If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is the slowest Chick Fil A I have ever been to - anywhere in the country. I have repeatedly experienced longer than reasonable drive thru service, mostly in the morning but even at other times of the day. This morning (a Thursday at 7:35 a.m.) there were only a handful of cars in front of me...How did it take over 15 minutes for me to get my food? There was a good 10 minutes that the line never moved a single inch! This is unacceptable, particularly in the morning as folks are trying to get to work. I finally got my breakfast, which should have included an UNsweet tea but instead was served a large, sugary sweet tea. Not the first time this has happened at that location and I will not be back. Stopped for breakfast. Dined in. Was surprised they don't serve decaf coffee. Ordered spicy chicken biscuit meal and regular chicken biscuit meal. Both were fresh and tasty. Hash rounds were a little greasy. Counter service only today. I've read the negative reviews about the table service- I've enjoyed being able to order at the table and have the food delivered to the table. Even enjoyed the gentleman who has the comic intent. I think people need chill out and enjoy life. They aren't eating at a 5 star restaurant in the first place. read more

Came here for the opening day on Dec 19 & absolutely loved it. Clearly I wasn't the only one w this brite idea as their massive parking lot was full! Warmly greeted upon entering & was seated rite away w my bestie & 89 yr old dad. The place was bustling & busy but we were constantly asked if all was well. Within minutes had a server come & take our order. All was done via a tablet including the payment. Food came out not even five mins later. There's a kids playground in the back. We were never rushed & was fun to see how many different size groups would come in...young old couples families & clearly many devoted fans as they would come up & hug the staff. They have a concept here where there are 2 mobil lines. One is for placing your order with a Chik Fil A associate, and waiting in line for your food, like anywhere else. The other is a linen for those that placed and payed for their orders online, and just need to pick up their food. There are no food pickup parking areas like other locations. Every time I go here, someone, or someones, has gotten in the pickup line instead of the order line, and reaches the pickup area, and instead of the employees telling them to go back around and get in the proper line, they take the idiots orders! This holds up everyone behind in line that just wants to pick up their food and go! Today, there was one car that placed a catering order! It took them 10 minutes to place the order and for them to prepare 4 huge bags of food, all the while blocking the lane. The next 2 behind them in line also placed orders. I was in line 15 minutes to pick up food and go, at lunchtime! Ridiculous! When I said something to the Chil Fil A employee about having to wait 15 minutes while people placed orders in the wrong line, he told me I had to be more flexible! What an ass! Chik Fil A seems to have installed a new concept without enough thought and development, and the local employees are stuck trying to make it work. Stopped at the newest Chic Fil A for lunch and, based on most of the experience , especially the grossness of the chicken wrap, it will take me a long time to return. First they had the sign directing you to wait in line for a dine in. That caused a delay for several of us. Finally they told us to sit and they would take our order. Next, the server thought he was a stand up comedian and not appreciate by this customer! Took 3 times as long at least to order and they were busy and backed up. I ordered the overpriced chicken wrap meal. It came almost immediately with no sauce as ordered. It was disgusting! There was at least 6 times as much wilty lettuce as there was ice cold, previously grilled chopped chicken that had a speck of almost frozen shredded cheese. Took at least 5 minutes to get a server's attention to get the dressing. Believe me, it didn't help. While disgusted by my meal, I watch the circus around me! One table of 7 took almost 15 minutes to order basically due the jokes and antics of Mr. comic server. The people next to me were there waiting while the other order taker told her vacation saga to another couple! Runners were back and forth but never meeting eye contact with someone looking for assistance. A manager did check in with some of us. I did tell her my disappointment and after looking at the wrap she said it looked perfect! She did give me a chicken sandwich to go. I was SHOCKED!! To see this location with such poor reviews. First of all, as per usual with chick fil a, the place is exceptionally clean. Secondly, there is a beautiful little playground inside air conditioning for the little ones, which is really hard to find anymore. Third, but possibly most importantly, there is a gentleman working at this location named "Mr. Mark" (that's what his name tag says) and he ALWAYS makes the chick-fil-a experience phenomenal. My kids were being a little rambunctious whilst I was trying to order, and to my (and my kids) complete shock, Mark was showing them a magic trick. I almost couldn't believe what was happening. Definitely stop by this location, and if you're here, I hope it is Mr. Mark's distinct pleasure to serve you! read more

This is the slowest and worst Chick-fil-A we have been to and we have gone to many. They were super slow and my grilled chicken sandwich was not even warm. Also the bun was not even fresh like my husband's bun was and they usually are. I would choose another restaurant ! Next time we will go across the street to Culver's read more

My go-to menu item is just the original Chick-fil-a sandwich and I add a little mayo. Absolutely delicious. I also enjoy their salads. Service is above and beyond. Restrooms are spotless. They have the drive through down to a science. read more

Absolute failure on all points. The new service model is horrible, there's people running into people. Also note there is one toilet for a dining room that seats hundreds. Women were using the men's because the line was so long. Then the auto trash can was broken, so all the trash just piled up.. read more

Stopped in to have a early dinner at 2:55 PM on Friday 29 March 2024. They have a new system to take orders, there is no order counter, you sit down and they come and take your order, or that is what is supposed to happen. I sat there for over 15 minutes and watched 3 other tables be cleaned, new patrons sit down and their orders taken but not one employee ever even acknowledged that I was there. I was totally ignored. I don't know if they just hate proud retired military members, as I was wearing a hat the said U.S. Air Force or what but I would not recommend this establishment to anyone that expects to be treated with any form of respect. read more

I just arrived home after waiting 15 mins in the drive thru. Basically, my whole order was wrong! I checked my receipt and the person placed the order correctly. My tea had no splenda, I had only one dressing although I order AND paid for two and my SW Chicken salad had no toppings to go on it..pepitas, tortilla strips! I am livid! The new Chik Fila has the worst wait time and worst service. Chik Fila what happened to you!?!?! I tried to call to speak to a mgr and it went to voicemail.
