Went in and ordered two meals and a Mac and Cheese. The fries had the full fries on the top only to give the illusion that they were all like that. After I ate the first 2-3 all the crumbs broken fries were in the bottom. Same for both meals. Smh CFA is losing quality. I get off work and decided to stop at this location because it's close to my home. I honestly was planning to go somewhere else but I thought Chick-fil-A would live up to it's name. I should have really check my food because only one fry was hot and the remaining fries were extremely old. The grilled chicken sandwich was completely old. I couldn't believe the bread is so hard that it crumbles. I been calling the restaurant to speak with a Manager and keep getting the recording. I've left two voicemails in the past 35 minutes and still no call back. This is very bad customer service and I need to face reality this company not a 5-star anymore. I love Chick-fil-A. Eat at them all the time and this is the 1st location of ever found that does not do it right. Our orders were not correctly done. We ask for 2 grilled spicy Deluxe chicken sandwiches with no cheese but the cheese was there anyway. We asked for mustard and got all kinds of sauces but no mustard. And there were no napkins. I love that we finally have a CFA out here in the Valley Ranch Area we go all the time! But The staff that takes your order through the drive thru always seem bothered to be taking your order. And I always make my meal a large, and pay extra for the bigger size of course, but my fries are always half way filled. We stopped here on our way to a festival. I placed a mobile order and went inside to wait for my order. When my order was ready, it was placed in the Uber pick up shelf without any drinks (3 lemonades and 1 iced coffee). Once I went through the bag, no sauces or silverware were included. I asked for the drinks and was brought a frozen coffee instead. I asked for iced coffee and was brought it with the milkshake lid on top and almost spilled it when I got in the car bc it doesn't fit. The condiments station was not stocked with anything except napkins. I understand they were busy but nothing was stocked, no one was smiling and no one attempted to apologize on behalf of the restaurant and staff. No my pleasure that you hear at the other locations. For the people that attended us we noticed we received poor mannerism as maybe opposed to others . Lack of repeating our menu items back and could've gone about taking our order in a more polite way but I can't stand that I don't wanna be here attitude especially when we love CFA so much .. In conclusion because of the lack of better communication with your customers, I received our items which were incorrect and did not get any of the condiments I actually asked for and failed to get my salad side items . Very disappointed in the quality of breakfast at this location. Arrived at 6:30AM Saturday so 30 min after opening. Very few customers (2) inside and maybe 3 cars at the drive through. We ordered two Chicken biscuits and a bacon egg cheese biscuit. First, hubby's biscuit was in pieces and appeared to be missing pieces when he opened the wrapper around his bacon egg cheese sandwich. He struggled to eat it as the biscuit continued to fall apart and it was barely warm-not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Hash browns were over cooked. My chicken biscuit was fine. Biscuit was intact but a little smaller than usual, chicken was ok. We opened the second chicken biscuit and could not believe how small the chicken serving was (see photo). We would have let the broken biscuit issue slide, but the mini chicken serving and awful hash browns were too much. We also didn't feel the service was as on the ball as other Chick-fil-a restaurants. Maybe it was too early. We are generally so much more pleased with food and service at other locations. read more

Went about 5-7 miles out of my way to get this on the way home. Ordered the 12 piece meal. Service was fast, but I guess at a cost. Drank my coke on the way home. Not hard considering when I took the lid off it was 3/4 the way filled with ice. Which means it started out with more since I took the lid off after the drink went too fast. Kind of used to any fast food place doing that. Just not used to driving home to find out my meal was missing the fries. 9-10 miles was not worth going back to complain.
