    Spicy Chicken Ramen Bowl

Best Ramen Bowl. I can't get enough. I have tried several in Houston and this is the best in my opinion. So flavorful. They will customize to your preferred ingredients.

We tried the spicy poke bowl and some appetizers which were tasty. We also got a rainbow roll which was just ok but won't let that stop us from coming back for a second try. The decor is very nice but the dining room walls and booths could use a good cleaning.

Service was good. Food was good too. I had the spicy chicken ramen with great flavor. She had the pineapple fried rice and was good as well. I am sure we will go back and try more food. Ambiance was average.

    Chicken katsu don

Delicious, good portion size. Chicken katsu don came with miso soup and side rice. 4.3/5

Decided to try this place out. The food was surprisingly really good. It's a small place. Somewhere to grab a quick Friday night dinner. Relaxed atmosphere. The food came out fast. The wait staff is good. The portion size of the ramen is huge. No need to get extra soup like most ramen places if tried. They also give you the cutest little ladle to eat your soup with. (so cute).

Came here with my cousin for lunch on a Wednesday. I had been to another Airi Ramen, so I wanted to check this one out! Just like the Airi Ramen location, this one had great staff and food! We started with some edamame while waiting for our ramen, and it was the perfect start to our meal, nice and hot with just the right hint of salt. Our ramen came out quickly and was delicous. The wonton ramen had a lot of wontons, and they had a nice and juicy chicken filling. This location is a bit bigger than the other one I have been to. It had beautiful lantern decorations

    Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen

The food was excellent and fresh! I had the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen and it was absolutely delicious. If you want to take it up a level and you like spice, I would suggest adding chili oil. The service was fast and the staff were courteous. They take care of their customers. I will say that the restaurant is small and cozy. It would be great to get orders to go if we lived closer. The only reason the review is not a 5 star review is because the pork chashu was a little over seared making it tough and crunchy on the outside, but not in a good way. I plan on trying another menu item next time! Overall, it is one of the best ramen places I've tried!

    Spicy Tuna Roll

I haven't been here since they renovated, and I must say it looks really nice now! Before it was dark and kind of dingy, now it's lighter and brighter! It seems like they've expanded but I'm not too sure, maybe the renovation made it look bigger than before. So onto the food, my husband and I weren't too hungry but wanted a light lunch so we got takoyaki, basil chicken karaage, and spicy tuna roll. The karaage came out piping hot which is a good thing since it's fresh, couldn't really taste the basil but can't go wrong with popcorn chicken! The takoyaki is one of my faves, I always order it! The spicy tuna roll was just the right amount of spice, some places make it way too spicy. However I'm used to spicy tuna made spicy with the spicy mayo rather than a dry spicy seasoning, so a tad disappointed in that but that maybe a regional thing. Anyway if you haven't been since the reno, definitely go back as the vibe in there is much better!

Spicy miso is excellent! It's my go to. The chicken ramen is great, but I always default to the spicy miso

I got their wagyu nigiri, which comes with two pieces, and their signature ramen. The signature ramen is well-balanced and is creamy. You can definitely tell that the noodles are hand-made. The noodles are curly and bouncy, and I really enjoy their texture. All the meats within the signature are tender and soft, melting in your mouth. The ramen here is a bit pricier than other locations, but I do believe the quality and freshness of the ramen really shows. The wagyu nigiri was good, but nothing special per se. The meat was quite thin and was a bit lackluster. The interior is quite small, which leads to some wait time. I recommend going earlier before they open to secure a spot and to avoid long wait times. Parking can also get crazy in the plaza during the weekends. Staff was quick and attentive. I definitely will be visiting more now that they are in Houston and look forward to trying their other ramen flavors!

The Spicy toripaitan ramen was more balanced and a better choice in my opinion. Although the taste of chicken broth was missing in both dishes. I'm proud that they have servers of this caliber at Asian restaurants in Houston, TX. Usually you see professional servers at upscale restaurants. There was a busboy there towards the end, and even he was super professional. Whoever the manager is at this location, you guys are doing an outstanding job training the staff here. Keep up the good work! 2. Price - about $15/bowl. 3. Ambiance - The decor here is beautiful. There are natural lighting from the front, with wood panels everywhere, lanterns hung high. They did a nice job decorating the place and you definitely feel as if you're in Japan somewhere. 4. Food - This is where this place shines compare to all the ramen places in Houston. They have the option of low sodium broth. I took one sip, and it felt like home cooked Ramen. I'm not talking about instant ramen that you buy from the store, but the ramen made from scratch. I often go to ramen places in Houston and I dread going because I know how salty they taste. There are 2 other locations I have in mind in Houston that are also my favorites. But I would say this is not bad compared to the bowl of ramen I had in Narita, Japan. If you're wondering what I've ordered, it was the CHICKEN RICH RAMEN and make sure to request for low sodium. 5. Cleanliness - Dining area is well kept, clean, and the busboy is on top of things. The restroom is questionable. The personal restroom doors are hard to close and lock. For management, have a look at the restrooms and see if you can improve things. SUMMARY: I would definitely come back. It is just THAT GOOD!
