It was an unseasonably chilly day, so I opted for a hot Madagascar Vanilla Latte with almond milk. I placed my order via their app and by the time I arrived it was waiting for me. The dining area is spacious and they have patio seating for nice weather days. I did notice most of the booth seating had cracks in the cushions, which if you are wearing shorts is a no-go. This Panera Bread is located at the 95N/Lake Mead exit. There is an ample amount of parking spaces available. Inside the Panera Bread, there is plenty of table and booth seating available! Free WIFI is also offered at this location! We ended up grabbing a quick bite to eat around 3:30. My daughter ended up selecting the plain bagel with cream cheese and the chocolate chip cookie! While we were waiting for the order, we got a few water cups and filled it with ice and water. We sat down at a table for 2. The team member brought out the toasted bagel with cream cheese. We never received the chocolate chip cookie. Luckily, I had a copy of the printout receipt and went to the front, letting the team members know that we never received the warmed chocolate chip cookie. The bagel with cream cheese was scrumptious, though! The chocolate chip cookie was the best part! The morsels were ooey and gooey! This is a great Panera bread location, and it's quite spacious! And the cleanliness of the store is a miss. I like the fact that they offer a pick two menu. This allows you to try more from the restaurant. Items include: Cup of Soup or Mac Half Salad Half Sandwich Chef's Chicken Sandwich Pizza Warm Bowl Along with your side choice of chips, an apple, or a French baguette. The Bistro French onion soup is pretty good and my go-to. The onions have a nice flavor and the broth is warming. FINALLY a Panera bread that won't deliver me burnt/fried eggs! I love their breakfast so I usually deliver before work. I live in Henderson and usually the District location delivers to my apartment. I have complained to much about that location but they seem they can't get it right. Unfortunately that's the only one door dash pulls from, even though I am also near the galleria mall. Anyways, this was the best egg bagel sandwich I ever had!!!! Out of both locations in Henderson. It was buttery, the egg and bacon was perfectly cooked. The bagel was toasted perfectly as well. I don't know what's going on at the store but when you have a large crowd that comes in and basically takes up all the remaining food that you have there in the shop and you give your customer the scraps and when I say the scraps I literally mean scraps. I ordered chicken BLT and there was no whole pieces of chicken at all. It was literally the pieces that you would throw away. Also ordered a salad with chicken and I get the salad all the time same thing if they were running low on food because of that large soccer team that was in their prior to me going in there they should've just shut down. This is the second time I ordered a pastry and did not receive it. I did however, order a bagel for the next morning, which I told the man because he offered to toast it for me and I said no it's for breakfast negative when I went to make it for breakfast. It was hard as a rock. I couldn't even wet it down to make it soft again. It was beyond being able to make it soft so I don't know how long it had been sitting there prior to me purchasing it totally disappointed oh and I have to mention I was thoroughly disgusted with all of the bins, trash bins, being overflowing, and all the dishes that were piled on all the trash bins. Mood- late lunch Upon entering was quickly greeted and asked if I had any questions. I love when the customer service is on point right off the bat. I had a few questions and everything was answered with ease. I opted for ( 2 ) Turkey BLTA's and of course their bag of cookies to go. Everything was bagged and packed up for proper transportation. I came in one day before my night class and was so excited to have their Greek salad and Mac and cheese. I was so disappointed. So much of my salad was rotting, I just kept picking at it. There was no dressing on it. I paid for extra feta, there was no feta on it. I asked for no olives, there were olives. He did not care to acknowledge that I was there in line waiting, he did not greet me or my family. When I started to place an order, I told him I had never been there before. Came to this location because we celebrated our friends Birthday lunch here. Staff was friendly and they had an open space for a big party. I've only been to Panera 1 time in my life and it was years ago but my friends have always loved coming to this place. I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl and was not disappointed! Wow. Disappointed. I was looking forward to a salmon and cream cheese tasty bagel this morning after arriving home with my pick up order. Firstly, when I ordered from the Fort Meade location, they were out of cream cheese with chives. I ordered a plain cream cheese, no biggie. It happens. But when I got home and discovered I did not receive the plain cream cheese I had paid for I was less than happy. Salmon and sweet walnut spread is not on my "must try" list :-\ I should have just bought bagels at the grocery store instead of making an extra trip to pay for Panera bagels.
