I go to Jersey Mike's Subs a lot as a go-to lunch spot on the weekends, and it's honestly one of my favorites. The subs are always made fresh right in front of you, which is kinda fun to watch, and everything tastes really good and consistent every time. My favorite is just building a simple sub with whatever toppings I'm craving, and the bread actually makes it so goodsoft but still has that perfect texture. The workers are usually really chill and get your order done pretty fast, even when it's busy. It can get a little crowded during lunch hours, but it usually moves quick so it's not a big deal. And plus with a good ambiance inside, even when it's just, it's still enjoyable. Overall it's just a really solid spot when I want something quick, filling, and actually good. read more

The food at Jersey Mike's is consistently good, which is why I've come back more than once. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing the last two times I've visited. On my first visit, the employees were so engrossed in watching Ice Age that they would actually stop making sandwiches to watch scenes from the movie. I thought it was just a one-time thing, but on my second visit, the same thing happened while the staff was watching Star Wars. They would pause their work to pay attention to what was happening on the screen instead of focusing on customers and food preparation. The employees also seem very inattentive and reluctant to interact with customers. It often feels like they're more interested in watching movies and collecting a paycheck than providing service. The food is good, but the customer experience suffers because the staff appears distracted, disengaged, and uninterested in doing their jobs. I'd gladly return for the sandwiches, but management needs pay more attention to what the employees are doing during their shifts. I can't imagine what happens in the back given this is how they act in front of people. read more

Im not too sure how to rate this Jersey Mikes Experience, I put an online order for pickup, however, I received the wrong sandwich. I'm not so mad that I received the wrong sandwich, Im more so mad at the person who ordered that disgrace and sadness of a sandwich. The sandwich consisted of 5 things: Turkey, which was thinly sliced and barely there, lettuce, which was way too much, a thin layering of avocado and two pieces of bacon. Literally that's it and the 5th and final thing was the wheat bread. The only good thing was the wheat bread and two tiny pieces of bacon, the turkey was so thinly sliced, it's like it wasn't even there. I'm more so disappointed and terrified that someone eats that at Jersey Mikes. Seriously? They should be arrested for that type of order, it doesn't even make sense! The other day, my daughter's high school was having a fundraiser at Jersey Mike's Subs and we came out to support not only the school but have some delicious subs from Jersey Mike's. They're located on Temecula Parkway in the Home Depot shopping area a couple doors down from The Habit. Because a fundraiser was going on, the line was quite long but the employees there were prepared and did a great job handling the large crowd. They were organized and made everyone's sandwiches in good timing. My daughter ordered the Big Kahuna without mushrooms while I ordered their California Club. Sandwiches were good, made to order and the service was on point! Plenty of seating and I even noticed that even though they were busy, there was someone going around always cleaning the tables keeping everything clean in there. Great Job Jersey Mike's! read more

The server who was making a sandwhich ( female) first of all the bread was just on the counter did not come from the tray, then the lettuce etc. was not filled it looked dirty. my husband asked for #9. I was disappointed that when trying to redeem my birthday points to buy a #8 with no ham, that they made me pay $2.50 for a strip of bacon. It's never been like this before. And the cashier said he wouldn't honor it. I walked out of this sandwich shop twice this week without purchasing anything, which is a shame. I enjoy the sandwiches. The first time I walked out, it was on Sunday, and while the line wasn't particularly long, it was moving slow. Really, really slow. I was in a rush, and between the lady complaining about the plumbing in the bathroom not working along with no hand towels in there, it made me rethink my decision, and I decided to leave. Fast forward to today, where there was 1 person ahead of me in line, who this time, because he's vegetarian, he asked to have the entire slicer sanitized so that his sandwich didn't touch any meat, which meant that the person standing in line behind him, had to wait well over 5 minutes for this special request to happen, and at the 5 minutes, 1 second mark, I chose to walk out, even though I was hungry and I went there exclusively for a sandwich that I had been craving for a week. Well I wanted to try it one more time. Sadly it will be the last until I visit my relatives on the east coast. 15$ for a giant sub and only 5 slices of meat off the slicer. I used to work at a N.Y. deli, as we sliced we sold the sandwich meat per weight and the sandwich had a lot more meat on it. So there is no value at all here, there was enough meat on there for a regular but not for a 15$ giant. If you want a jersey or NY style sub go to Ralph's. Placed an online order and showed up on time noticed they were in the middle of making my sandwich..I was shocked to see that they placed the BPA paper receipt right on top of my sandwich I asked the cashier for a new piece of bread as BPA is a toxin and I didn't want it leaching into my sandwich I asked her if she did this to every order she rudely responded with "of course how would we know which order is who's" I also asked for them to cut my sandwich in three equal parts and they were obviously irritated that I requested new bread so it was cut terrible just like a little way to get back at me completely immature (picture attached). So let's dig a bit deeper according to the National Library of Medicine BPA can contaminate food, beverage, air, and soil. It accumulates in several human tissues and organs and is potentially harmful to human health through different molecular mechanisms. Due to its hormone-like properties, BPA may bind to estrogen receptors, thereby affecting both body weight and tumorigenesis. Receipt paper is made of BPA. I had already paid and wasn't going to ask for my money back as I usually enjoy their sandwiches love the chili relish too! But after being treated like trash from every single employee and seeing as I was leaving that they continued to put receipt paper on the board they cut the sandwiches on.. wow never again! So basically they print the receipt with the order number place it on the cutting board the BPA receipt is then dragged all along the cutting board were the sandwich's are made, placed onto of the sandwiches and then cut on that same board...there is no way that the chemicals do not leach into the food point blank. I reached out and left my review for the owner. It's been a week and he didn't respond so that's why I'm bringing this issue here you need to be aware, when ordering that you are being subjected to BPA in your sandwiches. This might not be a big deal to some people but the people that are awake to all the chemicals that we are exposed to, this review is for you stay clear of this establishment if you want to keep your sandwiches BPA free!! read more

Closing team needs to be retrained or replaced. Right now they are trained to let you know, once it's 8pm, the bread is out. But you can upset them by asking for a wrap. I get off work at 8, and it takes about 30 minutes for me to get here. Within the area, there is nothing good as Jersey Mikes. But 6 times now (these few months) when I come in this late, I am instantly told "we're out of bread". Okay... management needs to either needs to change their dough projection or change this shops hours to an earlier close so they don't waste loyal customers time and gas driving all the way here to be told "%#!+ off" I know what it's like to close a store, no one likes to have to clean up again after closing early. Very rude and disrespectful. When they make a mistake they are not willing to correct their mistake to ensure customer satisfaction. I went in for (3) sandwiches including chips and drinks. I got home and we only had my sons sandwich. We were (2) sandwiches short. I called and spoke to a Vitoria. She laughed about the mixup. I told her I would not be able to come back due to having to work at a certain time and asked for the whole order to be refunded as we now had to find another form of dinner in a hurry. She told me she will only refund the missing sandwiches. When I asked to talk to a manager she replied very rudely, she was the manager.
