My favorite is the fried Chick-Fil-A Deluxe sandwich with pepper Jack cheese followed by the delicious Chicken Biscuit & honey. They also have grilled Chicken breast, but I love fried and they use peanut oil which gives great flavor. I had placed an order today for delivery by the chick fill a store and was missing an item. I didn't think it'd be a big deal to call for a refund since I didn't receive my food. Wrong, I called the store and got into touch with store leadership (he didn't give me his name) and when I had asked for a refund he said that refunds aren't done on the store front that I had to get into touch with the Cares Team of Chick-fill-a. He faked trying to transfer me to that team and then hung up on me. I promptly called the store back and he completely avoided talking to me, staying silent the entire time, and transferred me to the cares team. Once I got into contact they informed me they would make report and that the stores are independently owned so the cares team couldn't issue the refund. I then told the lady on the phone that they had told me otherwise, so that team leader lied to my face. I'm so upset I wasn't asking for them to turn around with more food I just wanted my money but they are just going to lie out of responsibility.
