There is absolutely NO reason for this or any Chick-fil-A to have this much traffic for a place that's really just "ok". I don't enjoy their ideology but I'll hardly let this affect this review. If you go out and get a McDonald's (grilled) chicken sandwich next to a Chick's they literally taste almost EXACTLY the same. I've been to this location and have given them chance after chance, time and time again. One time when I went thorough the drive through, they got my order wrong and this was after telling me to drive around and park to wait for my order (which is what they do frequently whether they are busy or not). Another time, I witness the employee walk through the door starting work proceeding behind the counter without washing her hands. I tell the person at the window that the person did not wash her hands. He tells me "Our employees are required to wash their hands." That has nothing to do with what I just saw happen. A week or so later, I ordered 2 spicy chicken biscuits with pepper jack cheese. I was then chided that "the spicy sandwich always comes with pepper jack cheese". I reiterate that I've ordered this before and it had American cheese when I asked for pepper jack cheese. Today, I go through a very crowded drive through and when I get to the window after about 10 minutes, I order chicken biscuits. They tell me they have no biscuits, and would I like the sandwiches on muffins. I can't leave out of the drive through and so I say to the person in the car with me "I guess I have no choice, huh. I can't get out of the drive through." The person on the speaker snaps "Would you like to order something or not?" Instead of her being apologetic (when they should have had a sigh at the beginning of the drive through saying they have no biscuits), she had an attitude. I've been to quite a few here in Chicago and Texas and I gotta say, this place has got to be the slowest, inefficient location. They did not get my order right the first time and I waited in the drive thru for 1/2 an hour the second. Hopefully in time the management and staff will work out the kinks and make it into a restaurant that the others are known for - speedy, great food, and friendly staff. *EDIT I changed my review from 3 stars to 1. I came home and found that my order was again WRONG! When I ordered the kids meal, I was asked for 1 or 2 strips, then she confirmed again when I picked it up at the window of 2 strips. An employee here messed up my order and had me pay for a meal instead of just the sandwich like I wanted. I was ok with that- I paid for the meal and said no big deal. Then she forgot to make my fries large like I asked so I showed her the receipt and brought her the medium fries she had given me. She grabbed the untouched fries from me and THREW THEM IN THE GARBAGE in front of me!!! She could have given me another order of fries and let me keep the medium ones rather than wasting them. Chelsey is the name of the manager who was frankly the worst experience I've ever had at a chick-Gil-a there was something wrong with my Cobb salad this was the second sale this week that was in bad condition. I returned the salad half way as Iam a nurse and i couldn't come back since that day their drive trough wasn't working. She had an attitude and was giving me her opinion about the whole situation she had no apology or try to resolve the issue insisted she kept laughing at something was funny. Ordered lunch at this location. Informed order taker not to put butter on the bun. And not to toast the bun so not to cross contaminated the bun. When I made it home the bun was toasted and smelled like butter. Called the restaurant and informed the Mgr. When I returned the order back the Mgr. I couldn't wait till this opened up.I heard tons of good things and hype.I went there when they first opened and ordered the #1 Crispy chicken sandwich mean with the waffle fries and soda.The Chicken was soggy and tasted old.they put it in a steam bag which is fricken stupid because then it gets soggy,im sure they pre make them.the waffle fries were old tasting and dry.by the time i got home 5 min away the food was not worth the $8. Chick-fil-a is literally always a good option with its delicious foods that really give comfort to everyone. Any Chick-fil-a location is also good, but at some point, I think this particular location is the best overall based on my experience. First of all, this has a designated location with wide and spacious parking. They also have a lot of seats inside and outside the restaurant. Second, it has a lovely interior and is always a spotless place. The ambiance is nice too. Last but not least, is definitely because the service here is excellent. The staff are all friendly and they are so accommodating. The service is also pretty quick, unlike at the other locations where the service is really slow to the point that I could get irritated while waiting for a long time. But this location is different and I am very glad for it. Of course, the food always tastes fresh and delicious. The food in this restaurant never really disappoints. The food is always delicious, satisfying, and comforting, and the prices are so nice too because they are fair and reasonable. I was excited about a Chick-Fil- A closer to home than the North Riverside location. This one seems to not be managed as well as the NR one. I stop before work for a chicken biscuit usually- occasionally this place doesn't have BISCUITS! - not sure how they don't have those? Sometimes the biscuit is overbaked or the chicken is not very hot, sometimes the line is long- and service is very slow. This is a great location with a wonderful staff. Every time I come here they treat you the exact same way with the greatest customer service I've ever witnessed in a fast food restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. Today we ordered a chicken salad sandwich as well as an 8 piece nugget and both were amazing. Although Chick-fil-A is expensive for a fast food restaurant this is one of the most hospitable fast food restaurants that I've been to in years. All the workers are very polite, and make you want to come again. Rating this location one star is too much. Ordered chicken nuggets, spicy sandwich, soda, fries with sauce. I get home to these micro bite nuggets that are as large as my thumbnail and not a single packet of sauce for either my nuggets or the sandwich! What nonsense is this? I thought chick-fil-a idolizes their sauce, and I want to try it for the first time and I get nothing? Never again will I try this location and the only recommendation I will gove is to not go to this location because of how LAZY these workers are. The sauce is already pre packaged and all they have to do is to place some in the bag. But these nuggets I can't get over. They say they're real chicken, but I see nothing but crumbs and spots of supposedly 8 pieces. Chick-fil-a, this is quite outrageous.
