Ordered the Chargrilled Chicken and Fruit salad. It was about the worst chicken I have ever had. It tasted super salty and I am very suspicious of sliced meat that is absolutely smooth where it was cut. Do they make their chicken breasts using a mold and some kind of chicken slurry? Had a new employee at the counter. The employee missed the mark in so many ways. So at the pick up, I asked to see a manager. Not to scold the employee but to let the manager know this employee need additional shadowing and training. I truly wanted the employee to succeed. I asked the manager about the Chik-fil-a app and let her know that I was bummed because the cashier didn't ask me about it. So by the time my transaction was completed, it was too late. That's when the shocking comment from the manager come. She said they were told not to remind the customers about the app. "That way customers won't build up points to obtain the free items." Ok, I found that shocking and really knew there is no loyalty with the customers and this brand. Sorry Chik --- you lost my loyalty on this one. Time to delete your app and go to a restaurant that appreciates your business. read more

Ah Chik-Fil-A what can I say? I can only say that I love this franchise and this location is great just like the other ones. While it is fast food, if you dine in then it's like a restaurant. They will bring your food to your table so you can enjoy all that chicken goodness. I can't believe it's taken me so long to discover Chick Fil A. I do remember shopping at Del Amo Fashion Center back in the day, and always passing by Chick Fila A. The line was always WAY too long but it never occurred to me that it was long for a reason. Anyway, I finally had a chicken sandwich here and I now understand. Definitely the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. I had to pay extra for lettuce and tomato but hey, it was only 33 cents. Heaven! The service was first-rate, and super fast. They have a lot of different sauces to choose from, and the place is clean and surprisingly attractively decorated for a fast-food place. I'm glad it's on the other side of the city though, because I'd be going there everyday if they were close. read more

This place has outstanding customer service! The staff is on top of things here. Clean restaurant, delicious food and a friendly attentive staff that offers quick service. The parking lot is usually crowded and it can be hard to find a spot but we usually do the drive thru. When we do stop to go in they have a great little play area for the kiddos. read more

I can't believe it has taken me so long to write a review about Chick-Fil-A. This place is absolutly amazing. I used to work for them in Atlanta and never ever once did I get tired of eating the food. Eight years ago when I discovered that they were popping up out here I was getting excited. The team at this specific location is amazing. If you come into this establishment in a bad mood and leave in a bad mood then you need serious help. Myself or anyone that I have taken with me always leave here with a smile on our face. The vibe is incredible - never once have I seen one guest not spoken to when coming here. You will be greeted, and treated like royalty everytime you come. The best part is, the team seems to be happy and enjoying what they do. My wife works for the school district and Chick Fil A bends over backwards for her/them and she loves them as well. I recommend trying one of everything on the menu before settling with a favorite (well maybe not the carrot raisin salad it's not a fav for me). Part of my Friday routine is matinee and Edwards then Chick Fil A for lunch. Love it! I hope they stick around for a while. read more

Best Chick-Fil-A ever! The staff is always nice and helpful. Even the managers walk around helping out, greeting customers, busing tables. We don't even live in the area but we love stopping here whenever we go to LB or HB or SD. What can I say, but I love Chick Fil A. I especially love the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Waffle Fries, but the regular chicken sandwiches and salads are great too. The biscuits are good too. The night I was at this location they seemed to be having some problem with some other people's orders and it took a while for them to get it sorted out and get to my food. Even with the problems tonight it wasn't enough to make me reduce my five star rating. I wish there was one close to where I live so I didn't have to wait to travel to be able to eat at Chick Fil A. This place is always a winner. Food is good. Staff is very very friendly. A few things that would make it better would be a bit better prices but for the service I guess it's worth it. Also would be nice if they did a military discount all the time. They had shirts in that said military appreciation day but said they were old shirts and weren't giving discounts today. We often come here after a SAMs club shopping trip. The parking lot can get a little congested but they are sharing it with In N Out. They are always friendly here in the drive thru and inside. My faves are chicken nuggets and the chicken deluxe sandwich with Polynesian sauce please. I recommend when in season, to try the banana pudding shake, outstanding stuff. read more

Chick fil A is my favorite place EVER!!! I come here so often that the workers recognize me LOL so embarrassing!! I get the spicy chicken sandwich (no pickles!) and upgrade my drink and fries to a large! I usually take my stuff to-go and eat it while watching Netflix. The workers are so so nice and this chick fil a is the only one (that I know of) with APPLE FANTA. Seriously the greatest soda ever... Like apple cider :D Just a note: remember to ALWAYS double check your order once you get it. If I'm in store I just take a moment to see if everything's there and if they gave my sandwich with no pickles. And if I'm in the drive through I just park for a few seconds and double check. Sometimes they forget and it's understandable since they're super busy. And if they forget something they'll be really apologetic about it. For example, one time I forgot to check and they forgot fries in mine. I was already home so I called them and explained what happened. The worker was so nice and he gave me a coupon code and said that code was good for a free meal of my choice! So nice! The fries are okay, they have a weird texture and after taste. The pickles were not my favorite they were almost sweet. Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe was horrible. They did everything right but the chicken was all wrong. The texture was soft and while the fried part was cripsy the inner meat just didn't seem like real chicken. i think we can all agree that chick-fil-a sammiches contain 410 of the best calories you have ever tasted. (i like to make mine without the pickle and smothered with the honey roasted bbq sauce.) despite the fact that we came in during lunch time on a free-chick-fil-a sammich day and it was swarming with customers, the employees were still very amicable. i liked seeing the manager right there in the trenches with the rest of his team, taking orders behind the register with a smile and a "my pleasure." parking situation: this free-standing chick-fil-a is right off the 605's carson street exit. the parking lot out front can get a little busy among the open spaces and the drive-thru. read more

I'm a fan of Chick-Fil-A and even though they have maybe the most simple sandwich they are always delicious. This particular restaurant may have the best service of any fast-food place we frequent. The people are always friendly- when you thank them they always answer with "my pleasure sir"- a small detail and more than an old-fashioned throwback to a kinder time but a really impressionable touch. Great service, fresh food, a enclosed play area for the kids, clean bathrooms, a maintained dining room and decent pricing make for a nice enjoyable fast-food experience. Tuesday nights are kids nights and they offer free kids meals with each adult combo as well as entertainment/crafts and balloons for the kids around dinnertime. It's refreshing to go to a fast-food restaurant that gives the impression that they actually care about your dining experience. read more
