We went through the drive thru and I must say it was surprisingly fast. We were greeted by a worker with a portable computer to take our orders. I thought it probably because the drive thru is not working. But it is. I guess since it's a busy time of the day they have people take orders. We got our order in no time! Which was very happy to see that. Their chicken sandwiches are so much better! It's not processed. Their sauces are incredible! You have to try them all! read more

Omg it was soooo good in my opinion service was amazing food tasted super good although lemonade was a little sweet I just added some water and it was soooooooo good maybe it's just my opinion it was two sweet bc I'm not a sweet tooth but ye it was good plus it had a play place and you would think it would be super loud but it was not well inside the play place was loud but outside was not. read more

The food is great, real chicken... not like the kind used at other fast food restaurants. the service is always great, the employees are very nice. The restaurant is very clean. They have a small play area for the little ones... my 6 year old loves playing while we wait for our food and after we are done eating. Service was so fast tonight and the food was great. I haven't been here for a while but every time I come the employees make the experience so much better even with a long line. So so so bummed. I have really bad luck with door dash and my order never being right, so I decided on Chick Fil A because I trusted them to follow the order instructions. I am sick with the flu and ordered a chicken wrap. The wrap itself comes with avocado lime dressing, and I added honey mustard dressing. There were zero dressings. I now have a dry wrap with cold chicken, lettuce and cheese. Was serious craving the avocado lime dressing. I tipped $10 and ended up throwing most of it away. Can't wait for the Temecula location to open back up. :( read more

Went thru the drive thru, had a very simple order. SPICY Deluxe Sandwich and 10 Sweet and Spicy Sriracha. You might have thought that my order was going to be correct? No, I only got 5 sauces. The food here is okay. I like the chicken nuggets that are not breaded. Everyone else seems to really like the chicken sandwich (as expected). The service here is always good as they have 2 people working outside taking orders for quick service. The only issue here is quality from time to time. Open until 10 pm and closed Sundays. read more

Stopped by around 30 minutes ago, went thru the drive through and they had me park while they thought out my food. Upon receiving my food they also gave me a free milkshake which was a nice surprises... however, once I got 2 stoplights away and bags were being checked we realized more than half of our food was missing. Made a u turn and went back into the drive thru, although it was some what annoying having to go back and get 5 items that were missing the guy who was working the window and handing food to the cars was extremely nice. I understand it was a mistake just a little frustrating. Thank you again to the kind worker who made sure we didn't wait too long to wait for our items when we got to the window. read more

Simply put this Chick-fil-A is awesome! I really think for the most part that Chick-fil-A sets the bar for fast food and how they treat the customer base. This location should really be put on a pedestal for their efforts in the community, beyond just the great food and service they provide. The drive through runs like a smoothly oiled machine. They service customers quickly, professionally and with a smile on their face. Food is fresh and always cooked perfectly. Some of the community stuff - I know other locations do this, but this is the first location that I've seen that has done this type of stuff. They actually have events all intended to promote family. For example, Father Daughter night. They actually had place settings at each table and came to the tables to take orders. Really cool some of the stuff they do here. This is one of the first Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. They have always been consistent and seem to take great pride in quality of service and food that they offer. read more

I picked up an online order with 2 breakfast burritos among others but they did not give us the salsa . We did not notice it until we got home and we live far so no way to go back to this restaurant. We tried to eat it with ketchup but did not like it and eating it without the salsa it tasted dry so, it just went to waste read more

I usually love eating Chick-Fil-A but the quality at this location was terrible. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich and the chicken patty was really soggy. It's as if it was previously frozen and was rushed to cook without thawing it out. Also the same thing with the fries. They were incredibly soggy and way too salty as well. We drove from LA to a friends Birthday party and stop by after 3 jours of heavy traffic try the drive true the line was huge!! We decided to park and go inside, my wife and Daughter went to order and the mans bath was really dirty, i cane out look fir a table. First time here was they day before Thanksgiving 2016 when they were giving out free waffle fries and a drink with a sandwich purchase. After that day my life changed. Chick-fil-A was a go-to place for us all the time. My favorite is the bomb lemonade made with only 3 ingredients, lemon, water and sugar. Bomb!!!!! Chicken sandwiches are delicious!!! Clean and doesn't taste like other fast food chicken sandwich where you can taste preservatives to he max that it's just gross. Chick-fil-A makes quality chicken and I'm so glad i tried it. So bomb!!! More often, i just go there for the awesome lemonade. read more

I fell in love with Chick-fil-A while working on the East Coast. When I moved back to sunny So Cal I reeeeeeally missed it! So when I found out they were coming to California, I was happy. When I found out they were building one in my town, I was ecstatic! I have been frequenting this location since day one. Jenny and Mary Jo have consistently built a team of happy smiling employees over the years. The staff here must be the nicest people on the planet! People may see a long drive through line and say, "OMG That line is SO long!" Well DO NOT FEAR! That line goes fast! I don't know how they do it, but it does go quickly! A burger joint in town that leads you to believe you'll get in and out could sure take a lesson. I love their light lemonade. I would never guess it was a diet drink. I am a purist, so my "go to" is the original chicken sandwich. But I also love the chicken minis. My husband loves the spicy deluxe. And our daughter is a fan of the nuggets. She'd order the 30 pack if we'd let her! If you are a red meat lover and can't imagine anything being better than your beef burger, please give "The Lord's Chicken" a try and you'll be reformed! This place is always fast and friendly but tonight I was even more impressed! We had been in line for about 15 minutes waiting patiently to get our turn in line and all of a sudden a car comes and cuts the line off and gets in line in front of all of us! I was livid because there were at a minimum 15 cars behind us as well all of us waiting. Well the employees perfectly handled it wonderfully! They, I'm sure in the very respectful way they always are, let the man know that he was not able to do that and made him back out of the line. I must say it was very satisfying to see this individual who thought he was above waiting in line to be told he was not and to see he was still parked in the same place after we'd received our order. I didn't want to write a negative review for Chick-fil-A ever! One of my favorite fast food, place to go to! I went tonight and had an issue with my card on the app. I normally will just pay cash or with another card when this happens. Unfortunately I didn't have another card on me. Besides a $100 bill drinks were about to be handed to me when they realized the payment had not gone through asked me to pay. Showed them the hundred. then they said I couldn't pay with 100 she then asked for a manager to come out. Manager came out stated she could not take cash on a app order which I know is wrong because it's happened to me before. I have also had issues with my order being messed up at this location I understand lots of fraudulent hundred dollar bills are out there but I just wanted my dinner. They could have worked something out. I stayed in line for over 20 minutes for them to just turn the other way. Very upsetting. read more

Downloaded their app. Ordered my meal on the app for curbside pickup. Left my office and drove over, about a mile away. Pulled into a designated spot for pickup. The spots are numbered. When I pointed out the mistake and reminded them of my allergy, the person who delivered the food had the audacity to respond with an irritated "I guess we are going to have to remake the food." You messed up the order. The attitude is completely backwards. Then my waitress came back to tell me she "didn't know" about my allergy. I stated it twice and had her look something up because of it. Either she didn't write it down, or the kitchen ignored it entirely. Either way -- a gluten allergy isn't a preference, it's a health issue. First plate took 15 minutes. Remake took another 15. While sitting outside waiting, we overheard our waitress telling another table their order had also been messed up by the kitchen. So it's not just us. Let's be honest about what The Mill serves: basic breakfast. Eggs, bacon, potatoes. This isn't a Michelin-starred tasting menu. It's breakfast. And you still managed to get it wrong twice in one visit. The "breakfast pizza" I've tried before wasn't good either. And the apple chicken sausage? It tastes like wet dog food -- I don't know what's in that but it should not be on the menu. To their credit, they remade the food and our waitress was pleasant despite everything. The hal-o-penyo sauce was genuinely good. That's it. That's the entire list of positives. The real issue is systemic. The kitchen staff is either disorganized or resentful about their own mistakes. Communication between the floor and the kitchen is nonexistent. Management clearly doesn't care -- they didn't respond to my last review, and nothing has changed. A restaurant that can't handle allergy requests for a scrambled eggs order is not a restaurant that takes its customers seriously. I gave you two chances. You burned both. I won't be back, and I'll be making sure my friends and family know exactly what to expect here.

As soon as they relocate or make the drive thru bigger I'll take back this review. It's absolutely ridiculous! As for Chick-fil-A I think it sucks. I'd rather go to Mickey D's or Jack-in-the-Box. They told us to pull around to the front because it would be 4 minutes to heat more up for our order. 20 minutes later they bring out our soup. Very frustrating on a limited lunch break. We had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A with our kids! The staff was incredibly kind and patient, which made ordering with little ones so easy. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, the food came out fast, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.
