After waiting almost 20 mins for our drive through order, I returned home (30+miles away) to find my small tray of strips shorted by 9(!) strips! Milledgeville is a small town, but you wouldn't realize that by going to this Chick Fil-A during a lunch or dinner rush; seems like the whole town is here with the drive thru all backed up and lines inside. People love those addictive chicken sandwiches, shakes, and fries that have made the Chick Fil-A franchise so popular. Every time I've been to this location the food has always been fresh & hot and the staff always friendly and fast. read more

People complaining about the line time during Covid need to examine their lives. This place is great. I always use the app so no drive thru line. This was the worst chick fil a I have ever been too. I've tried to give them multiple chances, but they do not improve. The workers are not friendly like most chick fil as, they consistently get orders wrong, and food is ridiculously slow. I'm not a fan of waiting 30 minutes to either receive the wrong order, or the incorrect amount. It's very disappointing because chick fil a is known for their amazing service and food, and this one just ruins that reputation. read more
