And before anyone asks... my order was a sweet tea, a coffee, and a large fry. That's it. No complicated customizations. No huge order. If I'm going to wait 20 minutes total and still have to go inside, what exactly is the point of curbside pickup? The app says one thing, reality says another. Super frustrating and definitely not the convenient experience it's supposed to be.

Sorry but that excuse during Covid is long gone.
