NOT EVERY CHICK-FIL-A is amazing. For the second time visiting this Chick-fil-A I had to be pulled around to wait because there were no fries ready. I went inside to talk to the manager, who wasn't there, and I was told by the crew that the store Manager/Operator Matt Pruitt instructed them to park any car that was going to have to wait at the window longer than 30 seconds. REALLY!!! Well, one, if you can't keep fries ready to serve on a busy holiday night thats poor management. If you insured your crews were properly trained You wouldn't run out of french fries on a busy night. Second, they said if it takes longer then 30 seconds to get any part of their meal park them, what! It takes 30 seconds to give me my drinks and pay for my food so what was your crew doing while I was ordering, paying for my food and receiving my drinks? I have never been to a Chick-fil-a and had to be parked for fries and I've been to Chick-fil-a's across the country. read more

Service and food were good as far as friendliness and quality. However, service time at drive through was slow. The line wasn't very long yet the wait was longer than 10 min. Not a huge deal but still longer than I normally experience at Chik Fil A. read more

Very disappointed. Came in primarily for coffee and ice cream. Both were shut down and cleaned an hour before they closed on a busy Saturday night. Kids more concerned about getting off work rather than taking care of the customer. How about if they advertise they are open until 10:00 they offer their products until then. Shutting down the coffee an hour early in the winter doesn't make since. Very dissatisfied! read more

This is a great Chick-Fil-A! I have been here many times and the service is always great and the food is always great! It's a large Chick-Fil-A with an indoor play area and a drive through. It's usually pretty clean and not overly packed. The offer military discount when in uniform. read more

Great place to bring the kids. Playarea is always clean and never full. Gives me a chance to sit down and enjoy a nice meal. We go here once or twice a week to eat. Food is ok...standard Chik Fila. My 3 year old couldn't play in the 3 and under playground because a family was letting their 10 year olds rough house. The servers saw it,, but just ignored them. So much for rules. read more
