This morning I decided it was time for my favorite breakfast with a smile at Chic fila on River Hwy. Instead they had a young lady name Sadie working with a sour face. I was the only one in line, I greeted her good morning and received no response as she proceeded to say NAME, after giving my order she repeats it, tells me my total. I paid, no have a nice morning, no smiles, no it's my pleasure. WHO in the world hired someone with no personality. She needs to be working at McDonalds,Burger King anywhere but Chic fila. I usually don't eat much fast food. Although today I was craving their chicken sandwich. This location is a zoo day and night, you have to go down the street to get in the drive through. They do on the other hand get you in and out pretty quickly. Just pulling out can hard, especially taking a left. Today I finally tried the Mac and cheese, it honestly was good. Very cheesy and had the burnt top. Yum. I got a chicken sandwich to eat later - half and half tea, they do have the best tea. I love chick-fil-A and will be back. The service is always very good. The food TASTES good but I'm very Leary of the excessive amount of non food ingredients in the chicken. What I do know if I have a hankering for chicken is Viva or Bossy Beulah's in charlotte. Viva is simply rotisserie and Bossy Beulah's is fried in avocado oil. read more

This Chick-fil-A location was very busy when we visited it at lunch. The employees did a great job of keeping the line moving and serving every customer. The restaurant appeared very clean. A sanitation grade of 97.5 was posted above the register. The dining area was very clean and employees were cleaning up behind patrons as they left. This location had a kiddie Play area which increased the noise level. The parking lot was extremely congested and was a booger to get out of. read more

why does Chick-fil-A feel the need to have one whole drive-through line, just for mobile apps? That lane is rarely used and it used to be so convenient to get through the drive-through at Chick-fil-A so quickly. Now it is impossible to get through quickly. I ordered the chicken strips today which had so much breading on them, that I had to pick off the crunchy part of the batter to get to batter that was like soft bread on the chicken which I had to wipe off just to get to the chicken! I am not someone who eats at fast food places, but Chick-fil-A is not even the same ballpark as fast food to me! They never freeze their food and it's actually all natural I like most places. Everyone is always so helpful and even if I mess up my order and forget to say no onions they will bring me a new item no questions asked! We've been to this chick-fil-a four times. Every single time we were blown away at the speed, service and cleanliness. We always order through the app before arriving. Our food is always ready when we walk in. Orders have always been accurate. The staff is incredibly attentive and courteous. And they're all smiles. I always see the same people, no matter what time of day it is. I like that! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that they have 2 drive-thrus now, so convienient! They need it too, this location is ALWAYS busy. Mooreseville's Chick-fil-A of choice by far. Up until a few years ago the parking lot couldn't handle the visitor volume. The best choice they ever made was expanding it and changing the traffic flow for the drive-thru window. This place gets hammered for good reason. I don't think I need to repeat myself by saying this is a great restaurant with great business practices. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit steep but well worth what you pay for. Quality food and quality service. I'd trade ANY other fast food place any day. Delicious fried chicken and actually good grilled chicken options in place of all of this. They have a great wrap with an avocado based dressing which is a personal favorite. The grilled chicken club is good stuff too. If you have extra room, fill it with a cookies and cream shake. Last but certainly not least, the fresh squeezed lemonade here is stellar. I've never had anything bad to say about any Chick-fil-a, but I stop here almost every morning before work to grab an egg and sausage muffin. Over the last two weeks I've received an egg and sausage biscuit instead of the muffin. It's really not a big deal and I hate to sound like a complainer but seriously guys how hard is it to double check your orders, especially when I only order a single item. And like what do I do? Someone please tell me why the f*** they charge almost 2 dollars per spicy tender but every single time I get a 4 piece one or two of them ALWAYS look like this?! We came to this Chick-fil-a while on a road trip. It is very convenient to the interstate. The location was very clean and well run. We got our food really quickly and it was delicious. The employees were super friendly. We had forgotten to order an extra bun that my son wanted. One of the ladies working there overhead us and told us not to worry, that she would get us one. This is the kind of thing that sets Chick-fil-a apart from other fast food places. And this location definitely lived up to and exceeded that. I don't generally review drive thrus are they are all the same and really nothing to write home about. Unless you are this Chick Fil A location, which has it down to a fine tuned art. The drive through entrance is a separate entrance from the actual restaurant, so make sure you enter on Meadow Hill Circle (first left after CFA if coming from 150 or first right before the CFA if coming on Rolling Hill Rd). Don't miss it or you'll have to turn around on 150 like I did which is never fun. The separate entrance for the drive through is a great idea, as it begins at the back of the parking lot and helps the flow of everything. I love the employee order taker, which is so much easier than screaming in a speaker at most drive thrus and hoping the other person can hear you while they're distracted doing 8 other things. The next station is dedicated solely to payment, so once you reach the food station you can be on your way in seconds. Lastly, there is a station at the end where you can get any condiments. Even during the busiest lunch hour, I was in and out in like 5-7 minutes with some delicious food, no stress, no hassle. Friendly employees and a pleasant experience. read more

What a great experience at the Chic Fil A in Mooresville this past Monday. Twenty four people in our group entered the business around 8:30 and received a very nice greeting in spite of the size of our group ! As we started to order , we noticed that our food was prepared and being carried to a long table which Ms. Betty who works there had so obligingly had put together so we could all enjoy our meal together. Everyone seemed to have the correct order with exception of one fruit bowl , which was immediately corrected.
