A tricky parking lot to get into and out of. They are always busy.... or is it that they just do not have enough employees so that is why there is always a line..... The employees have always been nice.. They have all been trained well, since it is always the same quality. Sandwiches are good and are loaded with meat and your choice of toppings. This is my guilty pleasure when out shopping! I use the excuse I don't want to go into Kroger hungry. I always get a giant Philly on white, no onions or peppers (yes, I occasionally try them again) add mushrooms. I have had the best sandwich at this location and some needing a little TLC. I do wish the cooks were a bit more consistent. This last time it was overcooked which made the entire sandwich dry. But, I ate half and took the test home, per my usual get 2 meals out of that Giant sandwich. Husband had gotten the Italian, good hardy sandwich. I was really excited for lunch because I missed breakfast today and was all out if sorts, so I decided to give this new restaurant location a go. Long lines because it is new, so I can give it some slack for taking a while. However, the grill cook is inexperienced and is only cooking one order at a time instead of handling multiple orders. I went to Jersey Mike's in Milledgeville about 30 minutes ago. I got a Big Kahuna Bowl and a sandwich. I tried to eat my bowl but the meat didn't taste good. After the first bite I just couldn't eat it. My husband ate his sandwich but said that the meat tasted old. I guess his stomach is stronger than mine. I placed my order online which I do regularly. I arrived 5 mins AFTER the time I was given and the person said that he had JUST received my order and would get it ready. Doubtful he just got it since it had been 25 mins since I ordered it. I wanted in the drive-thru window for 15 mins and then finally had had it and knocked on the window...3 different times. Finally he comes to the window with my sandwich and THEN tells me he's the only one there...would've been good to know before I sat there but I can understand those things if told. Then I get home and the sandwich didn't have any of the extra things I ordered. He had just made it "Mike's Way" and that's it. Not even mustard or mayo (which I clearly stated I wanted). Even if you're the only person doesn't mean you don't pay attention to an order details. I hope it's better the next time I go back. read more

This place is filthy, to be quite honest. Food all over the floor, soda spilled all over the counter and you can barely see the floor behind the counter because of all the food. The employees were standing around laughing while none of the tables were wiped off. It looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, which is weird because it hasn't been open for very long at all. Two sandwiches took 20 minutes to prepare and they were overloaded with vinegar. Poor quality for a $23 lunch. We will not be back and by the looks of the empty parking lot lately, we're not the only ones. read more
