It's frustrating how they meticulously charge for every item but forget to include everything ordered. How did they miss the sausage patty on my breakfast muffin when there were only three cars in the drive-thru? I called and the staff reported the sandwich can be remade and asked if I would drive back. After driving back, I asked if I could be comped for having to make the return trip to which the staff denied my request. Every time I order through the drive thru there is an issue at this location. From forgetting whole meals of chicken strips and fries from my order to NEVER putting sauces with the order. Service from these kids seems like they've never been trained before, sodas are flat, sauces are missing, and food is missing multiple times. I double check the bag 2 sandwhiches. we pull over and no bacon, so i go inside. explain the situation and hell yeah i want my $2.39 cents because what i got was the $7.99 grilled sandwhich with bbq sauce. the cashier calls the manager and is unable to refund the $2.39, so the entire SANDWHICH is refunded. Came in tonight and was served nearly cold chicken, that tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The nuggets were hard and even looked old and dry on the inside. Believe me, I LOVE Chick-fil-A and in all my years of going to different Chick-fil-A locations, this has never happened to us before. Even my young son asked why his nuggets were hard and cold. This should not be happening especially with the recent price increases of your meals, your customers should at the very least be getting hot food. I am very disappointed. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and I was excited to one a little closer to my home...... however this location falls seriously short of their usual customer service standards. There was only two cashiers on during lunch rush. They did not greet anyone or say "my pleasure" to anyone. There were employees standing around behind the cashiers just talking. Bad experience today. I ordered online ahead of time for breakfast and my order was canceled by the girl in the drive through line. I understand the reason, but once they "canceled" the order their hospitality died with the meal too. Noticed how quick their personality changed. On top of that they never canceled the order. Such a disappointment this chik fil a is becoming. They just opened up and I've been there 3 times and the food is just not worth it. This last visit I ordered a chicken biscuit with large hash browns and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. There was only 1 person in front of me in the walk thru and I believe they forgot about my order because 16 minutes later I had to walk back up to the counter and ask for my food. The cashier was polite and apologized and said they were working on my 3 items order. It took Almost 20 minutes total just to get my items and to make it worse I bit into the chicken biscuit and bit into grizzle. Not once not twice but 3 separate bites and each bite had grizzle in it. So usually I go to the Chic-fil-A in Murrieta but this one is a little closer. Since my wife and I are seniors, we always ask for the free senior drink with our meal. We did the same here at Manafee but were only allowed one senior drink for the two of us. So I asked the cashier if my wife and I came in and each ordered separately would we each get a free senior drink and she said that one free senior drink per order that was the rule. I know this is petty, but these petty things build up and I guess I will go back to Murrieta.
