They get it right every time. The cars move through like no other restaurant. It's apparent the workers are trained to the max. The food is always hot. I could eat those grilled chicken nuggets everyday!! Prices respectable. Grilled deluxe chicken sandwich combo and 8 piece grilled nugget combo...$22!! And u have gotten a healthy meal. I kid you not when I say that this Chick-fil-A is the nicest place I have ever been to. This place should be a staple for how all fast food places alike should be. Stopped in for a quick dinner and ordered two salads. The Cobb salad and the southwest salad. Both were delicious. I did have to go back to ask for the toppings that customarily come with the salad, not typical of Chick-fil-a. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. Let me just say this. Chick fil a does no wrong- IF- they do, they happily correct it and always find ways for customer satisfaction. This is our go-to CFA because it's the closest to our home. It has saved me from cooking and has satisfied my hungry toddler which is always a win in my book. Yes there have been very few times that our order had an error but, no one is perfect and the good times outweigh the bad times drastically. Chick-fil-A provides the customer service that I wish I was providing for people. I need to work on that. It is my aspiration. Yeah, the food is good and they have some quality options for healthier eating but its the great way they treat people while they slowly murder them with saturated fats that sets them apart. This Chick-fil-A is close to where I get my haircut and one of my favorite Target stores so I am here more than I might like to admit. What sets this specific Chick-fil-A apart is the terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad parking situation. Also, the drive-through is confusing because it wends its way around the parking lot of the hardware store. This is the Chick-fil-A I go to most often. They are always super fast and extra friendly. I know it's fast food, but that doesn't always mean fast. The food is consistently good, as most Chick-fil-As are. I am not big, on fast food, but I do like Chick-fil-A. I don't get here that often, so when a friend and I decided to meet there for lunch one midweek day, I was eager. True, it would be toward the end of the lunchtime rush, but sometimes you're up for the challenge because you feel it'll be worth it in the end. If there is one issue with this particular location it would be traffic congestion as parking. The restaurant is in a sort of weird placement on Hurstbourne with an entrance/exit roadway beside it, so you have this merging of vehicles for Target, Home Depot, Smokey Bones and Chick Fil-A. Getting to the drive-thru takes a bit of maneuvering. Finding parking within a decent walking distance can be a challenge. Whether it's worth all this depends on how much you're wanting to satisfy your cravings. For my friend and I, it was. After finding parking closer to Home Depot, but still not too far off, we were still surprised at the size of the crowd, especially for a weekday with school in session. The inside was packed; almost every seat and booth occupied, not only by adults, but families. The service, however, was quick, with the line moving at a great pace despite the number of people, and food being delivered for both dine-in or carry out. My friend and I sat outside to enjoy our meal. My chicken sandwich was fresh tasting, juicy, and the bread was firm enough to hold it all together. I also went with a small order of their famous waffle fries - crispy, not over cooked. And if course, their lemonade was the perfect accompaniment as far as drinks. Looking forward to getting back, and since I don't eat there on a regular basis, that makes a visit more special. read more

The food is great, I mean it's chick-fil-a. The service on numerous, numerous occasions... not so much. Which is surprising since I have always had amazing service at every location. I ordered breakfast on the app, parked in the numbered spot, hit the button that I arrived... and then no one came out 20 plus minutes later. At that time it was past breakfast. So I called and the worker that answered the phone told me that it was past breakfast, and they never received that we arrived, so they couldn't fulfill our order?? I'll spare the details, but I never was offered to speak to a manager, etc. I have had another situation where the drive thru will be wrapped around the building, I will have done the app order, and the drive thru will clear out and everyone in the parked orders will still be sitting. They will tell us all that they didn't know we were out there. My phone goes to "No Internet Connection " in the parking Spot. So if ever going to that location, hit up the drive thru. Again love the food, they just need to figure out a new system. read more

We came here on a busy day after Christmas. The place was packed! People were waiting for people to finish to just get a table. We had a group of 8 so it took a bit to find two tables together. What a great location for my first Chick-fil-a experience. I knew I wanted chicken nuggets and some fries, but was unaware of their sizing options. Our cashier was very friendly and helped helped me out. After ordering she directed directed me directed me to directed me to the kids meal option which has everything I wanted plus a drink. I understand the current Covid situation and willing to give people room for that. I have never had a bad experience at the other location near me during this crisis nor any time since I have patronized the other locations. I was directed behind the longer line. I had placed my order via the app. We proceeded to watch 4 cars go on past in the other lane due to someone taking longer to order in our lane. We asked if they could switch our lane. They said that was not possible. If that had been all, I would have rolled on. They laughed about it and that put me over the edge. I got to the window asked for my money back. The gave it back and offered the food for free. I told them I did not want it and left. I wasn't after free food but expected a decent level of customer service.
