My friends and I went to the Chick-fil-A Centerton on 11/21/25 for lunch. We ate our food in the restaurant which was very clean despite being super busy. We ordered through the app, so the staff brought our food to the table. Our order was brought quickly, prepared correctly, and the chicken was fresh and hot. The staff could not have been friendlier and asked if we needed anything else. Overall this was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Chick-fil-a Centerton (Mt. If you end up going to any Chick-fil-A's this one on Eastgate Nixon Drive is the one to go to. I have a very short snippet of time to get lunch and actually made my food but I left it at home today so I had to order and Joey delivered my food to the car side and he had everything completed. He had extra napkins. He really took great care of me. He really made sure I had everything I needed so when I get back to my job, it is ready to go and I can just eat and get back to work. I just started a new job so my stress levels are through the roof and he really was pleasant, polite, professional, as well as the rest of the team that was kicking butt and out there delivering to every car side. I really appreciate that as well as the clean parking lot some of these businesses in the area and I'm not speaking for Chick-fil-A in general but just people, litter and people don't maintain and clean up their parking lot, and it looks disgraceful But this Chick-fil-A is on point they are polite professional they think ahead and they make sure you have everything you need as well as a clean and tidy parking lot I really appreciate that and I need to let you all know that this is the place to go. These youngsters may be dealing with their first job or whatever but they are mainly students and they are young and they are doing a great job. I hope their parents are proud of them as well. As always, my top pick for fast food! Chick-fil-A did not disappoint. Today I changed up from my usual Cobb salad and got a 12 piece chicken nugget meal with Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauce, and a sweet ice tea. The line was quite short at the time so it was smooth sailing for me. Just as any other Chick-fil-A the staff was amazing! They greet you, walk with you as they take your order, and fulfill your every desire. When I got to the window and received my food I expected to have only 1 of each sauce, so I asked for additional. Needless to say, I did not need to ask. I had plenty of sauce. They supplied me with 2 of each totaling 4. But, since I asked, I had 4 of each totaling 8. The nuggets were amazing! This Chick-fil-A operates like clockwork. The workers are so incredibly motivated by speed that at-times, it seems like they might be getting audited by an undercover chick-fil-a owner. During my visit, there was some sort of discrepancy that the girl wasn't operating quick enough. It wouldn't have been possible for her to be any quicker. They make it their job to get customers in and out quickly; sometimes operating so efficiently that they forget that they are talking to real people; but I can't knock them for efficiency, this is America after all. The real reason this review is a 3 is because I ordered a 4-piece chick-n-strips and they gave me 1. ONE! Polynesian sauce. That's just not cool. Everything needs to be improved. To start of the food isn't even tasty. The Mac and cheese taste like staring Kraft powder cheese, and the "chicken" is hard as a rock. The bread is soft, and no butter or anything on it. I got a spicy chicken sandwich, which isn't usually spicy, but at this particular location it taste like 7 scorpion peppers were mixed in with the chicken. Secondly, I ordered Mac and cheese, and didn't get a single utensil. This has to be by far the worst chick fil a location, probably in the whole nation. This is actually bad. Apart from the food and service that are always excellent, the East Gate Chick-fil-A must be praised for its extraordinary customer service. As one exaple, I note the management and staff's unfailing kindness to my brother, Gerry, during the last few years of his life, when he was a regular guest, and at the time of his death this past July. Gerry, who suffered from Parkinson's, really looked forward to his frequent visits to what became for him a true home away from home. He cherished the time spent with other regular patrons, staff, and management. The entire Chick-fil-A team patiently helped him to enjoy many wonderful meals at his own pace, despite many physical limitations, affecting mobility, clarity of speech, and even the ability to chew and swallow. We have all seen TV ads featuring Chick-fil-A patrons relating stories of extraordinary kindness shown to them by a particular  restaurant's personnel. My brother, Gerry, testified to many such instances on his behalf. I thank the management and staff for their many acts of kindness to Gerry even outside the restaurant itself: visiting him in the nursing home, attending his wake or funeral, and sending flowers. In truth, my family is  overwhelmed by the sincere concern for Gerry, expressed in so many ways. read more

So this is now my third review for this Chick-Fil-A location. I've written about the awesome food and the fundraising opportunities, now I'm adding on about their catering. Ever since I've eaten Chick-Fil-A I've said that I'm going to serve it at my wedding. So, prior to my wedding day, I contacted this location for catering services. I ordered 250 some chicken minis (my favorite menu item). The Chick-Fil-A staff was easy to work with when setting up the catering order, and happily delivered the order without a problem. They then went above and beyond any girl's Chick-Fil-A wedding dream by bringing the Cow to the reception, tux and all! In addition to my wedding, we've made Chick-Fil-A part of our Christmas day traditions now by ordering the pre cooked nugget tray and reheating it ourselves on Christmas Day. Nearly 15 years later, that hasn't changed. The people here are incredibly nice. The food is excellent quality as well. You can taste the quality from the first bite. I've been to throw location a few times. This is a family friendly restaurant. The service was just okay today. The food was good as usual. I had a milkshake with whip cream and a cherry. He only thing different was when the cashier handed me my milkshake and just looked at me. The staff is very friendly (especially the morning staff) and they treat you very kindly. The store is very clean. Most of the time the drive thru is Uber busy when I get there, so I don't mind going inside. There's one lady, a black woman, that is SO nice! I love going in and having the pleasure of speaking with her in the AM. Her energy is so positive and I feel like it rubs off of on me when I leave. This is my favorite Chick-fil-A location. The restaurant is always clean, there is plenty of parking and the drive thru always goes pretty quickly! The drive thru is a little confusing because it wraps around the entire building so you have to drive around to enter. My go to order is always the 8 or 12 nuggets! The iced coffee is also perfect to pair with breakfast (Chick-fil-A has a great breakfast menu), lunch or dinner. I have to say this is one of the best Chick Fil A. Not going to get into detail about the food because it's just taste like Chick Fil A and it's good. They have the one of the most friendliest staff. I have gone to this chick-fil-a since I was in high school. I always go through the drive thru. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes even on the busiest of days. Today was my first experience where someone outside took my order. How cool! I think it's a great way to show they care about getting to know the customer face to face and possibly even free up a hand inside who'd normally work drive thru.. The woman at the window is ALWAYS so kind. She has black hair and glasses in a blue button up which I assume is a manager. Shout out to her because she goes above and beyond to make the experience awesome. There was a long line for the drive thru but it didn't take long to place our order and pay. Their system seemed to be well managed. We order two #1 sandwich meals with fruit cups and a 4 pc strips meal. Unfortunately when we got home we discovered that the order for 4 pc tenders was wrong. Instead of tenders they gave me the nuggets. That was very disappointing but not worth returning to the restaurant. The waffle fries were barely warm so I saved them to refry later. I thought we didn't need a receipt since the franchises I visit in PA have never gotten anything wrong. The ticket was $27.26 but it should've totaled about $22.37 before tax. Certainly should not have added almost $5 In tax. I do believe they gave us large beverages so maybe that was the difference (although we didn't ask for large drinks). Overall, it was still a pleasant experience and the food was great as always. From now on we'll get the receipt if we go to this location. read more

Anyway I went to Chick-Fil-A for breakfast I should have stuck with the chicken and biscuit but No I had to try the chicken and waffle. So let me just say the waffle tasted like it was made yesterday and left uncovered after being microwaved for 5 minutes. Wow it was bad.
