I usually don't eat much fast food. Although today I was craving their chicken sandwich. This location is a zoo day and night, you have to go down the street to get in the drive through. They do on the other hand get you in and out pretty quickly. Just pulling out can hard, especially taking a left. Today I finally tried the Mac and cheese, it honestly was good. Very cheesy and had the burnt top. Yum. I got a chicken sandwich to eat later - half and half tea, they do have the best tea. I love chick-fil-A and will be back. This location can just scare you with the traffic getting in and out. read more

This Chick-fil-A location was very busy when we visited it at lunch. The employees did a great job of keeping the line moving and serving every customer. The restaurant appeared very clean. A sanitation grade of 97.5 was posted above the register. The dining area was very clean and employees were cleaning up behind patrons as they left. This location had a kiddie Play area which increased the noise level. The parking lot was extremely congested and was a booger to get out of. read more

why does Chick-fil-A feel the need to have one whole drive-through line, just for mobile apps? That lane is rarely used and it used to be so convenient to get through the drive-through at Chick-fil-A so quickly. Now it is impossible to get through quickly. I have been there three times over the holidays and waited much longer than I ever have. read more

I ordered the chicken strips today which had so much breading on them, that I had to pick off the crunchy part of the batter to get to batter that was like soft bread on the chicken which I had to wipe off just to get to the chicken! Not a good food experience at all!!!! Was serviced at 12:50 today, maybe I just came on an off day. Chic-fil-A is known for their great tasting chicken. I am not someone who eats at fast food places, but Chick-fil-A is not even the same ballpark as fast food to me! They never freeze their food and it's actually all natural I like most places. Everyone is always so helpful and even if I mess up my order and forget to say no onions they will bring me a new item no questions asked! The waffles friends are on of my favorite thing on the menu and the breakfast is delicious!! The biscuits are out of this world good! Even when the lines are long the wait isn't! We've been to this chick-fil-a four times. Every single time we were blown away at the speed, service and cleanliness. We always order through the app before arriving. Our food is always ready when we walk in. Orders have always been accurate. The staff is incredibly attentive and courteous. And they're all smiles. The facility is exceptionally clean and even has beautiful fresh flowers on all the tables. It's hands down one of our favorite chick-fil-a's. read more

This by far is my favorite Chic-Fil-A...maybe I'm biased, because it's my local one. :D Turnover in their staff is rare, I guess that's due to good values from corporate & moral is high. I always see the same people, no matter what time of day it is. I like that! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that they have 2 drive-thrus now, so convienient! They need it too, this location is ALWAYS busy. Food & service is ALWAYS perfect. Be sure to look out for the cow! He / She is generally at the edge of the road or in the parking lot. They also do many a family nights there, which I think is great. read more

Mooreseville's Chick-fil-A of choice by far. Up until a few years ago the parking lot couldn't handle the visitor volume. The best choice they ever made was expanding it and changing the traffic flow for the drive-thru window. This place gets hammered for good reason. I don't think I need to repeat myself by saying this is a great restaurant with great business practices. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit steep but well worth what you pay for. Quality food and quality service. I'd trade ANY other fast food place any day. Delicious fried chicken and actually good grilled chicken options in place of all of this. They have a great wrap with an avocado based dressing which is a personal favorite. The grilled chicken club is good stuff too. If you have extra room, fill it with a cookies and cream shake. Last but certainly not least, the fresh squeezed lemonade here is stellar. Don't go through life without having some. read more

I've never had anything bad to say about any Chick-fil-a, but I stop here almost every morning before work to grab an egg and sausage muffin. Over the last two weeks I've received an egg and sausage biscuit instead of the muffin. It's really not a big deal and I hate to sound like a complainer but seriously guys how hard is it to double check your orders, especially when I only order a single item. And like what do I do? Go back inside and demand a muffin instead of a biscuit? That's just such a lame thing to do. I don't wanna be tha Update 10/12/18 Still a lot of incorrect orders on the drive through lately. Since my original review, I have consistently been receiving food that doesn't match my order. It's small stuff like I ask for no cheese always but I keep getting cheese. I ask for no sweetener in my coffee but I still get sweetener. When will it improve? Does the owner read these reviews? read more

Someone please tell me why the f*** they charge almost 2 dollars per spicy tender but every single time I get a 4 piece one or two of them ALWAYS look like this?! Also, this is our home CFA and I'm sad about it because they're constantly getting our order wrong and forgetting to scan my points for my app. We moved here from CA and I am overall shocked at the difference in their service and food. The chicken is often very chewy and gross, but other times it's alright. Fries are often cold and soggy too which is the worst part because I used to rave over their fries. I always thought CFA was a huge step above the rest but I guess not in Mooresville. read more

We came to this Chick-fil-a while on a road trip. It is very convenient to the interstate. The location was very clean and well run. We got our food really quickly and it was delicious. The employees were super friendly. We had forgotten to order an extra bun that my son wanted. One of the ladies working there overhead us and told us not to worry, that she would get us one. This is the kind of thing that sets Chick-fil-a apart from other fast food places. And this location definitely lived up to and exceeded that. Just spoke to a women on the phone about my order being let's just say sad after ordering from door dash I spoke to door dash asking for a refund and they told me it's restaurants responsible for the refund witch okay no probably not a big deal but I have never delt with rude service from here until today all I want is a nice person to speak to when someone "shorted" me on my order I paid like 20$ for my order witch I'm not upset really about I just want a grilled chicken patty instead for one that seems to have been ripped in half or something just really disappointed in the customer service I was given to resolve this issue witch is disappointing for how highly you all put yourself for "great customer service" witch put me here to put this review sadly I hate being that person but here I am being the thing I hate I'm just sad :/ read more

I don't generally review drive thrus are they are all the same and really nothing to write home about. Unless you are this Chick Fil A location, which has it down to a fine tuned art. The drive through entrance is a separate entrance from the actual restaurant, so make sure you enter on Meadow Hill Circle (first left after CFA if coming from 150 or first right before the CFA if coming on Rolling Hill Rd). Don't miss it or you'll have to turn around on 150 like I did which is never fun. The separate entrance for the drive through is a great idea, as it begins at the back of the parking lot and helps the flow of everything. I love the employee order taker, which is so much easier than screaming in a speaker at most drive thrus and hoping the other person can hear you while they're distracted doing 8 other things. The next station is dedicated solely to payment, so once you reach the food station you can be on your way in seconds. Lastly, there is a station at the end where you can get any condiments. Even during the busiest lunch hour, I was in and out in like 5-7 minutes with some delicious food, no stress, no hassle. Friendly employees and a pleasant experience. read more

What a great experience at the Chic Fil A in Mooresville this past Monday. Twenty four people in our group entered the business around 8:30 and received a very nice greeting in spite of the size of our group ! As we started to order , we noticed that our food was prepared and being carried to a long table which Ms. Betty who works there had so obligingly had put together so we could all enjoy our meal together. Everyone seemed to have the correct order with exception of one fruit bowl , which was immediately corrected. Thank you to the manager and all the associates and especially Ms. Betty for your wonderful service and good food... High Rock Daytrippers went home with full bellies... LOL read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Literally got stuck in the parking lot for 5 minutes and then couldn't get out and had to go through the drive through after already eating. Avoid this place at all cost! Foods not worth the hassle. read more

I'm done with Chic FIL at this location. It is so incredibly busy with lines all around the bldg and down the road. The wait is ridiculous. Listen up Chick fila you are loosing business in droves because your location is too small, has horrible access to it and way to busy to wait 45 minutes yes ..I waited 45 minutes cause I was stuck in a line with no way to turn around and go out. open up another location...... read more

There is some outdoor seating but way too much road noise to use it. The location is difficult to reach in that it is an awkward turn and you have to wait for the light. There is a ton of traffic right here so you won't be getting to sneak into this place. Everything about this location is as expected. Everyone is extremely friendly. read more

My server was gracious and let me swap it out. My service was quick, my server was the absolute sweetest and I'm already trying to figure out my next visit!
