We ordered curbside as this location was inside the mall and the mall did not open for another 33 minutes. The hash by were under cooked and still hard/cold in the middle. They were flimsy and worst hashbrowns we've ever had! The breakfast sandwiches were over cooked as well! I had also order salt with my order was missing. I am beyond upset about my recent experience with Chick-fil-A. I ordered a drink through Uber Eats, and after I FINISHED the drink, I discovered a bug inside the cup. Yes -- a bug. By that point, I had already consumed the entire drink. Food safety should be a top priority. Finding an insect in a drink shows a major failure in quality control and cleanliness. I truly hope this location takes this seriously and makes immediate changes, because no one should have to experience this. read more

Idk, I ordered online to pick up my salad with fries. When I arrived, there were two girls standing at the pickup counter so I waited in line. They finally got all their food, so I stepped up and out of all 5 of the people behind the counter, not one of them came over to help me. This restaurant gets way above 5 stars for the food that they serve, and their customer service with value added! They are a full-fledged Christian establishment and respect Christian values, and are always closed on Sundays here at the Melbourne Square Mall located in West Melbourne, Florida. Not only do they have excellent customer service and food, they always give free refills on all of their drinks in addition to always giving free ice water to all of their patrons who request this. I also have proudly delivered food multitudes of times as a delivery driver for 1 of 4 delivery services I have previously worked for. I highly recommend dining at this Chick-fil-A located in the Food Court! Unquestionably the most popular spot in the food court! A line is almost always present, but is quick to move, especially with their latest system. An employee will now take your order on a tablet as you wait in line, and then you just state your name and pay once you reach the cashier. I've never been disappointed with the quality of this particular Chick-fil-A. We eat lunch here whenever still in the midst of shopping. Unfortunately coffee isn't served anymore, so we had to stop by the neighboring Starbucks instead. ----- Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich: with lettuce, tomato, and pepper jack cheese ($5.15). Costs $8.29 for a meal that includes medium waffle fries and a drink. ----- Waffle Fries ($2.45 for a large and $2.15 for a medium). ----- The service is superb as well: friendly and quick to receive your order. You really can't go wrong when it comes to eating at Chick-fil-A. Every single one of them I've been to has been superior in service and quality of food that justifies the price. However, the one that I will give just a tad bit more recognition is the one located in Melbourne Square Mall. This Chick-fil-A is located in the food court just on the left side when entering Entrance #2 (the one with Estampa Gaucha right next to it). If you are coming during lunch, it is not hard to miss as it will usually have the longest line out of all the food vendors available in there. Despite this, they have the "conveyor belt" organized and on point and you will get your food in an average of three minutes from order to receiving it. The staff is especially very friendly especially Monica and Ana. Those two will at times be taking your order in line during the lunch rush. Maybe I am biased since I go to this restaurant more so than any other in the mall, but that is my personal experience in general. If anything can be considered a flaw for this location, it will surely be its lack of choices. The Melbourne Square Mall location might be a fully operational location but its size results in limitations. As a result, they will only have food that tends to sell there instead of the full menu. For breakfast, you won't be able to order the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. For lunch, you won't be able to order the chicken salad sandwich. And probably the saddest news for me, you won't be able to order the frozen coffee here either. Ultimately, this is still one of the better Chick-fil-A locations to go to. Fast and efficient despite its limitations, I give this place an easy four out of five stars. That one star only goes to said limitations because I LOVE the chicken, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich and frozen coffees... and they don't have it. (Insert Angry Face HERE!) read more

I do curbside ordering for this location. The speed of service is hit or miss. The food is decent. Be careful if you pay for a large coffee and they run out of cups, they will give you a small and not refund the difference (for curbside). Usually everything goes fine ordering from here, but today at 6:30 (they close at 7), we went to just get fries and a drink, and we paid cash. Immediately everyone behind the counter caught attitudes because they had clearly already counted their registers and took away their drawers which doesn't make sense 30 minutes before closing. A manager came out from the back with our change, and she looked at the employee that took our order, looked us up and down and said "don't take any more change" with a shitty look. I absolutely love Chick-fil-a. All the workers are very polite. Once, I was getting a kids meal and they forgot the toy in the meal (which you can get a free ice cream cone if you trade it in and it isn't open yet) and I asked them and they went right ahead and gave it to me and gave me my free Ice cream. Another time, my friend went up to the register and bought an ice cream. She had to wait, but they forgot about her cone and she had already paid for it! So we went up there and I told them she had already paid and she hadn't got her ice cream yet and the worker just got it for her without any trouble. I don't think they were even sure that she paid. Curbside pickup is a joke . I tried this location 3 times . There are only 4 spots for curb side pickup and the order takes more than 45 minutes to get delivered . This locations is not as busy as any other location in melbourne but they have terrible service . Order food at 11 right when they opened . If you live around the Melbourne area you'll know this Chick fil a is in the Melbourne square mall, but just because they aren't in there own building that doesn't effect the quality of the food. Same great chicken sandwich, nuggets and everything else. There is no restaurant to sit in, it's the mall's foodcourt but they keep the area very clean and just like everyother Chick fil a the staff employees are super friendly I delt with a nice guy named Gideon who made my day. The only draw back is since this Chick fil a is in the mall it's a little louder then a traditional Chick fil a but it's still a great atmosphere, so I will continue to go back time and time again. read more

I work in the area, thus have eaten here numerous times over the years. They always have their staff very polite and sweet. A few girls have been working at this location for years, Madison and Hannah, and they are the sweetest girls. Always very helpful, they always smile, and they actually care about providing proper customer service, not merely throwing food over the counter and on to the next customer. The owner I see works there a lot, whether making food, or taking orders, he obviously is a real boss that doesn't hide from physical work from behind a desk. The food is always good, but just wish the chicken they use for their breakfast sandwiches was bigger in serving size. They are always quick, despite the large flow of lunch traffic, and they always keep their cool. I wish they had the true full size menu though, but I guess that is because they are not a free standing store. They seem to do a lot of things for kids, like parties and events too.
