This was my first experience at this Panera Bread location and I had a wonderful experience. Arriving at the location of this restaurant can be stressful due to the volume of traffic, but the location itself was far from stressful. Once we got into the parking lot it was very spacious with ample parking spots. Walking into an establishment can be a jarring experience, but this location was very welcoming. I did not interact with the workers often, but when I did it was satisfactory. I appreciated the many self service kiosks that allowed me to be my introverted self. The food was made fresh and within minutes I was sitting down with water and food in hands. I got a sandwich that had many great qualities. The first was the fresh bun used that added a great structure to the sandwich. The chicken and bacon were piping hot and very flavorful. I was here with a fellow vegetarian yelper who had lots of options, and she said it was "so rad". There was some confusion of where we should put our trash and plates. It seems like many patrons were leaving them in unconventional spots by where we picked up our food. After a bit of wandering, we were able to find where to dispose of our waste. Perhaps more signage or another spot could be a help. Lots of tables full of crumbs and what not, but that's hard to complain after the typical lunch rush. read more

I never leave any bad reviews, but this is necessary. The manager Sarah is SO disrespectful. She was yelling at this young lady who was so sweet to me. It seemed like she was new, so why are we yelling at employees who are still in training? I heard Sarah yelling all the way across the restaurant at this young lady. It was so distracting I couldn't even finish my meal. I've been to this Panera so many times, and every time I see her she brings the whole mood down. I love Panera, the food is so good, but Sarah is not a good role model. I can't imagine what those employees must think of her working there. I feel so bad for that poor girl. Everything was going fine until...... I specifically chose to click the menu button for napkins and a spoon. When they called my name and said my order is ready, I asked again, are there napkins and a spoon in the bag, Yes. They are in the bag the employee stated. The receipt on the bag even stated that napkins and a spoon are in the bag. Good, I won't have to worry about trying to drink the soup or use Kleenex in the hotel room. NOPE. This Panera was the busiest Panera I have ever been too lol. Service was impeccable and the place was so clean and even had a nice fireplace in the center of the restaurant. I ordered chicken and wild rice along with broccoli and cheese and a baguette. All hot and delicious. My favorite is the chicken with wild rice. The flavor and the chicken is so tender. The only thing that wasn't what I was use to was the bread, it was definitely harder and stale than I'm use to. No biggie though cause the rest was freaking amazing! read more

I almost went 4 stars on this one. Paying nearly $20 for a sandwich and their smallest drink is what kept me from doing so. It's a very nice restaurant, and I could see it being a good place to study or have coffee with a friend. My turkey BLT with cheese (+$1.79) was good, but at almost $16, definitely not worth it. How can Panera Bread be out of the sourdough bread my sandwich was supposed to have? It's like Buffalo Wild Wings being out of wings. (That's actually happened to me, BTW.) We ordered a fuji salad and a bacon turkey bravo sandwich The salad was served without any dressing. The greens were not very fresh, but... The turkey sandwich had brown, rotten lettuce that had begun to liquify in the sandwich. That means Panera thought they would use the rotten lettuce and hide it in the sandwich! The only adult, apparently a Manager, walked around scowling and gesturing at the staff and staring at customers which made my Wife very uncomfortable. This Panera is a franchise. Just stopped in for a buttered (margarine) bagel to go. Bagel was medium sized, soft and doughy. Really enjoyed the taste of the bagel and tasted fresh. One thing that's good to know about this location, is that they will not butter your bagel for you. I was told they weren't allowed to do that. So Instead they just give you 2 small packs of butter so you can do it yourself. But wanted to write this review so others are aware to plan in advance for it. I was running late and if would've know, I either would've come in earlier, gotten something else or gone elsewhere. The other issue with ordering a buttered bagel, other than having to butter it yourself, you also need to ask them to cut it in half for you otherwise they just give it to you whole. Also need to ask them to give you a knife to butter with. I guess all that seems like it would be a no brainer to include if buttering yourself, but hey guess not. Lol. Also, if you want your receipt, let them know in advance, otherwise they throw it out. Other than that, staff seemed nice. Location was clean and I really enjoyed the bagel. I had a small (and I mean small) bacon mac & cheese that was over 10 bucks with tax that probably cost them a dollar to make and then they hit me up for more money twice; once to flip the screen around to try to get me to tip and then the cashier asked me to round up the total for charity. Went there on Saturday with my wife and a neighbor. Food was excellent as always. But that's not why I'm writing this review. My wife had a medical emergency while we were there. The manager Josh called 911 and stayed right with us until the paramedics arrived and we were safely in the ambulance getting medical care. Josh was incredibly compassionate. We have been going here for 2 years and Panera for at least 20 years. This place is by far the worst we have delt with, with the most consistent flaws. Every time, we get a bacon turkey bravo and a Fuji salad. Many times we are missing salad dressing, shorting us on the dressing, missing pickles, bacon on the bacon turkey bravo or not adding the dressing to the sandwich. To the point where we ALWAYS have to check before leaving. We pay $13 ea which is already expensive. How about giving us what we paid for. I will be going up the chain to get to the bottom of this. This location seems very poorly run and unorganized. We continue to receive delivery and pickup orders that are missing food items we paid for. The quality of the food is also very inconsistent- sometimes our food comes out fine, but a lot of times the sandwiches are thrown together so poorly that it might as well be a salad wrapped up in brown paper. For the actual salads, they give you a tiny teaspoon of salad dressing for a $9 salad. Panera, you could definitely improve on consistency, quality, and organization. Please check your orders thoroughly before you finalize them. It's frustrating to keep getting orders that are incomplete. So first off, the service staff were great, and the bread was decent. That said, the sandwich itself was terrible. It was clearly composed the way it was supposed to be, so this is not a knock on the staff making the sandwich; this is an indictment on the decision-making process from corporate. The chicken was translucent and looked like it came from a can, the cheese was cheap, and the amount of sandwich for $13 was classic price gauging. We also happened to be sitting next to a Panera manager's meeting where the language they were using was unsettling. They were likening the "rush" to preparing for war, and openly talked about being intentionally understaffed. Absolutely the worst and slowest service I've ever received at any Panera location or even any other restaurant. Food prep was slow and sloppy, breakfast sandwiches took forever to get and then covered in egg yolk, and just couldn't be eaten on the go. Had to toss 1 sandwich, and toss the egg off of another sandwich. We ordered food "for here" but free 12 minutes had do to what 3 other customers ahead of us did, "can we actually get that to go please". Staff, especially working with the food, seemed very untrained, and confused. The young manager (assistant?) was just wondering around doing nothing as the rest of the staff struggled even with very few customers. Bad location. After we ordered we went to go find somewhere to sit, most of the available seats were still dirty and had plates on them(most of the stayed like this during the duration of our stay). Never had an issue, that is until we were served by Rene (who somehow is a supervisor!) Been coming here a lot now. Soups are great, love that Tomato Cream as well as the French Onion. Possibly the worst Panera I've ever been to and I believe it to be the source of my recent food poisoning as well. Let me start by saying I've always been a fan of Panera. My husband and I recently moved to Loveland and stopped for a quick lunch before our Target run. It was about 3 pm, so in between lunch and dinner, yet the place was a mess. When we received our orders (mine was the chicken avo BLT and southwest salad), it was very sloppily made. I noticed the chicken in my salad looked too pink and the texture was off.. and you know what, my bad for not bringing it back, but I pointed it out to my husband and avoided eating the chicken. Well, 24 hours later I was hit with the food poisoning and I was out of commission for 2.5 days. I'll spare you the details. We won't be visiting this Panera again. read more
