This places never fails to be the ABSOLUTE WORST in town. We placed a mobile order, got there ten minutes later to pick it up, waited ten more minutes while the entire staff totally ignored us. It was as if we were invisible. Then we decided to just go to the drive thru so they'd be forced to give us the order, and when we got home, we discovered items were missing. Also, there was next to nothing in the $9 quesadilla meal. This location has some serious training issues that need to be addressed. The employees just do not care and it shows. The cashier then told us to back up behind the yellow pole. Okay? We backed up. She leans out a few minutes later and tells us to back up farther, but at this point, there's someone behind us. We have to motion for them to back up so we can back up farther. We sit there in confusion with the person behind us for three minutes until she leans out of the window and motions for us to move forward. I've never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell until today, idk who was working on June 7th around 12pm but whoever made our order did not do a good job. We ordered 2 steak Chile verde fries, 2 cheesy roll ups, a crunch wrap supreme, 2 freezes, 2 sides of nacho cheese and mild sauce. Our fries came halfway full with very little fries and no salsa verde. The cheesy roll ups barely had any cheese at all, and the crunch wrap supreme wasn't even wrapped up. I ordered 2 regular size freezes which are usually $1 but I paid $3 for both and they gave us smalls. Both little containers of nacho cheese came filled less than half way and they gave us no mild sauce. Frequently I am told the drive thru is closed for the next 15-20 minutes which is quite frustrating. This Taco Bell is so good at what it does...AT NIGHT! I have been to this Taco Bell during the lunch shift, but the atmosphere was as loud as the New York Stock Exchange. It seems disorganized during the lunch time. That was the one and only time I've been to that Taco Bell for lunch. On the other hand... If you go to this Taco Bell for supper (after 5), it's a completely different story. There is this one woman who works there that remembers how my girl and I pay, using a discount card. She recognizes us and remembers. Not only that, but she offers menu suggestions and was the first to tell us that you are able to exchange the Doritos in Meal Deals for Cinnamon Twists, which we really like to do. The other employees working during supper are also helpful and know their Taco Bell inside and out! This Taco Bell is also always clean and well stocked with sauces and napkins.
