This is, without the question, the worst Chick -Fil-A I've ever been to. We have made 5 trips now to this location, assuming that the myriad of mistakes was originally due to it being a new location, but it's been two months and 5 separate visits now and today was the final straw. On the first 2 visits, they forgot food. Items ordered and paid for, but not included in the bag. The second vista was comical because I explained to the manager that we had been shorted a sandwich the first time so he apologized and promised to fix it by giving us the sandwich we didn't get last time. He did, which I appreciated, but then on that order they missed both of our fry orders and our Mac n cheese order. I went back to him and he apologized and got us our food, but seriously? The next 3 times we're all mobile orders. All food was bagged as expected, but two of those times, including today, the wait was so long without anyone coming to our car window, that I had to pull out and go inside to get our order. Today I waited 12 minutes while watching dozens of cars get their food and exit. At no time did either of the employees facilitating delivery to the cars come to my window to ask my name or tell me there was a delay, nothing. So I go inside and I'm told that I never ordered anything. I show the employee the app, which shows I'm waiting for an order in the drive through and he says "ok" let me check. A manager shows her how to "recall" an order and that's apparently when my order got placed because it never did before that for some unknown reason. I then receive an alert that my order is ready. I wait at the front pickup counter for a few minutes as employees walk by me several times, until finally another manager or shift lead, or something, asks me what I need. I explain the situation to him and he says, "well some people don't scan the codes on mobile thru so that creates a lot of problems. He offers me a free drink, which I declined, but come on, that's how you handle this? I eventually get my food and leave. The mobile order scanning response warrants some clarity for Chick -Fil-A because the location tracking on the app is incredibly hit and miss. On this occasion, before he realized it, I did actually have an issue scanning the code in the app, but not because I forgot to, but rather because no matter how long I sat at either the first barcode in the drive thru or the second, the app did not pick up that I was already at the location. After sitting at the front of the line for several minutes it finally picked up my location, but there are no scan codes at the front so I selected the option in the app which says something to the effect that "I am unable to scan the code". If that doesn't then push someone inside to either start the order or check on the car that's in the drive thru but not showing as having an order, then what's the point???? Overall, 80% of our trips have been failures and at some point, you just have to accept that this location can't perform. read more

FOOD/ DRINKS: sloppy! SERVICE: COULD BE BETTER AMBIANCE: beautiful! Ok I normally dont start my reviews like that but come on here! I ordered breakfast with a vanilla coffee, they did not include my condiments and the coffee was plain with no vanilla and it was over filled and gooping out of the top onto the sides which looked disgusting. Like how is plain coffee foaming??? No just no!!! Typical drive through was slow as expected and they were nice when you pilled up to get your food. I forgot to add that I had to say my name 3 times because the girl could not hear me. These teens play too much over nothing. I used the same tonality when giving my name to no feed into what ever it was she was trying to do ( the devil is busy these days). On Saturday, March 14, my wife and I were the first in line at the drive-through. We got the line at about 6:25 AM. After 630 came and went nobody removed the cones to get into the drive-through so I hopped out. Remove the Cohn and proceeded up to order. I ordered a breakfast burrito and we got down the road and started eating and there was a long piece of plastic inside the burrito that had to pull out of my mouth. The video attach show shows what the experience was like. Anyways, it was pretty disgusting. I called the store immediately and asked to talk to the operator. I was told that wasn't possible because they weren't gonna be in. Then I asked if they could just pass my number along and they said they typically don't do that but they would try. They asked me to upload the video to the phone number. I called on which I did. This all took place on Saturday. It's now Thursday and no one from their leadership has reached out to make contact. Usually I have no intention of leaving reviews for fast food restaurants but I feel taken care of today so I will haha. Today my partner and I came in early ish to get breakfast and redeem a free item via his app. But while we were there, the owner (couldn't get his name but wish we did!) was by the register and asked us if we've ever tried their fruit cup or their parfait! I said no, and he told the cashier to add it to our order for free! He had a cute story about how his team was making fun of him for never having it and now he has it all the time! We found it so sweet as we are creatures of habit and will order the same thing all the time so how sweet of him to show us something new! I've been to this location a few times as it's my local one and service is generally good as it is, maybe sometimes slow in the drive thru but overall great service. Unbelievably unsanitary. Order two cones, mobile app. First car up front of line Car pulls in behind me. They get their two cokes first. They have to wait now for us. This complete derp comes out with one cone. One. Hands it to us. Leaves. Comes back with second cone. Car behind still waiting. To end the story, rather than use the sanitary paper sleev at the base of the cone intended for handling, he delivers both cones with his fingers wrapped around the actual cone itself. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A. Zero counter service as the employees are visiting behind the drive thru counter. More pay-per-hour and horrific lack of service. My dine-in order came ten minutes before my friend's-we ordered one directly after the other. No ketchup or sauce I ordered. I went to ask for what was missing- to only wait with no service for more than two minutes. By the time my party's food finally came her fries were cold and I was offered ketchup-10 mins too late. If only I had received basic service when I went to the counter and was ignored. Overflowing trash can as well. read more

Went and spent over $100. They got every single one of our sandwiches wrong so I had to drive back. Almost 20 mins away from my house l, so about a 75 min commute on top of the wait time the first time and when they remade my order. When I went back to have them correct my order, they told me I could keep the wrong order and they would remake the sandwiches. I appreciated that because of the inconvenience of having to travel to their restaurant then home only to find out it was wrong then back again to have them fix my order and back home again on top of about a 30+ min wait! But then the manager comes back and asks for the original order so she could check it was in fact wrong and she could show her cooks instead of giving it back to us she walks away as I'm trying to explain how they told us we could keep the initial order. The manager was there When I was telling The girl at the window about how inconvenient it was because of the distance, time out of my day and how they said I could keep the initial order, the manager looked at me and grabbed the bag from The counter and walked away!!!! This new Chick-Fil-A is so poorly designed. Instead of maximizing their capacity, they create two lanes, but one is for drive-through and one is only for mobile pick up orders. The crazy thing is that they shut down the mobile pick up order line halfway through and it's forced to merge with the drive-through line. The dysfunctionality of the space is ridiculous. Go to any of the other locations within a 15 minute radius ... the drive time will be less than your wait time - bonus points are for the staff. read more

They did say they will send me a reward to redeem a sandwich but when I ate my food it was cold and the ice in my drinks were melted. Walked up to the counter, whereas a family was ordering. Their order exceeded $60, and they were still trying to figure out what they wanted. The problem I had was I stood there for 10 minutes as managers and other employees just walked by. I should have worn a sandwich sign with "Is there anyone else that can take my order?" The first Chick Fil A that I have ever visited that is as dysfunctional and incompetent as a poorly run McDonalds. Regardless of the amount of customers in line, this location will have you wait several minutes for over cooked, greasy food. Mobile ordering merges with other orders causing delays for everyone involved since the employees do not take the initiative to multi task and hustle to get food out. Unprofessional employees seem like they could not care less, and judging by the lack of response of management, they must feel the same as well. Save yourself the wasted time, and stress and go to any of the well run locations in the area. read more

It's fine and the service is good but the place is always filthy unlike most locations we've visited.

Would give this location 0 stars if it let me. On multiple different occasions they either forget food items or sauce, or they just give you a completely different order. They don't apologize for it, instead you get a nasty attitude. Shift leader Francisco and Shift Leader Melissa are both very impolite and rude. If you ask to speak to someone higher up then them, you get more attitude and refusal. These two need better training in customer service, ESPECIALLY if they are leading their team. The chicken here is the best of all the CFA's around Temecula/Murrieta. Their fries are not good though. They are cooked way too much and they end up dry snd hard. I've never been to a location that overcooks their fries until this one. I'll take the slight downside for the better chicken than the other chic fil A's in the area. read more

The workers are pretty nice, the service speed is lacking heavily. In the time it took me to get my food I could have gone to temecula instead. I think I will only go to that location due to them having a more efficient drive through situation. Definitely not worth a 35 minute wait at all. I know I should have checked the bags before I left the drive-through, but I didn't. I ordered the chicken strips, kale crunch salad, Dr Pepper, buffalo and ranch dipping sauce. They forgot the straw, the crunchy almonds for the salad, both dipping sauces, and a fork. Also, the chicken strips were about the size of chicken nuggets and were overcooked. This is a fairly new location, so maybe they need a while longer to get things right. I will give them another try in a month or so. If they have improved, I will revise my review. read more

This is our fourth time visiting here since it opened. 3 outta 4 times it has been terrible. The service, food and waiting. Today was the last straw for me. My kids went and found a table while I was in line as it was lunch time and very busy. When it was my turn to order I Told girl it was for here. Waited over 20 mins and finally went to ask about our food. The girl showed me it was on the shelf for pick up and she grabs it and took my receipt with her. We were sitting close to the front and I never heard them even call my name. She told me she would have our food remade. They did not remake my food. I stood there and watched a manager dump it on a tray. My sandwhich had soggy bread on the bottom from the pickles and was not hot like they are usually served. I won't be back here no matter how convenient it is. Two thumbs down.... I seriously regret not driving to Temecula. Clearly saying anything to them in person would not have mattered. read more

Normally I check in the bag before pulling away but on the bag it says what's inside (and I've never had any issues with other chick fi las). Got home and it's not what I ordered at all. I went Thursday, the first day it opened at around 8:30 pm, the drive through lane was not too long, but it took 30 min for me to receive my order. While in lane, I saw the lady that was handling the orders from the window to the customer, she dropped the straw, while handing the order to the customer, then she picked up the straw from the ground and gave it to the customer. I was shocked to see that... so nasty, but the customer requested a new straw. Same lady, told me to move forward since my order wasn't ready, (it took 30 minutes, from the time I ordered 3 chicken sandwich meal to the time I received my order) I asked that same lady for 3 ketchup and 3 mayonnaise, salt and pepper... she said everything was in the bag, I came home, no ketchup, no mayonnaise, no salt and pepper, she lied to her customer.
