Service was good, loved the patio on a nice day! The blackberry lemonade and Mac n cheese were both great. The nachos were ok and the chicken is just "meh".

What a great lunch today! Food came out quicker than I expected (always a plus!). Chicken was as good as it looked - crispy and juicy on the inside. The only thing that would have made this a 5 start review was my drink. I ordered the Prosecco punch but unfortunately it tasted too sour for my liking and the taste overall was off ($12). I tried to get it replaced or switched to something else but our waiter didn't come back after it started getting busier. There's plenty of sitting inside and outside - but I always recommend a reservation.

As always the food here is absolutely delicious. Genuinely the best grilled cheese I've ever had and I don't think I could ever get tired of it.

I really enjoyed the food here! Nice and filling, not too overpriced, and the outside seating was lovely.

Decided on The Eagle because of its location. We were trying to eat somewhere near Oxmoor and we were tired of Condado. Anyway, ordered the fried chicken, Mac n cheese, collard greens and the spoonbread (which is cornbread). Yummy! Miss that southern cooking! Everything we ordered was delicious! Unfortunately I didn't get pictures of every dish but I have a few. The staff was great! Shout out to the head chef / kitchen manager Danny. And shout out to the bartender working with him (I didn't get his name). They each provided a great customer experience dealing with situations. I left my to go box and they took care of me. Another customer was not feeling well at the restaurant and they took care of him too. Hand clap for the service and food!

The food was so good but service was a bit sexist. I kept getting refills on my lemonade while my boyfriend got none. The spoon bread was one of our favorites

Great food, great service, love the location! And our server, Skye, was the best!! Can't wait to go back!!

Decent drink menu and the food was good. Everything is Ala carte. I strongly recommend the pork belly burnt ends.

Can't remember my servers name but she was probably one of the best servers I've ever had! She really took the time to explain the menu, talking about how fresh the ingredients were and how everything is made in house. They do change up the menu, like tacos served only on Tuesday's. We shared the Thai chicken skewers to start. Very good! Our server really talked up the pastas since the sauces are excellent. So we had to order the Alfredo with shrimp and shared the pepperoni pizza with pesto on the side. The pizza wasn't greasy at all and you could tell the pepp and the pesto were made fresh. Even the Alfredo had such a nice creamy flavor. The menu didn't appeal to me when I first tried it years ago but after having someone explain it, I really appreciated the effort they put into their food. Even accommodating for gluten free and vegan diets. Really really happy I came back to try them again. I'm excited to come back!

Mikayla was our server and even though she was busy and had some needy tables she was awesome and very attentive. We started with drinks ... the espresso martinis were had .... as well a a few apps. The baked brie (bourbon maple syrup, red wine, pear jam, Crostini) was absolutely phenomenal. I mean hands down one of the best bries I've had to date. We also got the calamari and it was good but there was nothing special about it. They have a wood burning pizza oven, which the best way to cook a pizza, so I had to ordered a pizza and got the pepperoni and it was absolutely delicious! Next time I wasn't to try the breakfast pizza! But I also want to go back for dinner and try some other menu items that I see featured on insta.

We started with an order of corn bread and fried green tomatoes. The cornbread was served with Sorghum butter which I wasn't a huge fan of however I've been dreaming about those Fried Green Tomatoes ever since. They were served on top of Pimento Cheese, and covered in what seemed like a Chipotle sauce and as well as corn. They were fried to perfection, and the tomatoes were crisp. One of my friends got the deviled eggs which were also really good! I ordered their version of an espresso martini which I also wasn't a fan of, 10 / 10 don't recommend if you prefer them with real espresso so I switched to beer. It was a Thursday and they have a ton of TVs along with the Sunday ticket to watch Football so we were able to sit outside and watch the game which was nice. For my meal I got an order of 5 Chicken tenders and a basket of wedges to share. The chicken tenders were hand breaded, juicy and delicious!! I also got a few of the dipping sauce to try as well which were buffalo ranch, honey mustard, ranch and Jalapeño ranch and they were all really good and could tell they were homemade. The wedges were seasoned and were served with Chili Crunch Aioli which was fire! I also got to try the Mac and Cheese which was also really tasty! I can't wait to go back to try the other items on the menu!

Everything was absolutely delicious, but the burnt ends appetizer was the standout--our waitress recommended it, and she was spot on. They were incredible! What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. Our waitress was so kind, patient, and calm with our young boys, which made our meal relaxing and enjoyable. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere from the moment we walked in. But we walked away disappointed…read morebecause of a major service lapse, curious food seasonings and discrepancies between menu descriptions and actual dishes. We arrived mid-afternoon on a Friday. We had a choice between sitting inside or being seated at a picnic table on the covered deck. We were assigned a high-top table in the dining area past the bar, where a few guys were watching a soccer match. The brine-soaked fried chicken is Eagle's specialty, so we ordered it. I thought the chicken was good,. So per the menu for the three-piece fried chicken meal, you can only order either all white meat or all dark meat. Interestingly, the two people at our table that ordered white meat still got a drumstick with their meat. The last I checked, drumsticks were considered dark meat. For an appetizer, we ordered the hush puppies. They had a nice crunchy texture but were very spicy hot. We also ordered the spoonbread. This was my favorite dish of the day. It was served warm, had a great texture and a light maple flavor. With our meals, we could get two sides. We requested the collard greens, green beans, fries, grits and mac & cheese. Only the mac & cheese was good. The collard greens were way salty and the green beans had odd and unexpected seasonings. Our dining companion was put out, and understandably so, that the menu said the grits came with white cheddar cheese. But instead, though the grits maybe had cheese, they were also loaded with loads of diced jalapeno. They were so over the top spicy, none of us could eat the grits. The fries were strongly seasoned with oregano. WTF? Our entrees came with biscuits. The biscuits were tasty, but unfortunately, because they contained too much shortening, fell apart when buttering them. And that leads up to the service lapse. After we received our check, our server completely disappeared. We waited a half hour for her to re-appear, gave up and asked another server to cash us out. He disappeared and we waited some more. Finally the red-headed server re-appeared and breezily explained she had been out on the deck the whole time. No apology or anything.
