Very polite staff and excellent food! These are the two things that come to mind when I come here. Food is always good. Have never had a problem with food being cold or missing an item which is a rarity in fast food. Staff is always polite and respectful. Little things like a smile and a 'thank you' go a long way in the realm of customer service. Having been to plenty of fast food establishments where the servers would barely look at you, the staff here is a real treat. The drive thru is always quick and speedy. Drive up at lunch time with a full line. Ordered and got my food in less then five minutes. Pretty awesome! Will definitely be coming back for more tasty chicken sandwiches! read more

I'm a traitor to my gay brothers and sisters. A few weeks ago, I ate here for the first time in several years after boycotting for obvious reasons. The food was fresh, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly - I suspect one or two may have been kin to my people. The only disappointment, other than with myself, was that's they no longer have provolone cheese..... why... I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion and to express it -- I'm expressing mine by giving four stars instead of five stars. Blast, that's some good chicken. read more

Food is always good and I refer to chick-fil-a as fast food done slow. Dinner is always crazy and they have a different pace of work then any fast food place I have been at. How on earth did they get a 4.5 rating? This is the SLOWEST Chick-Fil-A we've ever dined at, and we've dined at a lot of them. They never send anyone out into the parking lot when the lines get long like other stores do. They are never very friendly at the window when we get up to it finally. And after sitting ALL that time in the drive-thru line to get food, you'd think they'd apologize for the wait like other ones do, but NOPE! They are frequently not even polite at this location. I cannot count the number of times they've messed up our order, and to have waited all that time in the lines and have our order messed up and rude people at the window is why I haven't returned to this location in 6 months now. They seriously need someone from corporate to come show them how to run a Chick-Fil-A! They are giving the other ones a bad name with this kind of crappy service!! The staff here is excellent. Just witnessed an older gentleman come in and place an order. He had difficulty hearing and the staff could not have been more kind and patient. After he had his food, the girl at the register even got out from behind the counter to help him with the door. I could nitpick some unimportant items about the store but won't. How can anyone have a complaint about Chick Fil A ? I've never had a single issue at any location but this is the location I frequent the most. Every employee is polite, provides great customer service, and they always have employees out taking orders in addition to the two drive thrus. They move very fast considering it's always packed. SLOW!! If you are on your lunch hour you will probably need most of it just to get your food at this location. Despite a fairly good product I can't go here and find other options. One large order sends their drive thru into a state of chaos. Where Mc Donald's and others have figured out pulling large orders to the side in order to service the people stuck behind the guy with 12 items this management team has not. I like Chick-Fil-A because the food there is delicious. Some fast food makes you fell a little sick after you eat it but when I eat Chick-fill-A's food that dosen't happen. I don't recommend eating Chick-fill-A's food everyday though. You could have problems like obesity, high colesterol, heart disease/stroke and depression. Other than that their food is really good. The staff there is friendly and I'm sure most people will agree with me. If you have a young child (ages 4-6) I recommend bringing them to the indoor playground. When I was young I went on the indoor park when I was young and I liked it. My younger brother went on there a couple years ago and he liked it. In conclusion I recommend going to Chick-fill-A if you like fast food. read more

Came for late lunch with wife, father in-law and 3 yr old. The place was packed and stayed packed through eating lunch. Service was fantastic, even with the crazy environment. Coke zero ran out during my order, they handled it quickly and brought me my drink once it was ready. Very impressed with their professional service. read more

My husband and I love Chick-fil-a, however, this chick-fil-a continues to disappoint. They are friendly, but they continue to forget essential items when going thru the drivethru. They did not give us the sauces we wanted and the next day we went thru the drivethru for breakfast and they did not give us a straw for the iced coffee we got. How do you forget to give your customer sauces and straws??? Being at the drivethru, those things are important to give as the person will likely not be able to go back and get them. This chick-fil-a also does not provide a calendar of events and coupons like other chick-fil-as in the area. There have been times when the quality of the food was less than par. I used to work at a chick-fil-a and have been to the corporate office in Atlanta. What a great experience!! It's not very often that you walk into a business establishment, let alone a fast food chain, and have the employees speak to you with the upmost manners. They care very much about their customers and I love the fact that they stick to their religious moral beliefs. My wife, children, and I went in one day for lunch and the general manager walks over and whispers something into the employees ear. The employee then says your meal is on us today... Each day we pick one individual to give an act of kindness to. I was completely astonished because never in my entire life have I witnessed a business do something like this before. My wife and I said thank you so much cause what they did not know, was that just like everyone else, our family has fallen into hard times. That one act of kindness was more appreciated then they could ever realize. If you want to run a successful business then this is the company you want to look at.
