The employee who took my order apparently forgot everything I ordered, which was a number 8 with no cheese. My wrap had cheese in it (I'm lactose intolerant), they did not give me a fry, and when I went back to tell her this she blamed me for it and did not try to make it right. As a big fan of chick fil a and never having a bad experience at any of them, I'd have to say I'm super disappointed in this one in Lawton. I went in to use the restroom and there were flies everywhere. In the sink, on the walls...That alone should have told me enough about this restaurant but I went to the counter to place my order. I like Chic Fil A. Food taste great if it is overpriced. However, portion size is a big problem here. It doesn't matter what size you order, you're going to get the same amount of food. Even with the regular size, the box still has plenty of space left. The large isn't even half full. The first time was an honest mistake, the second was there's, and the third time was my fault. As much as I love the fries, I shouldn't be paying more for the same amount. Asked around and this seems to be common with this chain. Besides that customer service is good and the store is clean. First of all food as always is great.I am a 100% Disabled Veteran in Oklahoma with a valid sales tax exemption. Unfortunately, Chick-fil-A has no way for me to have my sales tax exemption set up on my account. Therefore, I am unable to use mobile application to use mobile pay or earn rewards or park in the designated parking spot for mobile orders. They do let me use the drive thru and accept my tax exempt order in person. The reasoning this is an issue, my wife didn't have money with her on the way across town to bring Chick-fil-A on her way home because you have to pay when placing your order. Chick-fil-A must honor sales tax exemption by Oklahoma law. As a 100% disabled veteran I fell disenfranchised or discriminated against. I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor who informed me, corporate has no plans to implement a way to have sales tax exemption on my account after proper authentication. The supervisor also told me the matter would not be escalated higher. The service here is always amazing! Every single staff member has gone above and beyond every time my family has visited - and we come a lot! We are at this location at least once a week, sometimes two! The restaurant, restrooms and the play area are always kept clean. We have never had an incorrect order or anything wrong with our food. We cannot say enough good things about this location!!! read more

Recently remodeled, this is definitely the better Chick-Fil-A in town. Be aware, it now only has one entrance from Cache Road that is easy to miss if you aren't being careful. Food is standard Chick-Fil-A fare but I've always found things here to be quick and delicious. Stopped by for my usual- a number one with a frosted lemonade. The service was Chickfila quality: the cashier said my pleasure and was very friendly when I corrected the PLAIN lemonade that she gave me. My fries were burnt to an absolute crisp though, and the bun on my normally delectable chicken sandwich was very stale. I love CFA! Always a go to for lunch on Saturday, and a a craving on Sunday when they are closed. Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich with the waffle fries is my favorite. Always a sucker for the CFA sauce as well. We go here a lot for the play area and great service. The food is good and everyone is nice. They are always smiling and happy. The owner is awesome he is there way more than most owners, he's very personable and he takes care of his business and employees. I have seen him cleaning up trash in the parking lot more than once. Most owners never get their hands dirty. We eat at chick fil a a lot and we travel all the time and this one is by far the best one I have visited. read more

AMAZING service, and DELICIOUS food!!! This is a favorite for our whole family!!! The employees and management are ALWAYS friendly, and they go out of their way to help their customers! A few years ago, I was suffering from pneumonia and was too sick to be on my feet for very long to cook for my kids. So I took them to pick up Chick-Fil-A really quick for dinner. They accidentally forgot my sandwich, so I called the store to let them know. The manager offered to replace my sandwich if I wanted to come back, but I explained that I had pneumonia and wasn't even supposed to be out of the house at the time. She asked for my address and said she was going to bring it to me herself. Not only did she replace my sandwich, but she replaced the ENTIRE ORDER and brought it to us. I have NEVER seen such devotion to customers before!!! And every time we come through the drive thru, it's usually during the lunch or afternoon periods, and their employees are out in the lane taking orders face-to-face with the customers. This is GREAT, because it keeps things on a more personal level instead of them talking to a box. This store is and always will be one of my absolute favorites!!! Thank you Chick-Fil-A!!! read more

The quality of the food has declined severely in the last couple of months. Apparently, all of the old workers who made sure the location ran smoothly are gone. It seems like it's taking longer and longer to get food to you, whether you go inside or through drive thru. Their curbside is a complete joke. You can get a notification saying the food is ready and 5 minutes later the food is still not delivered to your car. The breakfast is the only positive thing about this location. read more

We were at this Chick-fil-A on Mon 1/2/17 at 2:30pm. Used drive thru. Line was not wrapped around building as usual. We were fourth in line to place order. It took 22 min. This is unacceptable. Person taking order was not efficient. Repeated each individual order then repeated whole order at the end. When we got to the window he repeated the order again. We then realized he was in training. Every time we come here I get my son chicken nuggets and every single time they short us by a nugget. It's been three times now. Of course you'd never go somewhere and get extra food. Just frustrating because my son is picky and chicken nuggets aren't a lot of food anyways. The lines are always too long to get back in and ask for them to fix it. read more
