Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager was combative, told me the GM instructed them not to give ketchup unless asked, and then hung up on me when I asked for their name. Good food doesn't make up for poor service. Hanging up on a customer and dismissing feedback is unacceptable. Guthrie's needs to train staff better because this experience makes me think twice about returning.

When we first sat down, the owner came up to the table after our order was taken and asked if we wanted chips and guac. He made it fresh and how we wanted it, since I'm not too big on spice he had the jalapeños on the side for my husband. It was flavored so well that we actually ate it with our pupusas too. Everyone there is really friendly and always made sure we were doing good during our meal. At the end we ordered more to go to eat later.
