Hands down the worst Chick Fil A I've ever experienced. (Trust me, I've been to PLENTY.) They are EXTREMELY slow, and by slow, I mean waiting a minimum of 15 minutes in the DRIVE THRU, don't even get me started on the wait for dinning in (and yes, I use the app to order food in advance.) They never have people outside taking your order when the drive thru is backed up, regardless of the weather. They workers act like they hate their lives and you're always inconveniencing them. Don't waste your money here. If I wanted crappy service and long lines then I'd eat at McDonald's, which by the way, is still faster than this place. read more

I came around 1600 and my food was not up to the standards I have gotten at other locations. Pretty disappointed. There was a long wait as always and it's always worth it of course, just not this time.I think it was enough for me to not come back. The parking space is awful, the restaurant is in an awful location. read more

Since the car lines are too long and always seem to cause traffic, I usually order thru the app or do take out. The food is great but the staff can't seem to handle take outs and app orders!!! In the past 6 months, they have messed up 7 times. Either they forget something on my orders or they give me something else. Pay for large fries, I get small. Order no cheese, I get cheese. Order lemonade, I get ice tea. Want special sauce, I get none. Etc. What's wrong with the staff? read more

what's to like? Just another fast food joint serving bland chicken and sides. This could be anywhere. Pass on it.

This is one of the best fast food businesses around. Tom (the owner) has run the CFA since it opened in the early 80s. The employees are competent, courteous and conscientious. I've never gotten a wrong order. The food is always fresh. The prices are nominal but not a bargain. The drive thru is usually packed, cars wrapped around the building...but during lunchtime, they send a couple of employees out in the parking lot with iPads, who take orders and payments with credit cards. This speeds up the drive thru service considerably. I've never seen any other place do this. It's this kind of special service that sets them apart from all the other fast food places. I can only say one negative thing. The ice cream is terrible! One other piece of advice. If you go for breakfast, I suggest getting anything but the chicken things. The sausage biscuit is especially good. If you must have chicken, after about 8 am, sometimes they start serving Chick-Fil-A sandwiches (if orders begin to trickle in). I don't know exactly what the rules or policy is about this morning sandwich offering, but I know I've gotten them many times before 10 am. I've never gotten a straight answer about the policy. I've eaten at this Chick-Fil-A often, as I'm a student at Craven, and it is quick and convenient to get to when I only have a few minutes for lunch. This place is always clean, and everything is always stocked. Everyone I've encountered there as an employee is incredibly friendly, especially the older gentleman who works the floor. Like a previous reviewer, I've noticed that they don't stick to the regular "You're Welcome". It's always "My Pleasure". It's such a nice touch on top of great food (I've only ever gotten the wrong order once, my bag and the bag of another car got mixed up) and super quick service. They really pay attention to the small details of their customer experience. Unfortunately, due to certain policies of Chick-Fil-A itself and it's charitable branch, it's unlikely I'll be returning. read more

Was here later in the evening, so the dinner rush had long gone. I ordered three combo meals to take home to my family. When I got to the window, the girl just started handing me all three drinks. Well, I don't know about you, but I only have two cup holders in the front, so I asked for a drink try. This girl seriously looked at me like I had snakes for hair and flames shooting out of my eyeballs. She told me she had to run to the back to get one. After saying that, her manager handed her a key and said "no, you have to run out back to get them." Out back, as in the outside storage. I'm sitting here thinking REALLY?! I'm not going to sit and hold up the line for her to run outside, unlock a storage closet and find drink try's in the dark. I tell her no big deal I'll just hold one, and ask if she could throw away the canned drink I had with me from work. "No I can't do that, but there's a trash can up there you can toss it in". Baffled, I crammed the can in my side door pocket. Put one drink between my legs and put the other two in my cup holders. The girl then hands me one giant bag filled to the top with the food. Fries were spilling out of the top and it was so top heavy that it fell right over into my seat. I had to then get out of my car. Put one drink in my back seat console, prop the bag up with my purse and cover the top with tissues, so all the heat would not escape from the bag before I got home. I'm sorry, but when it's late and I'm just leaving work, I go through the drive through, because I don't want to get out of my car again and I want something easy and hassle free. I don't need to be so irritated over a drink try and food spilling everywhere. It's not rocket science. read more

I enjoy Chick Fil A food but it seems that everytime i come here, they are out of something. One day it was chicken nuggets and today it was chicken strips. This would all be fine if they would compensate with some kind of one time offer or something but instead they just say "sorry we are out, anything else". I will not be coming back until they change. read more
