Food is great I usually get the spicy deluxe. Service is great & quick. Atmosphere is great.

My boyfriend and I placed a pick up order on Saturday 3/5 as we were heading to the movies to see the new Batman. We were in a hurry so figured pickup would have been quick. Worst decision ever. The group of people standing at the pickup area was HUGE and the staff member in charge of calling out names had the most quiet voice, no on could hear him over the already extremely noisy restaurant. I got to the location at about 12:32 (our movie started at 12:30) so I was anxiously waiting for my name to be called as numerous people crowded the pickup area. I waited 20 minutes and my boyfriend finally said let's just leave, seeing that I was extremely frustrated with the whole process he went in to ask where in the line was our order, he gave them my name and the staff member said I can't even see an order with that name and there could be up to 20 orders that we can't see right now but told him to bring in the receipt and they would start working on it. He said he couldn't wait and we left. This was the most chaotic and hectic Chick-fil-A and their pickup process needs some serious help. Possibly because the one on margarita road is closed for renovations this one has some extra pressure? We came back after the movie (3 hours later) my boyfriend let a staff member know what happened and she had the nerve to say "sure we will remake it for you pro-bono" I'm not sure if she knew what pro-Bono means because first of all we already paid and you guys screwed it up, so we should be lucky that we didn't have to pay again I guess??? We won't visit this location again, just wait for the one off Margarita by the mall to reopen. read more

I love Chik-fil-A but this location has managed to mess up my order twice in the past week .. I get that they're busy but when I'm standing there for 5 mins trying to get an employee's attention to fix my order and get ignored repeatedly it gets kind of annoying. Just a very disorganized location and the parking/drive-thru are terrible. read more

I love their spicy chicken sandwiches. If you haven't tried them Well Done then that's something that will change your life. It makes the outside of the chicken so crispy and the inside is still super moist. So good I always order two Spicy Deluxe Well Done. I'm always impressed with their employees positive attitudes. You can see a great work culture through their friendliness. Plus a big thumbs up for they're curbside pick. Makes things super easy and fast. This Chick-fil-A has their stuff together, I always go though their drive thru even though the line is long. Their drive thru people know what they are doing. the wait in the drive thru is never long even though the line might be be long. I drive from Menifee just to come and get lunch for myself, I love this place and they have GREAT ICE TEA. My go to for their great Ice Tea. Typically have a good experience at any Chick-fil-A. I go to the Murrieta one frequently because we live close but tonight they kind of dropped the ball. Added bacon to one of the sandwiches and was forgotten, and the chicken on the sandwich was mainly breading. read more

Love their food but the last 3 drive thru orders within a week have all had products missing. They are always super nice and offer to make it up but that's not the point. I shouldn't have to double check my order every item, nor find out when I get home stuff was missing. Looking at previous reviews, this problem has been on going for a while now. Management really needs to slow down and start double checking drive thru orders and fix the issue. No Customer should have the wrong products or missing products in their order ever. I've done about 5 mobile orders to this location within the last 2 months. The only reason I continue to order is because it's by my kid's therapy. 3 of my orders had missing or incorrect items. Last week I had an order with 7 items 3 were missing and I received the incorrect item for another. To say I was pissed off would be downplaying how I felt. Lucky I was able to make it work and feed my kids with the food I did get plus a few snacks I had with me. I unfortunately wasn't able to eat until we got home 2 hours later after my my son's therapy sessions. I did call the store to explain the situation. Since they gave me some rewards, I placed an order today. Can you guess what happened? Yes ones again my order was incorrect. I don't know if it's just my luck or THIS LOCATION FUCKEN SUCK!! There food is great, but no matter how many employees they have working in the drive thru, it is always a chaotic mess. There are plenty of order takers, but no order to who's taking which order for which line of cars and no observance of which cars arrived first. On multiple separate occasions, I've seen people in one line cut in front of people in the other line because no one is directing drivers on where to go or what to do. Some orders are taken in the actual drive thru line while other orders are taken in the parking lot before the drive thru starts. Don't get stuck in the wrong side of the split line as you'll be there forever watching 5-6 people just drive on thru to the order person ahead of you. Hard to describe the mess, but it's always a mess. read more

I have to say that both locations (Murrieta and Temecula) overall have declined in service in the recent 6 months or so. However, what I have noticed in this location particularly is that the product is very inconsistent, especially with breakfast. Last week my egg white grill was cold and cheese wasn't melted. I usually come here with no problems but i went there around 11:30 today, and idk if someone who was cooking or preparing food was sick but while i was there today i saw a man throw up in the trash can inside the establishment after he finished eating and i should have seen that as a sign something is wrong but i didn't. I have been going to this location for many years. Recently the attention to detail and accuracy of orders has really declined. Things that separate places like Chick-fil-a and In-N-Out from other fast food establishments is consistency and accuracy/ customer service, at least to me. We went through the drive through and asked for 2 of 3 different sauces. Nothing too complicated. We got a total of 2 sauces for two meals. We expressed our dissatisfaction and we were given the run around. After talking with one manager we were told that we would be given rewards through their app. I got a call the next day from Mary-Joe "owner- operator" saying the same thing. I still have received nothing. I should have just asked for a refund. No one wants to eat their Chick-fil-a with no sauce. read more
