Some of the shredded lettuce was beginning to turn brown, the tomato was barely on the sandwich, and there was very little mayonnaise. Most disappointing, however, was that the sandwich was cold by the time I got home--and I live only about three minutes away. A freshly prepared grilled chicken sandwich should not be served cold.
