We stop here almost every time we are headed south down to visit my husband's family in Florida. The first time I ever visited I got a grilled chicken wrap and there was hair in my food. I lost my appetite after I saw it and didn't finish my food. I have a picture but my husband said I needed to let that go so I won't post it. I called them and they said they would send a coupon or something and I gave the manager I talked with my address and a year later still nothing came. Oh well. They don't do online stuff so if you message them on Facebook or another social media site they don't respond. You have to call if there is a complaint and good luck getting it addressed. Case in point: we drove down to Orlando for a cruise the first weekend of December this year and got 2 kids meals and the food was ok - pretty standard for CFA but the girls were disappointed they didn't get the book/or whatever kid you there was. I thought maybe I'll send them a message to see if they have finally joined the 21st century and nothing. I don't have time to call. I'm glad this is not my local CFA. We live in Knoxville so we only come here when we are leaving town on a road trip. Yesterday I got a large waffle fries and chicken tortilla soup and it was decent. The soup was good but my fries were too cold, tasted more rubbery and I ended up throwing most of them away... but again. You have no one to complain to when you're driving 9-10 hours and can't go back right? Can't do it online and I don't have time to call to have no one help me so I will just let it go. I will only come here when it's necessary and the other Chick-fil-As are out of the way. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. Next time I won't even order fries. What a waste. I placed an online catering order with the Lenoir City restaurant on Wednesday Dec 13 for pickup on Saturday. I ordered the fruit platter, 6 wraps and grilled sandwiches for 10 people. I requested to pick my order up between 11 and 11:15. I arrived at 11:00 and let the nice folks know I was there and a my order was brought out 5 minutes later. The employee went thru with me what was in each of my 3 large bags and told me to have a blessed day. The food was for our family Christmas gathering and EVERYONE agreed that it was delicious. We love stopping for lunch at a Chicfila when we travel. They are always so well run and have such great employees and this location is no exception. We walked in and placed our order. They were very busy but, we did not have a long wait to get ours placed. We paid and picked up our yellow table cup and by the time we got to our table a young lady came up behind us with our order. Our deluxe meals were delicious. The Hospitality lady came up to our table to ask us if all was well. We enjoyed listening her tell us all about her job, the employees and the store. Literally took about 30 minutes to go through the drive-through. I understand if you're busy, but when I got my food, my fries and chicken were cold. If I have to wait that long, I expect my food to be warm and fresh. I've also never waited that long for Chick-fil-A. Very disappointed. read more

The service has deteriorated in the last month. It takes longer to go through the drive through now and will quickly park you which adds additional time. They do not offer curbside as well. Drinks like teas and sunjoys are not consistent in taste so sad things have declined so fast. I do not experience these types of issues if I go to the CF in Knoxville. read more

Outstanding service and food. Our server Eric did a fantastic job and got everything up quickly. We got there about 1230 and the place was packed and many waiting in line. All registers were open and orders were flying out of the back and coming to the table. Only think we had to wait about 5 minutes. Love the way you have plenty of staff to take care of your customers. You are always on top of things. The Good Lord continues to bless this organization. Other fast food restaurants should take lessons from you guys to improve their service to the customers. We were on our way down the interstate and pulled into chick-fil-a for an easy lunch. It was very busy and we started to go else where but "knowing" the franchise we decided to stay in the drive through. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, and order of waffle fries, a large Diet Coke, and a small dr. Pepper. When we pulled out, we had two large waffle fries, nuggets, and a sweet tea. We had to remind them of the small drink as well. I'm not sure what caused the confusion. Our order was taken and repeated back, and they asked the name on the order before we pulled up to the window. No excuse Chick-fil-a! In my opinion you've tried to put too many steps in the drive through lane. read more

Over about 8-10 trips where I'm forced to eat in this location rude people, poor service, don't/won't offer similar substitutions that the one down the road offers. I order Chicken mini trays several times a year for my clients from stores all over the greater Knoxville area. I always call ahead for a pick up order well in advance. On 12/20/21 I had a pickup order for 9:30am at the Lenoir City location. I was told the order was put in and would be ready when I arrived at 9:30. Unfortunately, it wasn't until 9:55 I was handed my two large trays. My warning to all who value the one non replenish-able resource, time, do not do call in orders here, especially trays. You will be waiting an inexcusable amount of time, losing money as you wait, and later apologizing to your clients why you're late to your meetings. read more

We order 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and got just 2 buns and half a chicken breast on each bun. I'm sure the person making the sandwich would be very disappointed if they recieved what I recieved. Paying close to $5 a sandwich you think you would atleast get what you pay for a full chicken breast. I am very disappointed and not sure what is the cause of this.
