I ordered KFC's Chicken Pot Pies on Nov. 30, Dec. 12, & Dec. 23 via DoorDash - instead of the store informing me they were out of stock (in 2024 when they had a decent manager, they called me & made a substitution), they substituted with those unhealthy cheezy Bowls, which is careless for lactose intolerant customers. These all went right in the trash. I called to speak to the manager on 12/23 who didn't care to explain why & hung up on me. I wish I had his name. Is this the way you treat neighborhood customers? Very poor management, perhaps figure out your inventory on popular items? Seems like this location doesn't care by the looks of the reviews. read more

1. I did not receive the food I ordered from drive through. I ordered and paid for #7 3 pieces of white meat for which I paid extra. What I got was 2 pieces of dark meat. 2.I take blame for this: I was not given the receipt so I cannot be credited even though they have my credit card in their system. If I could give this KFC Zero stars I would. I went on October 1, 2025. In the evening. I purchased a family meal. I asked for half original and half crunchy. They gave the crunchy and I never got the original. I had to drive all the was back to get the missing chicken. The service is horrible they were rude. They gave me some nasty chicken. The pieces were small and nasty. I had to go inside and asked for my money back. They made me wait so long. The manager came and acted like he didn't know why I was there. They talking about me in the office. After like 30 minutes waiting he came out made me wait again acted like he was giving me a refund like I asked. Put the food in the garbage and acted like he gave me a refund. I walked out and checked my account. He didn't give a refund. He said wait a few days. I have and still no refund. Had to stop through Ocala on the way home. Due to heavy traffic on the interstate I got off on exit 350 to grab a snack and kill some time. I use to live right by this KFC & the customer service has always been very off. I'm very big on being greeted so when people at the speaker or window don't greet & ask what can I get you or only tell you your total... it makes me feel like I'm botHering them. I worked for McDonald's when I was 15 then just a one other food service job. But mostly customers careers. I'd never just say "$5.37" when someone pulls to the window. But it seems as if this is becoming a thing & is tolerated nationwide. In regards to the food... their hot wings are terrible! They are so small and dried out with no flavor. Note- this was the first time I have placed an order in over twenty years, because the quality of their product became lacking. Took my son there today at 11 am and ordered a 12 piece meal with two drinks. The people behind the counter seemed more interested in messing with each other and talking about how long they had left to work there, than in paying attention to filling the order correctly. We paid over $47 for the meal, which was a shock, in and off itself and decided to take the order home. Once opened we found the chicken had very little meat, the side containers were not filled to the top, as in the past and they forgot to provide us with the 6 biscuits listed on their menu, which upset my wife. Also, the soda had very little fizz, so someone forgot to change out the boxes. So here we are again folks, just another company asking us to pay four times the cost of the product and they can't even provide you with what you have paid for. Love KFC food and sides however this location is always out of sides and featured items. Service is just okay. The restaurant needs a makeover. When choosing sides on meals/specials more flexibility please! Prices are high, so we tend to go to their competitor unless we have to have KFC. read more

The last time i came here it was a little over an hour before closing and they were sending everyone away saying they were out of everything. The staff here is lazy the tomes that i have been here they tend to get my order wrong or forget items and on the off chance that you get your complete order straight away the food tastes stale or is served cold. Stopped here on a road trip. Ordered "crispy" chicken bucket, all chicken was soggy. I ordered the mac and cheese and a french fry was in it. The cashier gave us no utensils for our side items. For the wait, the staff offered to switch out one of the mad she'd potatoes for a Mac and cheese which is against the policy for the fill-up. They also offered free drinks for the wait. I usually come here every now and then to buy their chicken sandwiches. This time there was an issue with the meat consistency. The chicken is usually tender and breaks apart naturally as I chew, but this time it was like chewing gum, it didn't break down. From the generous amount of potatoes to gravy, it was like, you couldn't ask for more. Corn could have been more than a few but to cut this short; overall the food was fabulous. Simply Fabulous. Stopped at this location for a quick pick-up family meal. First thing anyone would notice is how dirty this establishment is. The floors were dirty with a lot of scattered food, a mess by the beverage machine had an obvious spill (and instead of having it cleaned up, caution signs were placed), and many table tops clearly needed to be cleaned. Went to KFC on Hwy 200 & I 75 on Sunday before Christmas @ 5:15 pm. Upon placing order for $20 bucket, asked for chrispy, with potato wedges instead of mashed and gravy. Was told no chicken for 20 min. Had driven over 6 miles so said I would wait. Waited 30 min, went to window, and was told"it's coming". Went I got home had wedges and mashed and gravy but no biscuits. Chicken was greasy, but cooked through. Their response to no chicken ready was, "did not anticipate the rush".
