Everything was going fine until...... I specifically chose to click the menu button for napkins and a spoon. When they called my name and said my order is ready, I asked again, are there napkins and a spoon in the bag, Yes. They are in the bag the employee stated. The receipt on the bag even stated that napkins and a spoon are in the bag. Good, I won't have to worry about trying to drink the soup or use Kleenex in the hotel room. NOPE. Nothin the bag except for the sandwich and the soup. WTF!

This Panera was the busiest Panera I have ever been too lol. Service was impeccable and the place was so clean and even had a nice fireplace in the center of the restaurant. I ordered chicken and wild rice along with broccoli and cheese and a baguette. All hot and delicious. My favorite is the chicken with wild rice. The flavor and the chicken is so tender. The only thing that wasn't what I was use to was the bread, it was definitely harder and stale than I'm use to. No biggie though cause the rest was freaking amazing!

This was my first experience at this Panera Bread location and I had a wonderful experience. Arriving at the location of this restaurant can be stressful due to the volume of traffic, but the location itself was far from stressful. Once we got into the parking lot it was very spacious with ample parking spots. Walking into an establishment can be a jarring experience, but this location was very welcoming. I did not interact with the workers often, but when I did it was satisfactory. I appreciated the many self service kiosks that allowed me to be my introverted self. The food was made fresh and within minutes I was sitting down with water and food in hands. I got a sandwich that had many great qualities. The first was the fresh bun used that added a great structure to the sandwich. The chicken and bacon were piping hot and very flavorful. I was here with a fellow vegetarian yelper who had lots of options, and she said it was "so rad". There was some confusion of where we should put our trash and plates. It seems like many patrons were leaving them in unconventional spots by where we picked up our food. After a bit of wandering, we were able to find where to dispose of our waste. Perhaps more signage or another spot could be a help. Lots of tables full of crumbs and what not, but that's hard to complain after the typical lunch rush.

Always great service and impeccable menu selection at Panera. Great WiFi signal if you are coming to nibble on your remote days like I was

I almost went 4 stars on this one. Paying nearly $20 for a sandwich and their smallest drink is what kept me from doing so. It's a very nice restaurant, and I could see it being a good place to study or have coffee with a friend. My turkey BLT with cheese (+$1.79) was good, but at almost $16, definitely not worth it. How can Panera Bread be out of the sourdough bread my sandwich was supposed to have? It's like Buffalo Wild Wings being out of wings. (That's actually happened to me, BTW.) I also had to go back to the counter when they forgot one ingredient of the sandwich (avocado). Overall, an expensive, somewhat underwhelming experience.

I usually really enjoy their food but today I tried heir new BBQ chicken. HORRIBLE VERY little chicken, cheese, and BBQ sauce. No flavor except the BBQ sauce. It was $10.99 if I would have seen it first I wouldn't have had $2. Did NOT look like there pix

Circles show rotten lettuce. Who serves rotten food? Panera does!

We ordered a fuji salad and a bacon turkey bravo sandwich The salad was served without any dressing. The greens were not very fresh, but... The turkey sandwich had brown, rotten lettuce that had begun to liquify in the sandwich. That means Panera thought they would use the rotten lettuce and hide it in the sandwich! The only adult, apparently a Manager, walked around scowling and gesturing at the staff and staring at customers which made my Wife very uncomfortable. This Panera is a franchise. That means there is no corporate control over the owners. Apparently, Panera Corp does not require franchises to use fresh produce.

    Unkept restaurant.

For a restaurant that requires me to serve my own food and pickup my dishes, it's over $20 for lunch for 1 meal. Add to it the the ambiance you get to enjoy shown in the picture. Not a single table was cleaned when we were trying to find a seat, so we had to ask for someone to wipe down a table. This was at 1:45 in the afternoon.

We ordered from here tonight and the sandwich I received was horrible! I ordered the new Chicken Bacon Rancher! Just look at the pictures to see what I thought I was getting and what I actually got!!! Paid over 18.00 for that meal!!!

Expensive meal that came incorrectly. When I asked about it, the response was "I figured". Drinks not working. Outside dining was nice.

Paris Bahn Mi is the best of their kind, hands down in their Asian food and their service. Their food is great for lunch or dinner. Consistence is the key of their success - in their exquisite Asian flavors and great customer service. Their Asian food is never too salty, and never bland. If you got a little-miss-red-riding-hood in your family, she will make herself right at home in this wonderful restaurant where everything is "just right." I see tons of people coming in for their savory chicken dish, for their Pho dishes, for all of their Asian-meat-flavored sandwiches on a delicious croissant or light bread, and people flocking in here too especially for their dessert slushy drinks and boba teas. Here are the only two problems i can find with this place: 1. Their dining hall is a bit too small for their popularity; and can get crowded in here, but i see how many people get it "to go." 2. This is the only location in this county. They definitely need another location here in northern CO, of Larimer County or in Weld County. As my family and I sit down to eat, it is obvious to us that the owners and employees highly value every customer that walks through their doors. We come here a few times a month, at least, and love it, and never have been disappointed.

Majority of Pho in NoCo has been salty & bland. Since then, I've tried at least 5-6 places already that serve Pho...and I'm going to say...this is a Top 3 in CO, #1 in Loveland (per my taste buds). Here at PBM, there's balance issue in pho broth. I'm looking & savoring the backbone slow-simmered beef richness (usually from marrow bones, oxtail, brisket), with aromatics like star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon acting more like background notes--not the main show. Maybe it was an off day, which that would be good...that would give me hope that the broth is being made in-house! I will come back again, in hopes that PBM will validate being THE BEST in Loveland!
