As an aficionado of chicken tenders, I decided to go here to see how it was. In a nutshell, I was completely underwhelmed. The tenders themselves were so small; for the price I would've expected them to be bigger. Also, I don't support any place that doesn't have a non-waffle fries option; this is just my own thing, I just don't like waffle fries. They're weird. Lastly, the honey mustard sauce was a very odd consistency. All in all, I'm glad I tried it but I don't think I'll be back. read more

Preface: I forgot the password to my old yelp account, and probably would have never gotten a new one, until I came to chick-fil-a. I had been there before and the food was great, the service was better than average, and the place was clean. But the reason I got a new email, to get a new yelp account, was to tell anyone who probably shouldn't have taken the time to read this that restaurant is f****** specatacular.As previously stated the food is smack, lemonade especially(free refills) but the service I saw was impeccable. Not just a "welcome to chick-fil-a, and a "have a nice night" a nice elderly lady can around to take our food and bring refills. This sounds pretty normal, but going to chains that are not exactly "sit down restaurants" I was not expecting the same level of service provided elsewhere. 50 and a half stars and thirteen stripes. read more

Wonderful experience at this chick-fil-a every time I come here, today especially. We overheard one of the staff members say that this was their busiest day since they opened, but we still got our food within 3 minutes of ordering! As always with Chick-fil-a I received great food and service. Today I wanted a spicy deluxe but accidentally ordered just a spicy sandwich. When they brought it out I notice it was the wrong sandwich but I realize it was my error. They went back and got me some cheese, lettuce and tomatoes to put on my sandwich. Technically they fixed my error. This is what I call service! Place is clean and the environment was pleasant. One of the best additions to East Washington since I've lived on the east side (that's only about 8 months for those of you who are wondering). I have no complaints about this Chick-Fil-A! Dear anyone looking to invest in a meal from here BEWARE they may rip you off. I was looking forward to indulge in some nuggets, but instead, my wallet felt the wrath... The young lady in the cone, told me my charge was $8.05, perfectly fine let me tell you. When we pulled up to uniquely hair colored boy, he took my ten dollar bill and gave me two dollars back. Now, you may be thinking, that is in fact not a rip off, but hold your horses. After we got our meal, my bag and receipt said my total was $7.63. Meaning, no matter what, I was charged extra. Now normally, I would not be upset about this but, this whole interaction was so uncomfortable, I had to say something. read more

Chic-fil-A is a very nice place to eat. It has very clean bathrooms, eating areas, and the employees are helpful and nice. The food tastes authentic compared to other fast food places. When I go there, I usually get chicken nuggets and a milkshake. The chicken nuggets taste like real chicken, and the milkshake is good but it is hard to suck through the straw. I really enjoy the food but I feel like they should also have some healthier options. Also, the food is made and served in a short amount of time. read more

Chic-fil-A is a good restaurant to eat at. I would consider this place to be a fast food place, an easy meal to quickly eat on the road. The food is very good especially the waffle fries. It is kid friendly because it has a play place like McDonald's but it is much more cleaner. The workers are nice and respectful. I have eaten at this Chick-Fil-A several times and have always been very satisfied with the quality of their food, and especially the outstanding speed of their service delivered to one's table. But what stands out more than anything else is the quality of their staff. I don't know what they do to attract and hold these individuals, but they are an order of magnitude more professional than any other fast food restaurant in the area. They are appropriately dressed, articulate, friendly, cheerful, helpful, and above all, intelligent. These are all features that are woefully lacking in most of the fast-food restaurants we visit. read more

I had never been to Chick-fil-A before and never understood what all of the hype was about. I went there for lunch yesterday and it was wow. Now I know. Despite crowds of people inside the restaurant as well as in line service was really quick and waiting times extremely short. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with fries and buffalo wing sauce as well as the sweetened ice tea. You're given a vase looking thing at the register that you can use to fill with your sauces and any other condiments you might need at your table. And their condiment options are great. They have Heinz Ketchup (not generic kind), Hellman's mayo, concord grape jelly etc. Once I sat down I thought it would be great to have some ranch sauce to go along with my sandwich and conveniently the lady who brought my food to the table asked if I needed anything else. I asked for the sauce and within what seemed like a second someone else brought me the sauce. Talk about fast service. The food itself was really tasty and the entire meal with drink cost less than $8. My chicken sandwich was hot and crispy and not too greasy. The bun was fresh. The ice tea was delicious. When me and my family stopped here after shopping at the mall, we were really pleased! The staff was SUPER nice, and the guy who helped us took a lot of pride in his work, which I really like. I ordered the chicken nuggets but got the strips instead, but it was a busy Friday night, so I know people will make mistakes, it tasted just as good as the nuggets. The establishment is very neat, clean and organized and from what it looks like on their walls, they are really involved with the community. I specifically didn't eat all day so that I was ravenously hungry for my first visit to this restaurant. The second I walked in my mouth salivated in anticipation. We were able to order quickly, beaming with excitement because they had soup on the menu. Fast food restaurant with soup!?!? Yes, Culver's also has soup, but Culver's doesn't have spicy chicken sandwiches on their menu. Double miracle! We were given our receipt and told our food would be delivered to our table. Minutes ticked by as I sat by the edge of my seat, watching as employees brought out steaming trays of food to other guests at the restaurant. My patience grew thin as I started to notice car after car get through the drive through and drive off with their food while I still waited for mine. 10, 15, 20 minutes go by. Finally went back to the counter and the employees said they forgot our food. Forgot our food!?!? I could have butchered a chicken and cooked it myself in this amount of time. Seriously, I've done it before. To make up for the wait, the employee gave us two free sandwich gift cards, which was a nice gesture, but I'll give them away.
