of the drive through. The lines are crazy long and they have employees running all over the place taking orders at your car and handing out food. The lines moved fast but it is confusing when multiple people are directing you to go here or there and you do not know what is going on. This was my first visit to this location. I will not go here often because the food is expensive. One chicken strip meal and some nuggets was almost twenty dollars. read more

At approximately 3:30pm on 6/14/21 my husband and I had an incredibly disturbing experience at this particular location. We had each ordered a Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich from the drive-thru and since it was apparently quite busy during this timeframe were told to pull alongside the curb-type area specifically designated for the food runners to hand off the orders to the drive-thru patrons. Our food was brought to us by a rather young, petite, brunette Caucasian girl with black plastic glasses named Katelin who happened to open up our to go bag and verify the contents of our order at my request then shockingly sneezed into our bag, perhaps without any actual intent to do so which I cannot say for sure, but either way she did not seem to try very hard to not enable it happen in the first place so I will come to my own conclusion that chances are maybe that it was done for malicious purposes! We then noticed that there was also a white, powdery substance caked around her nostrils which we suspect was something that should never be ingested while on the payroll of any employer let alone in a public setting, especially one aimed towards families. When I told Katelin that this was completely unacceptable and we didn't even want our food remade but our money refunded instead by somebody in a management position she then arrogantly replied with "I'm not going to let you bully me anymore." and then rather forcefully handed me the to go bag and stormed off to enter the establishment. We both had also noticed that she had some sort of bizarre dog collar-type necklace around her neck as if it were some sort of sexual accessory device and her name badge also had a sticker that seemed to be mocking the logo design for Subway restaurants that said "SUBMISSIVE". I highly doubt that this type of ensemble and get-up is appropriate for any type of supposed family-friendly corporation and hardly seems to fall in line with the vision set forth by Daniel Truett Cathy and his rather conservative family. While brief, this overall experience was appalling, icky, made us sick to our stomachs, and we were disgusted beyond belief, much more than words on this screen can express and describe! We have lived in this area of Las Cruces for two years now and will not be returing to this or indeed any Chick-fil-A location anywhere around the globe and we certainly hope that a company with such a proud and guarded reputation has some better judgement and resolve when hiring individuals to represent their most esteemed name! read more

Every time I visit this location everything is hot a fresh. Today for example we walk in and was welcomed by a crew member. Very nice. Walked to the cash register where a new girl was being trained and she did such a wonderful job of being proficient and got the order right on the very first run. After paying we went to our table with our number and as fast as we ordered our food got the food delivered to the table. I just had enough time to wipe my sons hands with the hand sanitizer one use cloth. They have a little station filled with all the things you might need for your meal.Real mayo packages,mustard,ketchup, kids table mats,forks,spoons,knives,straws. Everything was so delicious the wrap my mother and grandmother in law had was fresh and the lime Avocado dressing was absolutely delicious. My spicy chicken meal #2 with pepper jack cheese was right out of the fire. The Mac and cheese my son had with his meal was so very good. I love this location and definitely recommend it if you are nearby. read more

All our food looked good like we took it right out the menu except my grilled nuggets. Stopped at this location after having surgery. I sat down and left the ordering to my father. When the employee asked how his day was he replied that it had been "bumpy" and explained how I'd just been released from the hospital. The employee tendered well wishes and my father came to sit as we waited for our food. When the food was delivered the employee tendered her well wishes again and offered a free desert item to help smooth out the day. The kindness of the employees to a complete stranger was heart warming. The food was the same excellent taste and quality I expect of Chic-fil-a. I will definitely return to this location. read more

First let me say we love Chick-fil-A and never thought we would ever walk out of one this upset. The service was absolutely terrible. First we waited about 5 minutes while the girl behind the counter took an order over the phone and never even smiled to acknowledge we were there, then when asking her to substitute waffle fries instead of hash browns told us she was going to have to charge us separately for all our menu items and rudely with an attitude told us that it was going to be 15 minutes before we could get our food because we were ordering lunch. We have always gone to Chick-fil-A and substituted fries and ordered off the lunch menu at breakfast time. But that wasn't the issue the issue was how rudely she attended to us. read more
