Mostly everything that has needed to be said about this location has been said. It's a truth universally known that Chick-fil-a is delicious. Their customer service is impeccable. I removed one star because the layout and location of this location SUCKS. They're always busy and at lunch (which is the only time I come here) it's awful. It's hard to get in, hard to get out. Hard to park. For some reason people struggle with the 2 drive-thru line concept. The inside runs smoothly but it's always packed. People let their kids run everywhere. Yelling and screaming. One of the last times I was here, we parking in the lot behind the building and walked over. I know they are currently closed to re-do the parking and drive-thru so I'm hoping this will lead to me adding that last star. read more

I have been working near this location and eating here pretty regularly for over 5 years. I have never had a bad experience! Chick Fil A is one of the best fast food options in my opinion. The food is higher quality than anywhere else off the top of my head. The drive thru line here is always fast. During lunch rush they often have a second line open. Even when the line is out to the street I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my food. Inside is much the same. During lunch it can be quite busy, but the team is surprisingly quick. The employees are always polite. I often have to feed anywhere between 15-40 people at work. Chick Fil A is always a crowd-pleaser. I use the website to order a few days in advance (if you try to do it to soon before you need it their drivers may be booked up). They have great trays or boxed lunch options, and they're very reasonable compared to a lot of other restaurant caterers. Delivery is always on time and they set it up with a smile. Terrible! They put NO sauce in the bag even though we asked for it several times. And as we were on our way to the airport, we couldn't go back. A dry sandwich is not Enjoyable! They also got our very simple order wrong, taking the cheese off all the sandwiches, instead of one (and we bought for a huge family). For a fairly short line, we still had to wait 35 minutes in the drive through. When we realized how slow they were, it was too late to get out of line. I eat at this Chick-fil-a quite often and it is consistently on point when it comes to food, service and over all experience. They are always accommodating to our food needs and never give an attitude regarding special requests. I have been coming to this location for many years and the staff is always helpful and friendly. They are very busy during lunch and dinner rushes but the staff is always able to serve everyone in a very timely manner. I once saw a bus of at least 50-60 kids roll in and they were served and out the door within 10 to 15 mins. Things like this is what sets this location apart from other Chick-fil-a's. read more

Fortunately for me, the folks at Chick-fil-A decided to expand to Ohio (the mall and airport locations don't count in my book, folks)! I patiently waited and collected coupons while this location was being built.. A freestanding Chick-fil-A just for me! OK, not just for me since I'm not even one of those people that camp out for the opening. This Chick-fil-A location has now been open for close to a year. I love the chicken nuggets and breakfast items. You can't go wrong with the Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich either. Every time I visit this Chick-fil-A I see very familiar, friendly faces. The workers here are great. You'd think a fast food place has steady turnover, but not this place. I always see the same people, week after week. It creates a feeling that these people must like working here and are happy to be here. Happy workers mean a happy restaurant, and that's where I want to be. I almost always order the spicy chicken sandwich with the pepper jack cheese. It's delicious. I like to pay for "upsizing" only the fries on a combo meal (which they let you do) because you can keep the drink at its regular size and get free refills. I hardly ever do the drive-thru here because it just seems faster to go in and order. They recently put a line divider in front of the registers, making it easier to know who is in line, who is waiting for food, and who is trying to get condiments. Smart move! read more

Like all Chick-fil-A restaurants, the food is always very good and consistent. Not sure what's going on with this location but there has been an ongoing water leak at this store for what seems like a year. Is it an ice machine leaking? Plumbing? There is literally a pool of water in front of and next to the ordering countering with associates constantly using a squeegee moving the water around. My son and I went in last week and didn't see the water...he slipped and fell and hit the hard ceramic tile floor. Luckily he's still young and bounced right back up but I was pretty upset we couldn't see the standing water on the floor. If an older person falls and gets hurt, this store may actually have to do something to address this issue. It's pretty unacceptable the water on the floor has been going on for so long. read more

I don't like to go to this Chick-Fil-A even though it's right in front of my office because they are always SLAMMED. Getting in and out of their parking lot is a nightmare that I'm never able to put myself through. However, this morning I got so hungry around 10am that I decided to make an exception. It's close enough to the building I work in that I was able to walk over, although it was such an off-time that I probably could have dealt with the parking lot problem-free. I walked right in and ordered an egg white chicken grill on a muffin. The girl that took was order seemed pretty nervous, and she told me it was her first day. But really, she did a great job and was very friendly and polite. The woman who appeared to be training her stepped in to let me know that if I upgraded meal, my side and drink we free. EVEN BETTER. So I wound up ordering the sandwich, a side of fruit and a large coffee. My order was bagged and walked around the counter and handed directly to me, which was wonderful. The service at Chick-Fil-A has never let me down. The thing that lost the one star for me was the food. The sandwich did not seem fresh, as the English muffin and chicken were chewy (maybe coming outside peak hours backfired). The chicken in their sandwiches not pressed meat but rather breaded chicken breast- which makes a huge difference for taste and texture. The fries and coffee are pretty good here. Customer service at this location has fallen off a cliff since the renovation, to the point where my recent horrible experience has put me off spending another cent here. Ordered a deluxe sandwich with no cheese from the drive-thru (which coincidentally is still as long as ever despite the dual lanes), got home, magically find that the sandwich has cheese despite the box sticker saying no cheese. I head to the store to get a replacement or a refund, give the sandwich to one of the workers and explain the situation and get met with a vacant stare and no apology. Naturally, I'm expecting to get the correct sandwich that I actually ordered as a replacement. Wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. No replacement sandwich, no explanation, no communication. This has literally never happened to me at any restaurant in my life. Ever. After fifteen minutes, I basically gave up and marched out of the store, still hungry and lighter in the wallet. Still love the brand overall, but franchisees like this one really give the big brand a bad name. We went to Chick-fil-a for the first time and really liked it. They don't have these on the West coast so we we're excited to try it. We ordered the original chicken sandwich and it came with waffle fries. The fries were really crispy and delicious. The chicken sandwich really hit the spot. You get a whole breast fried really crispy in peanut oil served on a bun with lettuce and tomatoes. The chicken is super juicy and tender which is surprising for a fried chicken breast. We have since been back to Chick-fil-a 3-4 times but each time we go the food seems to vary. Our first visit was excellent but now it seems the food quality varies depending on how busy they are. I love this particular Chick-fil-A for the indoor playland that my 2 boys (ages 1 & 4) can enjoy while we're there for lunch. Their sweet tea is truly southern sweet tea and I would know since I am a Georgia peach. I was going to call but it got too late. Order grilled chicken and large Diet. They can not help if short of help. That I understand. Never got grilled before. I wanted to tell them I am 69 years old and never saw sandwich like this. It looked like someone took two bites out of chicken. Bun was normal size. At first I thought it have been burned but it was straight line. The filet had two chunks out of it shaped like a bite taken out of it. The bun half empty. On Saturday evening, went to Chick-fil-A in Mason, OH around 9:30 pm. When I reached the speaker at 10:01 pm, I was told "I'm sorry, but our kitchen closed at 10:00." I proceeded to tell her that I've been sitting in line since 9:30. The only response she said after that was " I'm sorry were are short-staffed." As a customer, who's been waiting in line for 30 minutes, and can't get out of line, doesn't want to hear that. To say I was pissed is an understatement! I had 5 cars behind me that I'm sure the customers was as livid as I was. If you cannot accommodate your customers after 10, and you know ya'll are busy af, then you should close the drive thru lines early. You should have taken care of the last of the cars in line. read more

Always fantastic service!! They truly have gone above and beyond for me many times! We come so often that they know us. My favorites are Alice and Barbara. Alice is one of the most intuitive, service-oriented employees and goes out of her way to meet our needs (before we even know we have them). She is amazing! Barbara is the sweetest too and has always been so kind. I know that when they are on duty, I never have to worry about getting my food to my table or getting refills. The service is beyond what most sit-down restaurants offer. I love to eat almost everything here. My go-to drink is an Arnold Palmer (with unsweet tea) and, let's face it, I could eat their chicken about any time of the day. Chick-fil-a is always delicious and always a good choice. Period. I've gone to many other locations that were located deeper into the south. It seems the further down the eastern coast you go, the more that "southern hospitality" shines. This Ohio location lacked the same quality customer service. I'm not saying the cashier was the worst, but she definitely could've been a bit nicer. We did have a group of six ordering - some who had never been there before - which can be frustrating, sure. STILL... there was also zero line at the time - absolutely nobody else waiting. A couple of the orders had minor screw ups. Pickles on an order that had requested for none. That juice seeps into the bun and can really screw with the taste if you don't like sour green juice everywhere. Other than that, the dining room was clean and stocked. The food was hot and they were moderately quick to get it out. However, we weren't asked if we wanted any sauces, so we didn't get that famous chick-fil-a sauce for the waffle fries :( Obviously I'll be going back though, because I can't stay away from those chicken sandwiches.
