I'll admit off the jump that I am not a crazed Chikfila person. That being said, since we live in Hamburg we haven't had in a few. Yet, the lady (she loves the grilled with chikfila sauce) and son (loves nuggets with honey roasted bbq and Polynesian sauce) were really wanting eat here. So I caved and decided order from the Richmond Road location. We ordered 70$ worth of food and 22 sauces (I got 30 piece grilled nuggets). Get home and there was not one sauce in the bags- not a one. Called the manager and he was not very helpful at all. Said well it didnt cost anything, so take this sorry and move on. Here is the main problem, my son is special needs and isn't on a gtube, but doesn't chew very well and all his food usually needs processed. Also, anytime we order out, I have to get extra sauce (Alfredo, syrup, etc) to help him eat. So not only did my son not get his nuggets with fav sauce, (which I paid for), the lady was fit to be tied. So I felt compelled to say, I dislike chikfila now myself and although ur precious sauces didnt cost you, it cost us a meal they were craving . SAD and SORRY!!!!!!!! read more

If I could pick a favorite fast food restaurant, this would be it. It's quick and yummy. Most of the times, I use the drive through. There are usually 2 lanes and 2 people stand outside to take your order. I get the Spicy Chicken burger (Not actually spicy, but spicy enough for the faint-hearted). My other favorite item here is the Waffle fries. One of the items that makes me wanna go to Chick-fil-A again and again are the waffle fries. The drive through is always filled with cars which shows that people will wait in line for good food. Like most of them, I don't mind the occasional wait either. I walked inside to order a soup, which is scoop and serve, and I waited for about nine minutes for it to sit on the counter, just for one of the people to turn around and hand it to me. They were not busy there was no excuse for not looking behind them to give me my food and they cost me to be late for work because I was on my lunch break. Chick-fil-A doesn't care about your time. Chick-fil-A doesn't care if they make you late and Chick-fil-A doesn't care that you know that they could scoop and serve you that soup and 30 seconds but instead that used to make you wait nine or 10 minutes. They do such a good job with the mobile app that driving through is as quick as it can be and the staff is always friendly. Southland Christian... the Lexington campus. Don't think you can score something here on Sundays though, they're closed on Sundays, just like every other location. This CFA location used to be an Applebee's. They completely tore down the Applebee's and built this location, the newest of the six Lexington CFAs. My favorites are the chicken minis. So we all know the problem with Chick-fil-A is that they are painfully slow and there are always long lines. I have to tell you that the Richmond Road location is the best I have ever been to. They are efficient and have it down to a science. I was so impressed that I will go out of my way to come back to this location. And on my visit today through the drive-through I heard the manager tell one of the employees what a great job he was doing. Love that! read more

This is the slowest chick fil a I've ever been to. Consistently. It is insanely slow.

Definitely my least favorite location in Lexington. The staff is great, but the design of the place is all wrong. The drive thru is an absolute nightmare. Cars are always lined up just waiting to even get into the line. You often have cars trying to enter the line from two different directions which makes things even more difficult. Mobile ordering is supposed to make things easier, but if you place a mobile order and choose the drive thru option, you may be in line 15 minutes or more. Today I went for the pick up at the counter option and it was just as bad. There were people waiting to pick up door dash orders, as well as regular customers. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. The location is great and was much needed, staff is helpful and friendly, but something needs to be done about procedures and I'm sure nothing will ever change the drive thru mess, but it's just awful and makes going through it a painful experience almost everytime! read more

I have been to this Chick-fil-A a few times now and I will say I have had more positive experiences than negative ones. The employees are extremely polite and courteous, the store is bright and clean and everyone is very attentive! Negatives: going through the drive thru has taken quite a while a few times, and they have forgotten a few things with my order that I asked for, like salsa, forks, etc. However overall I have been very impressed and recommend this location! read more

The mgr working on Saturday dec 5 was extremely rude when ask if my little girl who has special needs could use restroom . I get the covid precautions but it was how he responded even ask that was appalling and hurtful. Young adults under his supervision were even looking at each other like did he really just speak that way. One young man even went to point of following me out to apologize and offer advice of the Walgreens next door having a public one. read more

An excellent, clean, spacious Chick-fil-A with a polite attentive staff. Par for the course for this chain. This location is nestled in the front of the parking lot for Southland church, and actually shares their parking lot. The only thing that goes around the building is the drive-thru. While a little unorthodox, I do appreciate not having to weave through the drive-thru traffic to get inside. On the other hand, people do like to speed through this parking lot. I mean, we are in Lexington, home of the bad driver. But that's not Chick-fil-A's fault. read more

I was very disappointed in my experience with this restaurant. They don't treat their employees with respect and they make it seem like they don't care for their safety as well. Making their employees stand outside in the freezing rain is just torture in my opinion.
