It took 45 minutes to receive my order. I think I did what most people do, reach for the waffle fries first! The waffle fries were cold and soggy, the chicken strips were so small, half the size of what they normally are. The Arnold Palmer was very good. Don't get so greedy that you sacrifice quality for quantity . This time, I drove away. Next time , I'll go back in and ask for my money back. I am including pictures of two of the chicken strips. It's not that hard to take an order and put it in and never once did I get my order placed until I got to the window and they were all confused. Then I'm stuck there waiting and somehow get my food before the person in front of me and I'm stuck waiting for them to move. This line is always SO crazy long. Location they picked right off turnpike was not a good one. Of course, this is out of their control for employees. Honestly, the employees at this Chick-Fil-A is what almost makes the long (almost 20+ min) drive through line worth coming here. You see multiple employees trying to put in orders for customers, but the kitchen/milkshake areas cannot keep up. Another thing I realized is that not all the employees will ask if you have a QR Code, on the restaurant's app, to scan before completing payment for an order. So, you will loose out on reward points, unless you go through the hassle of transferring them online with the order codes. If you want to order from this place, I would recommend ordering through the app or going inside because the drive through is not ideal. read more

Thought it would be impossible for a bad Chick-fil-A experience, but leave it to a Miami crew to make it a first. Ordered breakfast on the Mobile app at 10:05 am. Drive up and park to pick up the order myself. Walk in with my puppy in arms and they turned me away and told me they don't allow pets - understandable - and to speak to the folks under the tent outside. The tent had about 4 people doing absolutely nothing. Told them what the lady inside said and some guy said I can't help you. He went on to suggest to leave my puppy in the car or tie him up to a pole outside and he'd watch him. Not once did any of the 4 offer to get the food for me, but instead suggested to leave my puppy in the car. I then proceeded to the drive thru to pick up my breakfast only to find they wouldn't honor my order because it was 10:31 A.M. After complaining a bit, I told the 19 year old team lead that this is why this establishment won't work in Miami. He sarcastically wished me a nice day and I drove off and the 20 kids working the drive thru lanes laughed as I drove off. Lately this Chick Fil A in Kendall is mediocre. The food always seems to be cold, they get the order consistently incorrect (missing items from the meals), and not to mention the long wait times to order and receive your food. This was the worst experience that I have ever had a Chick-fil-a. I could not wait for this restaurant to open as it is usually a very pleasant experience even with long lines. This particular store has proven to disappoint not only me but as they have only two stars at this time many others. First I waited in (relatively small line for Chick-fil-A standards) for 19 minutes to get order taken then and additional 16 minutes to get my order for a total of 35 minutes. Then I did not get a receipt. And the fries were cold. The Chicken Sandwich did not have any Chick-fil-a sauce. Which should be a crime as this is one on the reasons to go to Chick-fil-A in the first place. Luckily I have some of my own at my house. What a shame, I hope it improves. Lesson learned today: MAKE SURE TO CHECK THEY GOT YOUR ORDER RIGHT! Overall, this location has had cars reaching up to Chili's so I never came here before. Stopped here this morning to pick up breakfast at around 9:15 am. I had maybe 7 cars in front of me but line moved very quickly. There are 2 drive through lines and workers come to your car window to take your order and you pay with them. I ordered 2 chick fil a biscuits, 2 hash browns, and 2 sauces. I wasn't given a receipt so I was never able to confirm my order was right. However, after finally arriving to the front of the line, I was smart and checked my bag and noticed I was given bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits that are more expensive. I removed the hash browns and napkins from the bag and gave them back these biscuits. The lady at the front was nice and took my card to refund me for the incorrect biscuits and charged me for the correct biscuits. She later came back and gave me the 2 receipts for confirmation and said the refund should take around 24 hours max to reach my account. She later brought back the 2 correct chick fil a biscuits but I wasn't smart this time and didn't check to make sure everything was included. When I get home, I noticed they never added the chick fil a sauce to the new bag!! Disappointed because now I had dry biscuits and was missing the flavor. Please make sure to correctly include everything In a customer's order. I placed a Catering order online yesterday 08/05/2021 to be picked up @7am on 08/06/2021. I arrived inside the store @6:59am. When I instructed Robert (who was fairly new) that I was picking up my catering order he informed the manager (Adam) who quickly assisted me. As soon as I stated "catering" to Adam he says "7 o'clock chicken minis order?" Without looking at a receipt or anything. He was on top of it! Robert assisted me in purchasing other items as well.
