Stopped by for dinner on the way to a weekend away. This place nails all of the qualities of good CFAs. Service was friendly and helpful-- got our food delivered to our table, and was immediately helped when we didn't receive the drink that came with it (turns out it was ready on the counter). This place is pretty clean given the amount of traffic that was coming through during early dinner time. I've seen smaller and worse kept, so this is definitely above average. One particular plus is that I forgot my rain jacket here. Called the next day and was able to get it quickly on the way back from where I was staying. Folks were helpful in getting it back, even after the main dining room was closed for the evening. Awesome service! Normally this location nails it with their service. Not tonight! Had to wait for something to be completed and was asked to park in one of the waiting spaces. No big deal right? Wrong! My biggest pet peave is you are waiting for some food item to be finished to complete you order while your fries are getting stone cold. Completely unacceptable. Chick-Fil-As have an unfair advantage in the fast food realm because they try much harder than the rest, they make good tasting food, and their employees are well-trained and friendly. This location is exceptional because they embody all three of those things. I visit here often and although the line may look long, you will be processed quickly and correctly (whether inside or in the drive thru). The inside is kept clean and the staff will come around to refill your drink if necessary. The only downside I've seen here is if you use the mobile app and select curbside pickup you may wait a little longer than if you go through the drive thru or pick up inside. read more

This visit was Pre-Covid I don't usually dine in at Fast Food establishments, but family really wanted to visit this Chik-Fil-A I have to say, I was impressed. This was the cleanest fast food establishment I have ever dined in. It was super busy in here, and the line was really long, but the staff handled it very well. I did not remember the location of chick-fill-A . My husband is disabled and I was not feeling well so I stopped at Chick-fil-A Unfortunately it was about 10 to nine and they closed the drive through A girl came out and told me they were closed .I had no chance to speak with her as she left. Since there was a long line of cars I do not know why she could not take add the small order that I had. I have always enjoyed Chick-fill-A in the past. I wish they would not block the drive through earlier than there closing time. read more

I I think all chick fil a's are well staffed but this one here... Everyone is extras friendly. The food is good everywhere because it's chick fil a but the difference between this branch and other is differently the staffing. I went for breakfast while I was in the area and service was quick, they were quick to assist me with anything I needed. They were not many who were just standing and waiting around even when there were minimal customers. They would check in with people or go find something to do such as cleaning or organizing. Based on my multiple visits, they messed up my order just once. I wanted to get Southwest Veggie wrap but instead got Southwest Chicken wrap. Pretty disappointed with Chick-fil-A!!! They have been the only place that was very caring of their employees since this pandemic started & provided a safe environment to all customers. Today I order & go in for carry out & not one employee had masks on let alone gloves or was implementing any type of social distancing. As I sat there & watched them, one kept touching their face/nose then handled cash & then grabbed lids to put on sodas. Your business has been going strong this whole time, no closures like small businesses & now when cases are rising again you decide to have your staff be unmasked & have no gloves on? I went in and was served within minutes. It wasn't the service because you come to expect being treated better when you come here, it was the shift leader, Johnny. He dropped off the food and ever so slight he said "God bless you." He didn't know what religion I was, what my political view was, he simply brought me my food and said "God Bless You". I can't tell you how impactful that is in today's day and age where everyone lives to be offended by something. I stopped him before I left and said, "excuse me sir, did you say God Bless you to me?" He looked a little nervous as if I was one of these ultra-offended liberals that would position the Supreme Court to have him fired. Before he could answer I just said, "Thank You, we need more of that." To which he replied "God Bless you sir" Johnny, you made my freaking day man. Thank you, never change. read more

The staff is very friendly and work together to serve all of their customers in an orderly fashion. What makes me nervous about this location is the drive through line, which when busy will extend into the busy street. I feel that this is an accident waiting to happen. I see the staff taking precautions and quickly trying to wind everyone up into separate lanes when it starts to get crowded, but I think, ultimately, a more resourceful solution should be put into place before something dangerous happens. read more

Back in 2015/2016 when I used to go to a club sponsored by Montgomery County Community College in Montgomeryville, my friends and I used to come here afterwards to eat and hangout. It's a nice Chick Fil A, located in the Montgomery Mall parking lot. It is very clean and plenty of space for parking and drive thru. The employees are also great and friendly as well. It quickly became a staple of our Monday nights after the club. I don't find myself in the Montgomeryville area too much anymore (and there is one much closer) but when I am in the area and I'm craving Chick Fil A, I decide to stop by for nostalgia's sake. Went to this location last week for a quick dinner with my brother. When we pulled up, there were chick fil la employees outside taking customers orders. When it was our turn to be served, I asked if they were outside because their systems were down. The employee responded "no we are outside because it's a nice day and it's more personal." If that doesn't say great customer service, I'm not sure what does! Food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning here next time I'm in the mood for chick fil la! read more

Probably one of the nicest Chick-Fil-A's I've ever been to. And probably one of the most confusing. As of today, GoogleMaps and Apple Maps has this restaurant in the wrong location and Yelp didn't even have this up until I put all the info in. This is not the Chick-Fil-A inside of Montgomery Mall but a standalone restaurant just outside of the mall. If you're driving north on the 309, the restaurant will be on your left (right across the 309 from Chipotle) and you'd have to take the jug-handle exit to make the left. So this isn't quite a review on Chick-Fil-A but on the location specifically. The sandwiches are good but I don't normally crave them. Their waffle fries are amazing though. And as usual, the customer service is pretty awesome. This location is the cleanest, brightest, warmest Chick-Fil-A restaurant I've ever been to. It's large and has comfortable bench sofa seats. I actually saw people with their laptops working here like it was Starbucks or Panera Bread, which is not what I normally see at any other Chick-Fil-A. Their decor is definitely better than their sister locations too. I'd like to call it "modern country chic". They also have a large play area for kids with slides and all. The dining area is lit up pretty bright and it's warm and inviting. The staff was awesome. One thing I didn't quite like was their actual location. I mean, not that the location itself is bad but that the way the lanes parking, exiting the area is a bit confusing. And on top of that since the GPS will take you to the wrong place, it's better to just aim for Chipotle then go across the 309 from there. And when you're driving out, to go in 3/4 of a circle to leave. You'll understand once you get there. Oh, this place also has a drive-thru. I rarely go to Chick-Fil-A because the wait in line at the drive thru is always so long and slow. Today was no different. There were two lanes. I sat in a lane that didn't move. Six cars in the other lane were waited on to one car in my lane. The food is good and they usually get my order right. Unfortunately, they can't seem to run an efficient drive thru. read more

Service and quality are top notch. What you would expect of any Chik Fil A. Speedy and patient and attentive. The character of some of the customers with children makes me regret coming in though. Great Drive-Thru! As you know, all Chick-Fil-A are closed on Sundays...corporate policy believes their employees should have an opportunity to rest, spend time with family and friends, and worship if they choose to do so. That's a win-win situation. Please ensure you do not confuse this stand-alone fast-food place off 309 for the other one inside the mall as they are separate & very much different from a food quality & operations perspective. I would stay away from the one inside the mall's food court. This stand-alone Chick-Fil-A is the only fast food place I will EVER give five stars too. My order is never wrong & always yummy & hot. Staff is friendly, polite & well trained. They have a nice little indoor playground for kids. The sandwiches are awesome. Took the kids last night for dinner. Quick and polite service at the counter. They give you a cone to place on your table, and then they deliver the food to you. Everything was correct when it arrived, and all was predictably delicious. A few of the nuggets were too small and had more breading than actual chicken, but the rest were good and my sandwich was very tasty and had actual chicken breast, unlike any other fast food chicken sandwich (which all taste like the factory they came from, in my opinion). Paltry amount of pickles on the sandwich, but a forgivable sin considering the size and taste. Good stuff. Kids play area seemed clean and well-maintained. There are lots of employees walking through, cleaning tables and restocking straws and ketchup, so there didn't seem to be a lack of concern about the Restaurant's ability to serve its customers well, from the ordering all the way to the exit. Probably the worst CF I've ever been to. Any training the cashiers are supposed to have has either never happened or is being ignored (unless the protocol is now for them to stare at you until you decide to speak your order). Off to the table. There's one worker who is apparently able to socialize with her friends instead of working. Didn't do anything while we were here except hang out at their table and talk (all the while looking towards the kitchen - I guess she felt a little bad?). When the associates bring your food out, it's as if they've never interacted with other human beings before. They call your name, cram the tray next to you in the table marker area and make a break for it. That part was sort of funny, but sort of not. Visited last weekend and received raw grilled chicken. Contacted Chick-Fil-A Cares line and they deflected and blamed us for basically not knowing the difference between raw and "pink". Here's what I DO know: Pink grilled chicken is raw grilled chicken and was not cooked to 165+, and feeding it to my 15 month old baby could have been catastrophic. After Chick-Fil-A Cares blew me off, I tweeted Chick-Fil-A also......... no response. All I wanted is someone to be accountable, take it seriously, and apologize.......not free food. read more
