Running a little ahead of schedule, I stopped here at this Chick-fil-A for a quick bathroom break and an order of waffle fries to go. The drive through looked to be hopping, but I was inside. I've lived in Niceville for 3 years, and this is the worst Chickfla I have ever been too.... about 3 weeks ago i walked inside for some nuggets and there were only me and a few Door Dash workers and they said they'd be eight with me while I stood right in front of the cash register.. and I stood there for about 20min then I just left. It could've been longer. Then yesterday my friend ans I went up there and were going to get lunch in the drive thru and we ask the girl working outside for a menu and she got an attitude and just showed up the tablet and didnt say a word to us... very uncomfortable and unprofessional.... this chifla makes them look like a disgrace........ I would recommend this one to anyone. I love going to chifla mostly for their professionalism and hospitality... I'm glad to see that one of my favorite fast food restaurants has opened in Niceville. The dive-thru has two lanes which helps to cut down on the wait time when going through the drive-thru, but unfortunately you have to merge back into one lane once you place your order. I can see this causing numerous accidents or angry people (who will think you just cut them off). The food is always very tasty and the place is clean because it did just recently open up. Other than an awkward location due to the traffic from the Wal-Mart nearby, I'm happy to get my Chick-fil-A fix closer than ever. read more

I love chick fil a and this one does not disappoint. The food is consistent throughout the chain and is always yummy. I do have to say the table we were sitting at had some greasy spots on it and we had to ask several times for it to be cleaned up but they eventually got to it. The cashier we were dealing with was a trainee so I am wondering if that is why. read more

If you're looking for chicken biscuits, you'll find higher quality at the McDonalds down the street. Been here half a dozen times for breakfast and I honestly have to say I am extremely disappointed with their standards. The chicken biscuits have tiny slivers of chicken on them that I'd feel better saying was a breaded chicken paste plopped on a microwaved biscuit. Their breakfast is a sore excuse as far as food quality goes, and made me feel like I wasted my money. The Chick-Fil-A in Wright is much better and I'd dare say it's worth the drive to get as far away from this one as possible. read more

A group of five of us guys came in here after getting off the airplane and before teeing off for a round of golf. We were all hungry but lacked time and knew Chik Fil A would provide sustenance at a fairly quick pace. We ordered our food, got in the car, and hit the road. We found out after getting down the road a bit that we were missing 4 of the 5 orders of fries that we placed. 5 guys splitting one order of waffle fries is a travesty. Chick-fil-A is great place to eat but their so strict about their breakfast. Today when we were going about to eat their breakfast we pulled up to their drive thru at 10:29am. Then they made us wait about 5 minutes so that it was past 10:30am. When they finally came up to ask what we wanted it was to late. Besides that Chick-fil-A doesn't treat my stomach well. When I moved to Florida it was like that every time I went to Chick-fil-A. Before that where I used to live, my stomach was perfectly fine after every meal of Chick-fil-A I had. Overall place to eat but I wouldn't suggest it for a nice lunch. read more

We love Chick-fil-A in our town. Lovely staff. The food is consistently good. They have Gluten Free options. The fryer for the waffle fries is a dedicated fryer so no cross contamination there and the grilled chicken is delicious. We do the drive thru to get the waffle fries for my grandson with celiac disease. Its the quickest safe go to spot when we are out and he gets hungry. We have never ever had any issues with the food being cross contaminated. It is wonderful to have a place to go to that has such nice people and is safe for us to eat. read more

Terrible customer service for a Chick-fil-A they work very inefficiently one of the worst I've ever been to.

I think it took entirely too long in drive thru. We just moved to Niceville, FL nd I was a bit disappointed as I love Chick-fil-A and went there alot in Virginia beach. The waffle fries were kind of hard and cold. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Just think they need more efficient processes (iPad ordering,etc...like other locations in U.S. I just didnt extensive research on Chick-fil-A for my masters class. I do appreciate what they stand for and I will continue to eat there. read more

This is probably one of the best chik fil a's I have ever been to. Of course the food was great as usual but that's not only why this one was wonderful. The service here was outstanding. Even the manager came up to us and asked how everything was and refilled our drinks. Even though we were four really loud college girls, no one told us to be quiet or kicked us out. Only positions good service. At the end before we left, one of the girls came up and said with some mints in a basket, "this is to thank you that you came and visited us" anyways. Getting ready to host a HUGE national event at a nearby college and thought it would be awesome to partner with the local Chick Fil A as we do at our other events to accommodate our dining needs. I have received not only the worst customer service EVER from a Chick Fil A, but from any restaurant from Kelly Sterett. I reached out to Kelly a month ago, my emails went unanswered, and when I did speak with her she tried to blame me in regards to late follow up. She never once apologized for not responding back, AND she rudely told me delivery would not be an option for our event because she had other events that took precedence at the time. We were talking about ordering HUNDREDS of sandwiches, not that that would push us to the "front of the line" or anything, but it's almost as if she was purposely trying not to be helpful. I will post this review amongst others MANY MANY times on several different forums so that anyone who plans on doing a large event and spending their money DOES NOT do so with this Chick Fil A. Not to mention the event is powered by a non profit that benefits children diagnosed with leukemia. Way to go guys! read more
