I placed an online order for a footlong flat bread, when I got home with the sandwich, the bread had mold. I went back and asked for the whole sandwich to be remade or a full refund. They have these new sidekicks that are amazing! My favorite so far is the footlong pretzel with melted butter and salt. They warm it up and let me tell you it is amazing! Was really disappointed. During the corona virus nonsense we're encouraged to order take out online so as to not spread germs. My bf and I ordered sandwiches online here twice now and our sandwiches have not been up to par when ordered online. On my sandwich i specifically ordered and asked them in person to double check that my sandwich had extra onions and they assured me they did. We get home my sandwich is maybe has 5 onions total. This has happened to me twice now at this location. I don't normally write reviews but it is very irritating to not get what I ordered twice. My sandwich was also lacking in flavor and condiments. It was very thin as if they were afraid to put too much veggies on. On the other hand my bf's sandwich had dry bread, was a complete mess, and also lacking certain specifically ordered extras such as olives. We were not impressed. So its been 3 months since I had a really bad experience at this Subway location where Maria the manager was rude to me when I went into the shop early one Saturday to buy $ 40 worth of $ 5 bills off of the shop because the shop that I work for that neighbors Subway ran out of $ 5s. I filed a complaint with Subway headquarters in hopes that they would have contacted the Franchise owner about this experience of bad customer service and I was told that it would get handled.
