Pricey for the quality in your hoagie. Had a giant cheese hoagie with the works and a tuna whole wheat wrap regular size (disappointing in size a quality for the price). A little dissatisfied that we had to point out and ask the server that had just cleaned the meat slicer with just a towel to not go ahead and make the vegetarian cheese hoagie on that meat slicer. First timer at Jersey Mike's! I stopped here to get a custom veggie sub I saw on Tik Tok. My order was: The Veggie - regular size on Rosemary Parm bread with American cheese, oil, banana peppers, green bell peppers, lettuce, pickles, honey mustard and cherry pepper relish. My meatless submarine did not disappoint. I don't think I can ever go back to Subway after this experience. The bread was soft and the cherry pepper relish added a ton of flavor. I'll probably add mayo next time, even though the honey mustard sort of acted as mayo in my case. The sub wasn't dry at all. The employee making my sandwich was very accommodating despite me being complicated. I added a bag of chips and a fountain drink to complete my meal. For being in Cherry Hill this has to be the filthiest store. 3 people on staff on a Friday night and not very busy and trash all over the floor and counters. Dirty knives and a large jar of open mayonnaise sitting on the back counter for god knows how long? The owner should care about the quality and cleanliness of his restaurant. The staff was nice, but there's no excuse for running a business without proper training of your staff. This place is a health code violation waiting to happen! I know people can eat steak rare, but im not that person! and I never heard of Steam-UM being served raw like that. Recently started a new job in Haddonfield. We decided to order from here two weeks ago and again today. I got the Buffalo chicken cheese steak. I don't get lettuce or tomato because i don't like cold stuff ona. Hot sandwich. You can order it any way you like. It's SO good!! I love Buffalo sauce and this didn't disappoint! The service was friendly enough but my issue is with the meager, and I'm talking extremely scarce amount of meat on a $12 regular size sub. They have to weigh it out according to some absurd protocol and its certainly not in your favor. It was like eating a lettuce tomato and mayo sandwich. People, this is a terrible value. I'm seriously done with these lame chains for good. They might be convenient but to me it's just not worth it. Lesson learned - Next time I'll stick with the family owned Delis that do it right, and that is my recommendation. read more

We went to our first visit to Jersey Mikes in the San Diego CA area. It was excellent. You can't go wrong with a place that freshly cuts the meats right in front of you. It doesn't get any better!! I'm writing this review because I hope the owner sees it! I can't eat gluten so I stopped into Jersey Mikes on a Saturday afternoon because they are the only place that carries gluten free bread. I ordered half an old Italian and half a turkey and provolone sub. I asked for a side of hot pepper spread. I didn't see it when I got in the car, so I ran back in for more. The woman working the register gave me more but was positive she'd put in my bag. I got home and sure enough she was right! There were two young women and a young man working there. All three of them were so courteous, professional and really focused on customer service. In this day and age, when it's so hard to get employees, the owner needs to acknowledge and reward these employees. If I owned a business in the area, I'd try to steal all three of them away to work for me. This was such a great experience. I'll definitely be back. read more

I spent my first year of college in High Point, North Carolina. Whenever my friends would suggest a trip to Jersey Mike's (I believe it was in nearby Greensboro), I would generally ALWAYS hitch a ride. The shop had killer chicken salad hoagies. After I transferred back to New Jersey, I constantly craved Jersey Mike's, but never felt like traveling all too far for it. The Cherry Hill opening was pretty exciting in theory. Along with the Moorestown location, this one does not offer chicken salad, which makes me sad. The Italian is just OK. I won't go out of my way to stop here, but it's a good option. read more

The location appeared clean, and I was impressed with their involvement in fundraising efforts for the local high school, Cherry Hill High School West. Sadly I was not as impressed with the food. I ordered two sandwiches to go, it wasn't until I got home until I realized the order was wrong. The chicken cheese steak that I had ordered somehow became a regular cheese steak. Got a chicken cheesesteak and my girlfriend got the original italian both on white bread. Both filled to the brim but overall taste was just what you would expect from any hoagie shop. I personally prefer bread with a bit more of a bite and some herbs or sesame seeds so maybe next time I will get on of the other options. In honor of their grand opening, I'm going to start Jersey Mike's off with a five-star review. It's hard to really justify giving a sub shop five stars, but I am super excited to have Jersey Mike's open in Cherry Hill - especially in such a great location. I figure with the Rite Aid, Starbucks, and $2 Dry Cleaner in close proximity, I'll be stopping by Jersey Mike's a bunch in the near future. I'm not sure if the day I went was officially the first day Jersey Mike's opened, but they were in full swing grand opening mode. There must have been eight or nine people behind the counter and everyone was super excited to see me (& everyone else). I even had a chance to meet the self-proclaimed best deli meat slicer in the state, who unexpectedly looks like he's only about 21. I guess sometimes you're just born with it. I had a Regular #6, which is roast beef and provolone and I had it with lettuce, onion, mayo, and cherry peppers. Yum! I am withholding a star only bc our bread was a bit on the stale side once or twice but we were so hungry and didn't mind. Other than that it's one of our go-to spots.
