Good food my little ones love the toddler area it's always very clean in there and staff is alway nice

Usually love Chick Fil a. I needed to get a present for my nephews birthday, and while heading to target I saw the Chick Fil A so I thought, "why not go in and grab something?" when I walked in, I was not greeted; I was barely acknowledged. The young lady taking my order seemed disinterested and even spoke to me rudely. I'm not sure she was aware how rude she came off as. When I thanked her, despite her rudeness, she barely mumbled a "my pleasure". I looked at her name tag, but I can't recall her name. All I know is it started with an A. She had dark hair. Other than that, the whole staff honestly looked like they didn't want to be there; they all looked upset. I understand when it gets busy it can get stressful, but how you act and carry yourself is what the customers remember, even more than the food. The drive thru service is pretty impressive because an employee takes your order and your payment before you reach the window. Really speeds up the long lines typical here at Chick-fil-A. Staff is always super friendly. They keep the tables wiped down unlike many other fast food chains. The delicious chicken nuggets are seasoned, lightly breaded and not too greasy. I just wish they are bigger especially for the price. The holes in the waffle fries make them crispier than your standard french fries which is good in my book. The fruit cup is a great side if you don't want the fries. Although there's a lot of apples in it, the blueberries and mandarin oranges give it a good kick. I ordered a 12 piece nugget at the drive through and and once I got home I realized several of the "12 piece" nuggets were tiny- they were all bread with no chicken and about the size of a dime. Please make sure you are putting normal sized nuggets with actual chicken in them when assembling the order! It was pretty disappointing. A couple things stand out immediately about this place: 1- there are a ton of people working. A couple kids were taking orders, walking through the drive-thru line so that everyone's food could get started. There are 5 registers inside and everything seemed to run like a well oiled machine. If you have to wait, it won't be long. 2- Everyone has a smile, not the fake "I have to do this because they pay me" kind of smile either. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. 3- customer service seems very important My cashier Brittney (spelling from receipt) was very helpful in my selections. Patient too I need to add. I don't eat at CFA often, so it takes me a minute. My food was delivered by a manager Tiffany who made eye contact and wished me a good day. Even my receipt said to "have a wonderful day". One thing is clear, this is a different kind of place that seems to be teaching great customer relation skills to their employees. Something that is overwhelmingly missing from most teenagers these days. The food, well it's ok. Not being familiar with the chicken sandwich, I ate it as-is. I'm guessing because it was a bit dry that way I should have added a sauce. One thing I remember enjoying from a previous dining experience was the grilled nuggets. I come here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. When they get busy (which is often) they manage it well and with great and friendly staff. I do think maybe one thing I would like them to do is manage their play area a bit more it often gets over crowded and a lot of kids get hurt (it's a small area). Food and service are always top notch! read more

The food is good but this location is always packed. I have never been here when there wasn't a huge line either inside or the drive thru. This is a great thing for the restaurant as they are always busy, it just means that some might not frequent as much due to how busy it is. With that said, the service is always good and the food is consistent and good. They only sell chicken products like sandwhiches, salads, nuggets, and tenders. They also have great lemonade and good shakes. There is a play area for the kids here and the store is conveniently located by other stores and places to shop. There's tons of parking. read more

3 stars instead of 4--only because I have only ever order 2 of the items on the menu: Chik-Fil-A sandwich or Chicken Egg and Cheese Bagel. Moist, tender, juicy, cheap. It's my quick snack when I experience a blood sugar drop during my power shopping trips. I love how they have special events for kids and the food is always hot. As other reviewers have posted, it's cheap and tasty. But, I give it 4 stars for the friendly smiles and positive attitudes that greet me even when I'm just driving through for sweet tea. Also, they always have a clean shop. The kids play area looks well kept. I have never seen fries wedged in the nooks and crannies, unlike the fierce competitors' play areas. We go here whenever we spend too much time shopping and find ourselves starving. It's a great place. read more

Oh no, keep me away from this place. Chik-Fil-A has some of the best food on the planet. I could eat here every day but I would end up looking like a pumpkin. I prefer being slim so I stay away but I love this restaurant. I grew up in Georgia and we had these places all over and I fell in love with it early. I had to frequent Foothills Fashion Mall to get my fix but thankfully we have a free standing Chik-Fil-A and I can avoid that horrible mall. Each time I have dined there the service was great, the food came out fast, and it tasted great. My last time there I had a exceptionally nice young lady take my order and I almost wanted to tell the manager what a pleasant employee he had. I may have to break down and head there for lunch today, but I am on my bike and it is kind of a long ride. read more

This was my first time to Chick-fil-A. Moved through the line at lunch with good speed and the folks helping who are posted outside along the way were friendly, upbeat and professional. These workers LITERALLY were so genuinely kind that they made me and my wife cry. A month ago, our car broke down in the middle of the drive-thru on our WEDDING DAY right after we got married (and yes we went to Chic fil a after getting married because it's the Lord's chicken) and immediately two of the workers outside taking orders got behind our car and started pushing it with me. We got up to the window and the manager guy saw that we were in our wedding clothes and our car was broken down and he immediately told his workers to void the order so we could get our food for free. They were so kind and pushed our car out into their reserved parking spot and told us we could leave it there as long as we needed and they came out and check on us multiple times and even tried jumping it for us. They brought us like 4 free desserts while we waited because they felt so bad for us and just were so genuinely kind that my wife and I were tearing up. We left our car there for days and when we finally came to tow it home they helped push the car onto the tow hitch thing. These are genuinely beautiful people at this location and we will always remember them whenever we think of our wedding day haha. Thank you guys. And we will always support Chic fil A. Chick fil a is my go to for a quick meal. They are typically way above average when it comes to fast food chains. Unfortunately, this Chick fil a was a bit of a let down. I used the mobile app for ordering - 3 different sandwiches and 3 superfood sides. My wait time was longer than most Chick fil a's. I was finally told they were out of the superfood sides and were making some fresh ones. No problem - except when I got them back to my hotel - they had not been prepared properly. After contacting the manager, he refunded me for the order. I have to say Chick fil a's customer service is top notch. I would recommend stopping by this location. Just double check your order and expect that you may have to wait a little longer than usual. read more

I just want to say this Chick-fil-A is AWESOME!! Their service is awesome and the owner, Todd Orlando, is Amazing! He went above and beyond to correct my order. It's very seldom that I ever get a wrong order at any Chick-fil-A because they all strive for excellence. Today my order was wrong. I ordered food and drove about a half hour home to find out that one of my orders was incorrect. I ordered two salads which I got but didn't realize that one of the salads had spicy chicken in it. I called and spoke to the owner. He drove a half hour and delivered my salad directly to my home and brought me two salads and also gave me a card for another free meal. He truly went above and beyond to make me happy and make it right. No other fast food business has ever done that. I HIGHLY recommend this location and will always be one of their customers. No complaints about the food or employees, the new drive through system is completely flawed in the sense the employees are not properly trained to make it work how it should. Every time I've been there since the remodel my food is cold before I'm even able to drive out of the drive through. There will be many cars in front me me who have not received an order and there is no way to drive around and the employees refuse to use the spots designated for such circumstances. This restaurant needs to study portillos from Chicago in how to properly run this type of drive through. Will be going to Fort Collins from now on until the inside is open for dining. read more

I was so disappointed that we drove from Estes Park and were 2 minutes late for breakfast. I asked if they had any leftovers and they said no so my daughter went ahead and ordered. I really only like their breakfast biscuits so I didn't order anything. She got her bag and there was a 4 pack of mini breakfast biscuits in it!! That made my day!!! Such great food and amazing customer service!! Had a large catering order that was perfect and at the last minute, on a Friday night during dinner rush, I asked for 40 more sandwiches! They did it with no eye rolls, shoulder shrugs or sighing. They got the extras ready in 15 minutes so I could be back at my event on time! Always have had great service and food. But not this time. Food was still good but the manager on duty should not be in that position. Do not eat here if you don't like toxic msg! I got a severe migraine eating here and my children became very sick! The kids meals contain large amounts of msg! First, we are Chick-fil-A fans. We we both stunned by the meals here as we pasted through last night. This is the first time either of us had received low quality food. I had the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich. The bun was very cold and seemed to be not fresh like usual. The chicken breast tasted like it had been under warming lights for awhile. My wife's Deluxe Chicken Club had similar problems and the waffle fries we shared has an "odd" taste. Maybe old oil in the fryer? 1st, All Chick-Fil-A are over rated. With that said the resturant parking lot is alway full or crowded. The food is decent and has some heathy choices. What makes the restruant good is the service. Probably good for kids because of the indoor playground. read more

Got two salads and a sandwich to go here and as soon as I got home noticed one of the salads were completely wrong. For being almost $10 you'd expect for everything to be fine. I called into this location and was just told sorry there's nothing we can do unless you bring it back. I'm not going to drive half an hour each way to fix your mistake.
