Normally, I don't have a sandwich for dinner. But, I've been wanting to try this place ever since they opened. Using Door Dash, I ordered: (both sandwiches were wrapped tightly) McAlister's Club Wrap: Very tasty. The veggies were fresh. And, the meats cold and, sliced nicely. Though, the type of wrap used was new to me (usually, it's a flour tortilla). The dill pickle, while floppy, was still crispy. BLT&A Sandwich: I had planned on saving this for my lunch tomorrow. But, since the wrap wasn't enough to fill me up, I ate this, too. This is the first time that I've had a BLT with Avocado. And, instead Iceberg Lettuce, they use Baby Spinach. It was an excellent sandwich. Side #1, Cucumber and Tomato Salad: Crispy. But, had more Red Onion, than either Cucumber or Tomato. Side #2, Potato Salad Excellent! Not since Mom's homemade p.s., have I tasted such good potato salad. Colossal Carrot Cake: We have very different understanding of what "Colossal" is. Size wise, it's a little smaller than a normal slice of cake. While it tastes good, there was a sharp aftertaste. Fortunately, it didn't last long. However, it was enough for me to not take more than a couple of bites. While tasty, DD's mark ups ($14.19 for the wrap; $14.39 for the sandwich; $7.59 for the cake), probably makes the last time I order from here. read more

Nice place in Milledgeville, GA just down from the Walmart! Easy parking, cute facade too. Walk in & immediately in line!! Tables to left & right- looks good for larger crowds or a table for 1. Entrance has menus to review before getting to the counter- smart to have your order ready for faster service. I ordered a Turkey sandwich with veggies, swiss & avocado. Was delicious!!! Side (comes with sandwich) I chose cucumber/tomato salad & a Coke Zero. Everything was super fresh! Delicious, I just wish there was more flavor. Nothing packed a punch- just ordinary tasting. Maybe needed a little extra salt in all of their sauces, including the cucumber/tomato salad- just no flavor. Would I go again? YES! No front of house staff were at the cash register when I came in, I'm not sure if the person who took my order typically works the cash register but she did accidentally cancel my payment so I had to pay again. Service was fast, food was good, just the right size portion. Sweet tea seemed house-made, served from a pitcher not a drink machine. read more

Very good service very quick very nice at the window standard quality of food as in all the McAlister chain. Only problem I've ever had there was that one time back in 2020 they gave me a bag of chips with my lunch and it was had been opened. read more

Underwhelming, that was our take on a 25.00 lunch. I ordered the Rueben after completing my virtual 5k with my hubby as a reward. Bread wasn't very toasty, hardly any sauerkraut, dressing or cheese. It was basically a meat sandwich which could be okay if it didn't taste old. Hubby got the Orange cranberry club. First bite, good then again underwhelming. He opted for the cucumber tomato salad, cucumbers were better than the tomato's. I upgraded for a cup of chicken tortilla soup. Heavy on the salt, no chicken or veggies. It's been years since we have visited one and it is not in the near future. On a positive note, very clean inside and out. Staff was personable and Covid separation of tables was being followed. However, NO MASK policy. We ate outside but still, it's November with 260k dead and the biggest month ever. Make a judgement call. read more

Our first time eating at a McAlisters on Saturday night. We enjoyed the food very much. However, we did not enjoy the show that we got while waiting for our additional to-go order. Apparently, a man ordering food felt disrespected and he started arguing with a female employee. He was encouraging her to go outside to fight. What?! This man was going to fight a female?? She was going to go outside to fight him all the while dropping the f-bomb many times. Other employees held her back and the manager came out and had the employee go the back/office. We heard the conversation between the manager and the customer and she was FANTASTIC! Good job, Manager on duty. She was very kind and apologetic. Now, if anyone of importance is reading this... the employee should have been sent home immediately and then fired. I get it, dealing with customers is hard. But, if you can't handle a customer, you walk away and let someone else or a manager deal with the situation. You don't try to fight the customer. I would have given 5 stars but the not so family friendly show knocked out a star. Please fire that employee immediately and do not allow air buds to be worn by employees while they are working. read more

Was so excited to get a McAllister s closer to home. Love the ones in other towns we've been too. Unfortunately tjis one let us down. I had the Reuben my usual favorite. There was only a dab of sauce, sauerkraut and mot even sure if there was any cheese. Basically meat and bread the meat was brown rather than the usual pink and didnt taste as good. My husband had the french dip and said his wasn't as good either. To top it all off during the covid 19 they did not have gloves on in the drive through. I wish we had told them to kerp the food.
