Very filling, colorful, flavorful, got all the textures of rice and salad and veggies and sauce. We got the tzatziki and tried both green and red hot sauces - think you can't go wrong. They put a generous amount of tzatziki on which was delish, and I'm gonna tell myself it's healthy protein-dense Greek yogurt. Didn't have time to wait for the chicken or beef kebabs (they quote 15 mins to grill) but next visit! Staff were super nice - fast and efficient but also happy to explain. Very clean. There are honestly not enough good things I can say about this place! It's in my neighborhood, and it quickly became a favorite for me -- not just because of the food, but because of the people. You pick a protein, the style, top it, dress it and your entree is assembled adding accutramonts that you select. The restaurant was clean and seating was tight, bumping into others as you move to your seat. I selected the chicken schwarma with long grained basmati rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped parsley, tahini, tzasaki, red pepper harissa, spicy pickles and kalamata olives. A warm pita is provided with the meal. The amount of food for this meal is generous but the presentation needs attention. The servers acted like it was time to feed the inmates in a chow line. Food was slopped into the tins. The chicken schwarma was being cut prior to a good char / sear as the line was moving. The schwarma lacked any flavor from marinating. Overall, this was a miss for me. The process lacked flavor, seasoning and was a disappointment. The quantity was generous but the melding of flavors never happened. With my lettuce, I added some cucumbers, tomatoes and spicy carrots. The grape leaves are good, but could use a nice slice of lemon to go with them. The tzatziki and hummus is also very good. The chicken kebab takes about 15 minutes, because it's cooked fresh and, while I knew I could order it ahead of time, I was glad to have a nice chat with chef, George. Husband ordered chicken shawarma wrap w the red and green sauce he said his wrap was really good. I had their food special 3 taco plate w a drink for $10.99 and that was just ok. I got the beef shawarma taco w the flour tortillas and can say that was just ok. The meat it self was on the dry side the cucumber drink though was so refreshing. I forgot what it was called, I will say I'm not impressed with how the food is. They shaved the steak off the stick, which was cool, but the steak was so thin and it was burnt a very hard pieces of steak, that is what ruined my bowl. Everything else was really good other than the cheese was cold and then it made my bowl cold faster. I was bringing this for my lunch for work and I couldn't wait for the kebabs. Parsley Modern Mediterranean is a very good fast casual "Chipotle Style" Mediterranean Restaurant with a few locations in Las Vegas. I went to the North Summerlin Location on North Rampart. It's similar to that popular nation-wide Mediterranean Chain (H. R.) but is light years MUCH better. This wasn't our destination but on the way back from something else we decided to give this place a try and were pleasantly surprised on how good most of the food really was and also liked the generous portions. We shared some falafels and they came with some creamy hummus. The falafels here really are amazing and the hummus is above many out there. The falafels here have crisp exteriors and moist very herby interiors. We both ordered plates here. We tried a chicken schnitzel plate and a 1/2 beef 1/2 chicken shawarma plate. They came with pita breads too. All the meats were surprisingly good. They came with many choices of sides and dips. I think for my taste the only things holding me back from giving 5 stars is because the eggplant was a bit too oily and the pitas although fresh baked could have been fluffier. Pretty darn good! I always do the build your own bowl option, but they have some options for you to put together if needed. I always get the chicken shawarma, and it's sooo good! Shaved fresh right in front of you! I feel their portions are Very generous too. Price-wise it seems as if you might be buying for two but that's because the portions are really for two I am a protein girly but can never finish my bowl in one sitting. And always get the pita bread-it's so yummy! They have some room for seating in there but I typically always grab it to go. I found a live bug in my food from this restaurant and became ill afterward, which resulted in me needing to go to urgent care. I immediately reported the issue to the company, submitted photos/videos, and even provided my medical discharge paperwork when requested. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-up afterward. I was told someone would contact me regarding the situation, but after waiting nearly a week, I still have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The employee did guide me through the options. He was very helpful. Interestingly, having a protein on a baguette is an option (basically a sandwich). I had to add salt to the shwarma chicken as I found it to be bland. The eggplant was my favorite ingredient out of the variety offered. The shwarma bowl also includes a pita. It was soft, moist, and good. Overall, it was okay. IMO more seasoning was needed on the chicken shwarma meat to make it better. I had the steak schwarma, good, my wife had the chicken schnitzel, even better, rice outstanding. Some things had more flavor but all was very good. The women there do a good job at expediting your order and they don't skimp when adding ingredients to your bowl/wrap/etc. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The food was okay. I've been back twice - more for clean/healthier meals as opposed to going to in n out. We come here when we need to make better food choices. I've ordered online through Yelp for pick up and the pick up time according to Yelp was 30ish minutes, which seems like a long time. However, the food was ready when I got there. Oh wow where to begin , first let's start with the positive, the beef is above average and the HM/hollister music is an interesting vibe. Now the bad, first and foremost if you are going to charge $15.99 for a "Greek Chipotle Bowl" you can't nickel and dime people $1.25 for each spoonful of balsamic, feta , pickles and olives for a salad. If that's not enough , you are extremely stingy with pita bread. Recommend training your employees to articulate exactly what toppings come with your $15.99 minus the attitude and rush. If you are going to gouge the customers for every penny at least give them " the reach around " to know what exactly is and is not an up charge minus the attitude and professional courtesy afforded at every other Greek /Mediterranean spot in Vegas. Charging $6.00 for a scoop of hummus and one , yes one pita bread is diabolical. After ordering the bowl I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a semi cooked , pink inside chicken skewer. When I took the skewer back and asked for it to be cooked longer I receive a blank stare and stare down almost as to say , no way eat your undercooked chicken. I insisted to make it well done so as to not catch salmonella due to the lunch rush and attitude for not embracing the raw chicken diet here . $40 and it didn't fill you up , taste like it was worth it and raw chicken is inexcusable, can't see this place making it in this economy unless they keep with the businesses model of preying on elderly sun city residents who have zero idea they are being finessed for every drop of dressing in their bowl. If you question their covert underhanded up charging they don't know how to react. If you are in the area please do yourself a favor and find his awesome Greek spot on Tenaya and Craig you will most definitely get the service , quality and experience you are paying for. Please feel free to dm me if you can take direct feedback and a critique of my experience, if you will only defend mediocrity it will never produce any success or sustainable improvement. As a rule of thumb, if the customer has to insist on using a thermometer and reach a target temperature after returning undercooked chicken then there might be a near miss on food poisoning as an FYI absolutely ridiculous to charge what you charge with this economy and endless amounts of competition.
