Standard chick fil a. They have no one in line really. They do have a ton of signs at the drive thru though which I thought was interesting. They must have tons of issues with customers when they go through drive thru. They forgot one of our nuggets order, but at least it's easy to correct using the mobile app.

Thanks for the crackers... but no soup!!!

This location is incredibly disappointing... I can't wait for the location off Madison to re-open so I don't have to come back to this one... First off, the drive through is horrible! The mobile ordering line merging with the regular drive thru line is a cluster. On top of that it would be nice if they gave us ALL the food we ordered. We had ordered a large soup which was almost $8!! And they failed to put it on our bag... really?? The line wasn't even that busy. On top of that they had all the orders just sitting out! Good way to get people sick! Taking the L on the $8 is tough with how expensive things are now days... It sure was "their pleasure" to not do their job correctly... Lastly it was nice of you to give me saltine crackers but not include the soup! That's ridiculous!!

BRING BACK THE MOBILE ORDER DRIVE THRU LANE! Who follows the mobile drive-thru 101 rules?! NOBODY. Everyone acts and treats you like you're just cutting in line, it's going to cause a road rage incident and put your customers at risk. What's even the purpose of continuing a mobile drive thru order if you take away the convenience of a quick pick up?

Order break at 10:18 and I got there at 10:30. Apparently you have to check in on site in order to get you breakfast before 10:30. I didn't make it, roughly 10:32 I pulled up. The girl at the window Mia I believe her name and the supervisor did explain the situation and I was upset to find out the hard way. They honored the transaction though and gave me my two biscuits. Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference and I thank them for this. Small but meaningful and I appreciate what they did. McDonalds would have told me to go pound sand. Thank you Mia and the supervisor/manager I didn't get her name. Small Hispanic girl.

Such a pleasure! The workers here are so nice and friendly! A huge shoutout to Shayla who was so accommodating when there was a mistake with our order. They have the same menu items as other locations and the food was very fresh. The place is pretty big with a good amount of seating, but no play area if you have kids. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or not, but a couple of their tables were still dirty so we had trouble finding a clean table to eat at. They have individual parking at the restaurant or you can park in the Costco parking lot and walk over. Highly recommend stopping by.

This is not my order. I hope this Courtney person checked her order before she got on the road again.

We arrived around 11:15 am on a Saturday and there was a long line to order. The ordering area is pretty small, so with the line and servers moving between the kitchen and outdoor seating, it did feel a little crowded. I still really liked the atmosphere inside though. We ordered around 11:25 and were told the food would take about 20 to 25 minutes, which honestly wasn't bad considering how busy it was. There's some bar seating and a few tables inside, but everything looked pretty full, so we opted for takeout. We ordered the Classic Breakfast Sandwich with breakfast sausage and the Monterey Breakfast Sandwich. Both were really good, and the flavors blended together well. The sandwiches are definitely packed and on the richer side with all the cheese and sauces, which was a little heavy for my personal preference. The portions are generous enough that I honestly think the two of us could have shared one sandwich and been satisfied. We also tried the Earl Grey Latte with matcha instead of espresso. I really liked the earl grey and matcha combination, but the matcha itself leaned pretty powdery, which was hard to enjoy fully. It's one of the better matcha lattes I've had in Temecula, but I've found the matcha quality in the area to be pretty underwhelming overall. I'd be more interested in trying their coffee next time. Overall, I enjoyed Little Goat Kitchen & Bakeshop and can definitely see myself coming back to try more of the food. The sandwiches were the highlight for me, and I'm curious to explore more of the menu.

I especially love the grilled salmon, and my go-to is usually the steak and chicken bowl with vegetables and either white or brown rice. My husband loves their chicken bowl as well. Everything we've tried has always tasted fresh and high quality at a very fair price. Recently though, after the ownership change, I became disappointed because instead of the delicious teriyaki sauce in the little takeout containers, we were only given salty soy sauce packets and chili sauce packets. It completely changed the experience for me, and honestly made me not want to come back. I finally decided to call and speak with Bob. I explained how much we missed the original teriyaki sauce and how the portions had started feeling skimpy compared to the past. Bob was wonderful. He listened, cared, and simply said, "I got you. I'll take care of you." And wow....he absolutely did. The steak and teriyaki chicken bowl I received was one of the best I've ever had from Top Grill. The portions were generous again, the food was fresh and flavorful, and that delicious teriyaki sauce was back! My husband loved his chicken bowl too. Customer service really matters, and Bob completely changed our experience. Because of him, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Bob, for caring about your customers. Last time, my fiancée and I came in on our engagement day to celebrate with brunch and were turned away at the door because we had iced coffees from next door. Real classy way to treat customers. Management never responded to that review. Shocker. So against my better judgment, I gave them another shot this morning. Here's what happened: I have a gluten allergy. I told my waitress. I specifically asked her to check whether one of the menu items was gluten-free -- which she did -- and I clearly asked for my toast on a separate plate so my wife could have it. Simple request. Clear communication. Done. Food came out with bread sitting directly on top of everything on my plate. When I pointed out the mistake and reminded them of my allergy, the person who delivered the food had the audacity to respond with an irritated "I guess we are going to have to remake the food." You messed up the order. The attitude is completely backwards. Then my waitress came back to tell me she "didn't know" about my allergy. I stated it twice and had her look something up because of it. Either she didn't write it down, or the kitchen ignored it entirely. Either way -- a gluten allergy isn't a preference, it's a health issue. First plate took 15 minutes. Remake took another 15. While sitting outside waiting, we overheard our waitress telling another table their order had also been messed up by the kitchen. So it's not just us. Let's be honest about what The Mill serves: basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes. This isn't a Michelin-starred tasting menu. It's breakfast. And you still managed to get it wrong twice in one visit. The "breakfast pizza" I've tried before wasn't good either. And the apple chicken sausage? It tastes like wet dog food -- I don't know what's in that but it should not be on the menu. To their credit, they remade the food and our waitress was pleasant despite everything. The hal-o-penyo sauce was genuinely good. That's it. That's the entire list of positives. The real issue is systemic. The kitchen staff is either disorganized or resentful about their own mistakes. Communication between the floor and the kitchen is nonexistent. Management clearly doesn't care -- they didn't respond to my last review, and nothing has changed. A restaurant that can't handle allergy requests for a scrambled eggs order is not a restaurant that takes its customers seriously. I gave you two chances. You burned both. I won't be back, and I'll be making sure my friends and family know exactly what to expect here.
