Standard salad with chicken for a quick lunch in the Mall St. Matthew's food court location. The salad was fine and fresh with a variety of ingredients. It came with 2 packets of FF honey mustard salad dressing, but only needed one, so appreciative of it not being skimpy. COKE products are available. Staff taking my order and handing it off at pickup were all very polite and efficient. The food court has a fairly high noise level and patron traffic was nonstop during the time of our visit. Tables were kept fairly clean and trash made it into the receptacles. read more

I've been going here since I started working at the mall and they have always been nothing but kind!! The workers are always very friendly and very easy to talk to, and very understanding whenever it takes my phone a while to pull up the app or I make a mistake. One of the girls even knows my name and it's always nice when she greets me when she takes my order. Another girl with curly blonde hair is amazing as well! She's so sweet and I can start up conversation with her really easy! They've never messed up my order, which is surprising because with how busy it can get, it can be easy to make mistakes. I know senior citizens will hunt me down, but I just don't get it. The staff is the greatest fast food service in the business. The chicken sandwich, and I have tried all versions and sauces, is fine. The waffle fries and lemonade is also ok. I just do not find it out of this world tasty. Being part of the mall food court, this location is always busy but I give them credit for being able to handle the crowd. Don't be deterred by the longer line! This is the only Chick-fil-a you can grab food and not be tormented by your child asking to enter the play area. Once you order, move to the end of the counter and wait for your name. Condiments aren't placed out so you'll need to ask for ketchup, mayo, etc. This is a great time to have older kids or another adult grab seats. The mall renovated their food court and it offers a variety of spaces for any size group. Can't beat combo #1 with an original chicken sandwich, medium fries and a medium drink. read more

Love this location as I frequent it often since I have a 2 year old. I crave consistency since my life is so crazy and chick-fil-a at this location typically delivers consistent service and food. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because today some brat took my order as she kept interrupting me asking "will that be all?" any time I took a breath. I wouldn't be so upset but her vibe was cranky and she seemed annoyed to be there. I'm very sensitive so I pick up on energy, which is why I desire consistency. The customer service is excellent, my order is always right and the food is good for being fast food. I could care less what the politics of the CEO is. Nobody has ever preached to me.
