It's interesting how their tagline is "Gamedays are better with Raising Cane's," but none of the locations I've visited have TVs.

Service good, dining room clean with plenty of seating inside and outside. If you like the Canes chicken this makes it very well.

Not bad. Don't understand the hype. Not particularly memorable. The place in Marlton is about a week old so the parking lot is packed and the drive through is wrapped around the place. My advice would be to order your food on the app and pick up inside because you skip the whole line inside. So new that they are working out the kinks, the fountain drinks we ordered with our box meals were not waiting in the pickup area when we arrived but the food was. So we had to flag down an employee and explain to them that we needed the drinks, which took a really long time. I'm sure they will figure it all out as more people eat there, the demand will die down. My rating is solely on the food quality with what we brought home. The tenders were fairly good - nice crispy flavorful breading, tender white meat that was a little bit "woody." Crinkle cut fries were undercooked and not crisp. Canes sauce tastes like a ketchup and old bay mixture, slightly creamy. Texas toast was a thick gummy commercially prepared bread that had a slight buttery flavor on the one side... but I don't get it. Maybe letter if eaten immediately and not taken out. Cole slaw was fresh with nice crisp veggies, but the dressing tasted more like mayo and could use a bit more vinegar and sugar. At the bottom of my hinged white to go container, after I ate all four tenders in my box, I noticed a long black human hair all across the entree compartment. It happens but kinda gross. I think I'll give it another try when things settle down in a few months.

Newly opened (February 2024) location in Marlton. They only serve chicken fingers, chicken sandwiches and fries.Canes is the fastest growing fast food restaurant in the United States so we wanted to stop in and see what all the hype was about. Did the chicken finger meal and found the chicken to be very moist with a good light coating. The fries were kind of like McDonald's only crinkled. The staff had the same friendly demeanor as you will find a Chick-fil-A. Our favorite, fast food, chicken fingers are from Bojangles, which you can find down south. The chicken fingers from there are a little bit crispier, and seem to be a little bit more flavorful. Even still, it was a very good experience for what it is. There was an added bonus of coleslaw being included with the meal, which was fantastic.

Raising Cane's does one thing only, but they do it well -- come here for some juicy, crispy chicken tenders in their iconic Cane's sauce and Texas toast. I was most impressed by their chicken tenders, which were both juicy and crisp from the breading. Compared to Chick-fil-A, I think these were more juicy as Chick-fil-A tends to lean more dry and dense. However, if you're not in the mood for tenders, that's basically all they have other than those same tenders on a bun for a chicken sandwich. Cane's sauce was decent but leaned more on the vinegary side in my opinion. The Texas toast was buttered and soft, and it was a welcome addition to the meal. The fries were nothing to rave about. I thought they were actually a touch too salty, and I'm more of a waffle fry girl myself. There's a decent amount of indoor seating along with a covered outdoor patio, pickup parking, and a large drive thru. Service was extremely fast and nice; location is exceptionally clean and fun with some spinning disco balls and art. Pro tip: If you're not a coleslaw person, sub it out for extra toast and thank me later!

We went to try Raising Canes today thinking the hype would have gone down by now. We ended up waiting 22 minutes in the drive thru line. They have the same setup as Chick-fil-A but it is not half as efficient. They only have 4 menu options, so you would think the drive thru would move extremely fast, but it's the exact opposite. We only ordered the combo box with 4 chicken tenders, toast, fries and cane's sauce. The chicken tenders were all white meat and very juicy. The Texas toast was extremely salty and undercooked. The fries were undercooked as well. I'm assuming the food was undercooked since they were trying to get tons of people through the line as soon as possible. The prices here are also much more than Chick-fil-A. Our meal was almost $13 after tax. I'm glad I tried it since they are popping up all around, but I likely will not return.

Good came out super hot which I appreciate. It was quick and the staff were very efficient. They were calling out to the back how many people were entering so they could have everything ready. Food was decent. It wasn't the best I've had but i definitely appreciate how hot and fresh it was. Chicken could have been in a little longer for more crisp though.

This place did not live up to the hype social media has been placing on it for the last 3 years. Drive thru experience was smooth they try the Chick Fil A esque style with putting your name to the order. Lack of options will hurt them up in the north. Bland tenders will not cut it along with those lightly salted fries. The sauce is a very potent one whatever seasoning they put in it they should put it on the chicken instead! The sauce was no good on anything else. $12.99 for a sub par tender meal means one and done. Curious to see if they respond with more options in the future.

Simple menu...chicken tenders and fries. The Texas toast is yummy. They also have Cole slaw. Service is fast, and friendly. The inside seating area is nice but L O U D. They have music playing and then they call a name for orders that are ready....and then yell "yes chef" at each other. If you want it a bit quieter sit outside during the nicer weather.

Came here because my son enjoys their French fries and ordered 2 fries. Both were soggy, unsalted, and cold. Won't be returning.

This was my first experience with Asad's Hot Chicken and I had been waiting to try their sandwiches…read morefor so long! I can also report that it is delicious! Being a newbie to Asad's and also an idiot and spice adventurer when it comes to hot things, I obviously opted for the "scorchin" level of heat on my order, which may have been a hasty decision considering just how hot this chicken actually gets. So, let me preface the rest of the story with the fact that this was ordered for a work lunch, in-office, and my dumb ass thought, "sure, a sandwich is great, why not get a tender along with it and a milkshake!" Milkshake = great idea! Additional chicken tender coated in what I can only describe as actual sub-terrestrial crust magma-inspired rub = not the best decision I have ever made. However, what was most intriguing and also outstanding is that through all the heat and spice, the flavors were mind-blowingly good and absolutely dialed in to keep me coming back for more. I will definitely tone down the scovilles for my next visit though. Let me also say that the menu is a bit confusing as is stated in a few other reviews. But once you actually SPEAK to someone then all your questions are easily answered, and everyone is very responsive and positive and ready to help. I still should have not ordered the additional tender, regardless of spice, simply because the volume of food is right on point. A chicken sandwich and fries should be plenty for one person, especially with a milkshake to cool things down should you decide to go the route that I did with one of the crazy hot levels. It's funny, because I love heat in my food, opting for the spiciest menu items on almost every occasion, but Asad's took me down. After easily finishing the tender, but needing the milkshake to assist, I barely made it through the sandwich. I was even tearing at one point. While this may sound like self-induced torture to some people, what you don't understand is that the amazing flavors that burst forth from this sandwich. The juiciness of the chicken and the savory, sweet, spicy, and salty combination making masterwork of something that is perceived to be so simple: just a chicken sandwich. If you order a lower spice level, all those flavors are still there, and that's the best part. What makes Asad's delicious is cooked right in to every piece of chicken that they produce. Then you can make it yours, just how you like it. This happened to be my first experience with their devilishly hot offerings, but it will definitely not be my last, and probably won't even be my final "scorchin" experience either. Knowing myself, I can almost guarantee I'll order it again and then regret not just getting something a little more tame. Do yourself a favor and head to your closest Asad's and see what it's all about. It's worth the price, which isn't too bad, and I can guarantee you'll be happy with what you get. There's a reason that in the last two years you may have noticed one opening by you out of nowhere......go start that hot adventure!

I don't know what happened to the people who can speak English and understand it but they seem to employed people who don't even know how to read a register slip or a screen. I will not go back to this location. My in-laws hate this place and this is why. It's close to my home but I will make sure to take the drive to Wendy's where the food is better. Then the worst part they don't have a customer service to call and ask questions or report an in person complaint. They only service app people, just another way to boost app downloads. Remove customer service for anyone who doesn't use the app and they can't track. Screw them right? Lmao whomever is in charge is not a good leader and lacks care about their brand. Lastly why in the world are you giving young children paper straws? Is your goal for them to choke and die? It is such an extremely unsafe thing is to give paper straws that meltdown to nothing before a drink is even done to a three year-old or a four-year-old or who knows it could be a younger child. I shouldn't have to order a drink and worry, whether or not my child, gonna choke to death on a stroll that collapses and fall apart.....

The wings were great. The garlic parm wasn't overly garlic, the spicy Korean had a sticky sweet heat to it and the fries I got with extra seasoning. The fries weren't super hot when I got home but 3 minutes in the air fryer was perfect. Their ranch sauce is phenomenal. I'm not joking. The chicken sandwich (which i heated up the next day) was really good, simple bun, few pickles and a good slather of hot sauce. Obviously I dipped this in the ranch sauce too.
