I've been seeing the steak bites advertised on tv and decided to try them. They have specials when you download their app so I got it. They offered a free cheddar cheese roast beef and $.99 curly fries. So I ordered the sandwich, curly fries and a small steak bites (5). Wow,was I disappointed. The fries were in the smallest fry package I've ever seen. The roast beef was tasteless and the steak was dry and tough. It was like it had been sitting out for hours. Meh. It's your standard Arby's. I personally love Arby's, and the people at this one are fine and keep the line moving relatively quickly. The downside-- I always have the same small two complaints when I go to this location: 1. They always write the abbreviation for the type of sandwich I ordered on the outside of the wrapper with a giant red sharpie. Every single time, it bleeds through the wrapper onto my sandwich, and I'd really rather not eat a sandwich on a bun that has a big red BNC written on it with permanent marker. 2. Their Diet Dr. Pepper is disgusting. It tastes like they either haven't cleaned out the lines in a while, or the lines have been crossed with the grape soda or something. Awful. Truly. I really don't drink much soda other than Diet Dr. Pepper, but at this location, I will opt for coke or water every time. read more

They shorted me food, I drove 20 mins home with my receipt saying a paid for it before finding out it wasn't in there. Then when I called they just wanted to argue and not compensate me for anything. Manager should handle the situation better and do their job better if she is the bagger. read more

The quality is terrible. The Classic Beef 'N Cheddar has just a passing glance of Cheddar, unlike the image on the menu. Then, they cook all of their fries, curly fries, chicken tenders, and fish in the same vat. This makes everything taste spoiled. If that were not enough, they turn around and offer discounts to special groups. Having worked in the retail and restaurant industry, I know the margins are thin. In order to give one or more groups a discount or free meal (also called a comp), they must raise prices across the board for everyone else. If you are the type of patron who needs a special discount, either grow up or stay home and open a can of beans. read more

I admit it, my sinful splurge. I had a nice spinach salad waiting for me at home but I was out running errands and hungry. I wanted some fast food that I had never had before. This rules out McDonald's, Long John Silver's, and Wendy's. Then I spotted Arby's as I drove down the road. I had eaten one of their roast beef sandwiches in Indiana years ago and wasn't impressed. I decided to go through the drivethru and get just a small something to tide me over. I ordered a small order of curly fries and a small Jamocha Shake. These fries were THE ABSOLUTE BEST fast food fries I have ever eaten. Hot, seasoned, crunchy and full of the wrong kind of calories, but they were good. The shake was good too but other than the unique flavor for a fastfood shake it was standard faire. Will I be back? Only when I want to stray from my low carb eating. This definitely would be my choice over any other fastfood fries. read more

Driving to Chicago and went to Arby's drive thru for lunch. Ordered double ham and cheese sandwich and a small fry (easy order, right?) as soon I get back on the road I opened the sandwich and it was just beef no cheese. still decent but CMON CUH!!! read more

We were there last week and they were out of all fries. However, they offered substitute menu items and were very apologetic and kind. They do a good job keeping things clean there as well. I highly recommend this Arbys! Don't forget to ring the bell when you leave! read more

Great breakfast. Eggs fried to your specifications (not powdered eggs like most fast food restaurants) The only place in town to get a great roast beef sandwich. If you're really hungry treat yourself to an Arby's Max. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. Fast service and hot fresh food. read more

Had some iffy experiences here over the years, but generally this place is alright. You can usually count on them to get it right.

I don't frequent fast food restaurants often. With that said, this is the best experience I've ever had! Debra was such a sweet and helpful person. Because the industry is so stressful, I normally experience people who are grouchy and unfriendly, especially in the drive-thu. The food was hot. My order was correct.
