They must be trying to boost sales because they are now charging for kids meals to have soda. I know they have kids meal drink cups but they are unchanging everyone to make you pay for a small soda and giving you a small soda. Wtf. They don't even give you your dipping sauce that are right on the order slip. The people are nice enough but not smart. I don't know what happened to the people who can speak English and understand it but they seem to employed people who don't even know how to read a register slip or a screen. I will not go back to this location. My in-laws hate this place and this is why. It's close to my home but I will make sure to take the drive to Wendy's where the food is better. Then the worst part they don't have a customer service to call and ask questions or report an in person complaint. They only service app people, just another way to boost app downloads. I used to love this McD. I've been coming here for decades (I grew up in this town). I understand mistakes happen but McD's makes it so difficult to remedy everything. Most other casual food restaurant apps give the ability to submit order errors on the app and they refund any errors immediately or have customer service response within the 24 hours and refund or give a credit. McD's makes you go through a whole process going through their online customer service and then days later they email you to tell you they'll submit to the McD's you used. And then you never hear from them about any refund. Btw this order was for curbside and I waited over 30 minutes before I went inside to check on my order. But no one could tell me about my order. I waited for another 10 minutes but I had to go pickup my child so couldn't wait any longer mind you my order was supposed to be ready 40 min ago at that point. So much for fast food. Also I ordered breakfast at 10:50am (breakfast ends at 10:59am per the app). We got to the drive thru window at 10:58 and they told us we ordered too late. I told them the email says we ordered in time and the app says it ends at 10:59 AND we just heard the car in front of us order an egg McMuffin (same as our order) so we know they're still making breakfast and everything was ordered and we arrived in time. They were hellbent on not serving us. Now I have to check AGAIN if they charged us for an order we did not receive because of their inefficiencies. McD's capitalism taking advantage of customer frustrations on McD's own errors. It's no wonder they love supporting politics that screw customers over for their profit. read more

Got a quarter pounder pack through mobile order, both burgers will still frozen. When we went back they insisted we needed a receipt and wouldn't accept that I had it on my phone, the manager was extremely reluctant to replace or refund, then told us to "touch it and make sure it's hot," we got home and both replacement burgers will still pink and undercooked, cold in the center. read more

BEST INDOOR PLAY PLACE IN THE AREA! I'm going to be honest - I am not a McDonalds fan at all. We go there at least once a week though for the play place. We always buy something - just fountain drinks - and let the kids play. They just finished construction on THE best indoor play place. It has creative climbing areas, a smaller slide for toddlers, bathrooms right in the kids' area, and the coolest LED light up touch tables! The play place alone is worth stopping in. As for the food - it's McDonalds - do I really need to describe? The service is also about what you'd expect. They get the order right about 75% of the time, and that's only for a fountain drink. read more

The Playland here was perfect for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. All the kids played so nice together and had a ball! I wouldn't typically review a McDonald's but if you're looking for someplace to take your kids to play without spending an arm and a leg, this is a good option. I normally don't rate fast food chains quite often, but I wanted to ensure everyone knew about the recent renovations at this location. The entire inside is completely re-vamped for comfortability and child satisfaction. I thought the restaurant ended, but there is entire section in the back with the new and giant play place. I almost jumped in before I saw the height limit! The soda dispensers are new as well. They are similar to what everyone is putting in these days where you select it by touch screen. There are 2 stations located in front of the register near the booths where one can order by using a touch screen. Could come in handy if your order always comes out wrong. The food was the same as it always is, but I have never had a complaint at this location. This will continue to be our once and awhile spot to chow down on some fast food. read more

I had gotten off the NJ transit bus from Philly (trying shave off the Lyft to my hotel), walked in to see not just a 2 Big Macs deal advertised but two types of meals: one with one fry and one drink and two fries and two drinks. Now mind you, the experience you get vastly depends on which manager is running the shift. The weekday dinner shift manager runs the place like a courteously well-oiled machine. Without request, the food arrived hot yet impressively quickly. My iced coffee arrived with extra cream and I didn't have to correct them afterwards. They gave me a generous cup for water. Families left with enormous dealboxes of food but I can't comment on how good those were, financially or gastronomically. Would I go here for a date? Probably not. But it is a welcome respite for the traveler. read more

Just visited here after the renovations and the restaurant looks great. This was the first time using the Kiosk to order my food. As a customer I really enjoy this option as you get to visually see what you are ordering, the calories, and can pay right at the kiosk. You are given a table number and the food is brought to you by one of the employees. Nothing against ordering with a Cashier, but the kiosk allows you to visually review your order to ensure everything is correct. You do not feel rushed to make a decision as compared to standing in line ordering with a Cashier. This location is kept clean, including the restrooms. read more

This place was straight up disgusting, not only because of the food, but because of the service and morale of the employees. I believe this worker by the name of "brad" was straight up disrespectful when i was placing my order. When walking in he gave me a glare like i shouldn't have been there with his beat red eyes, you could tell he was high!
