    Avocado toast
    Juliette L.

Came here after voting for a late lunch with my son. He had the avocado toast and I had the vegetarian Mediterranean sandwich on sourdough. I honestly didn't expect our food to be this good. My son said the avocado toast was the best he's ever had, and I enjoyed my sandwich. We also took home a country sourdough loaf since, my youngest loves toast for breakfast. Wished this place was closer to us, but we will just have to do lunch here again when we are nearby. Pro tip: bring your own water bottle, because the complimentary water station is tiny, and if you're a thirsty person like me--you'll need to BYOW. Otherwise, great service, and great food!

Beet toast and Holley roller espresso and cream donut

Went on a Saturday morning and it had steady flow but didn't have an issue finding a table and the service was super quick! The toast was to die for and the Holley roller donut shop being located in the market was a great surprise for a sweet treat! The vibe was super cool and would be so fun to go back for an afternoon patio moment!

Turkey sandwich and golden turmeric latte

Busy Sunday place, but fast service. The turkey sandwich on focaccia was perfect. I loved the onions and banana peppers on it as well. I wasn't a huge fan of the golden latte, but I think it's just personal preference. Cute ambiance inside.

When you walk through the front, you immediately feel welcome and cozy. I plan to return in the warmer weather to enjoy the atmosphere. For this trip, we grabbed a few items to go. We selected a blueberry muffin with an orange glaze. The glaze was flavorful and the blueberries were tart which was nice. We also selected 2 cookies. We had the peanut butter miso. The flavor was great but the cookie was a bit greasy for my husband's liking. We also shared the oatmeal cookie. This was my favorite of the 3 items we tried. I liked the texture and taste. The service was super friendly. We asked lots of questions about the options because my husband cannot have cream cheese.

Little Green Salad - no toppings, just lettuce
    April K.

My work ordered lunches for some of us and I was not impressed. I had spicy corn chowder and it was powdery and separated. I also got the little green salad and it was just lettuce. None of the toppings that were listed on the menu. The vinaigrette dressing was tasty but just plane lettuce was not. I had 3 whole bites and threw it all away. (Pics included)

I went on a Saturday morning for breakfast. It was pretty busy but we got a seat outside since the weather was nice. I tried the breakfast sandwich and a matcha and my husband got a hot coffee and a salmon toast. Everything was delicious!

hot Chai Latte with oat milk and cinnamon.

Only 4 stars bc of the end. This is the cutest spot! I've been here before but a few years ago so now I've gotten to try it and remember. The inside and outside was so cute! I really liked the outdoor seating options although we sat inside. The service was pretty fast & done with detail! I ordered a hot chai latte with cinnamon and oat milk & it was one of the best I've had in a while. Overall I enjoyed my experience, and my friend and I had our babies and nobody made a fuss nor batted an eye. In case the company sees this I would like to mention a staff member you have there. Either give her a raise or buy them but they (she? i don't wanna assume) needs new shoes. They were sneaker flip flops & I don't say this to make them feel bad or with any judgement at all. I have been there, I get it. But to work with this person or ever be their manager and see this and not do anything I couldn't imagine. I've been a manager in the food industry before and I could never. I'll buy the shoes if need be but somebody get that baby some! It is getting too cold.

Such a cozy little cafe tucked away on 30th street! I love the little patio they have out front. Stopped in here for a coffee and noticed they had some pastries from yesterday 1/2 off and oh my goodness the cherry chocolate scone was AMAZING! I will definitely be back for that alone. I also really enjoyed my snickerdoodle matcha, a unique combination of flavor!

    Italian sandwich

Food was good but I find it a bit pricey. We spent over $40 for two of us. Kind of pricey for a self serve sandwich shop.

30th St Market is still my favorite place to grab something healthy and full of exciting flavors. The staff is always super kind and the patio is my favorite place to veg and enjoy whatever treat I purchased from the market. Totally stop in for something amazing and to check out their ever changing seasonal specials.

    4/10/24 Pastrami sandwich

I knew this place was going to be amazing as soon as I walked in the door from the aroma. Inside was so fresh, local, hip, and industrial and all at same time. I loved my Pastrami sandwich!! Everything about it was perfect! I could taste the love, time, and effort spent preparing it. I will most definitely be back!

Such a cute spot with great big windows, ample seating, and local artwork. The coffee was great, and food was delicious. Everything was served hot and quickly. They're also dog friendly which was a huge plus - our little fur ball loved the pumpkin treat we got there too. I loved elemental coffee so much that even though I am not local to the cafe, I ordered a gift card for a co worker in the area on a bad day - because I trust this place can brighten most anyone's day. If I am ever back in OKC, you can guarantee my visit!

That price isn't even including a tip. This place has always been pricier than the rest, but a couple years ago they used to give your to-go coffees in a mason jar so it was justified. Now the mason jars are gone, the cups are barely bigger than a claw clip, and somehow they're charging even more. This was my fourth time here and I wanted to give them another shot, but it'll have to be my last try. You can get much better coffee at a much more fair price at other places in the city. The only strength Elemental has is that it has a bit longer food menu than other cafes, but if you're paying more than $20 for a tiny coffee and a mediocre snack then you are wasting your time and money. Also, I don't expect you to yell a welcome or fall on your knees to greet me when I walk in, but the service here is miserable and always has been. The barista asked me how I was doing, to which I said good thank you, then just stared at me for a good few seconds. I guess that means go ahead and order here. A simple "what would you like today" would suffice. Most places you get used to waiting a second while the barista prepares the system, so if that's not the case, just say something. Then they hand you your to-go drink without a lid, because the $9.50 you spent doesn't cover that level of labor and you need to do it yourself. I love to support our local coffee shops here in OKC, but you'll never find me recommending Elemental. Which is a shame, because the mason jars in my cabinet at home are a good reminder of when they served unique and fairly priced coffee. I am so thoroughly disappointed that I made an account just to say this. At least the espresso is okay.

The most signage was a piece of paper that said Quincy's so keep an eye out. Their choices were pretty slim. They might have had at most 8 different choices, which is fine, but only one of each for a few items. This was about 10am. Their specialty chocolate pastry was really good. It had a good chocolate flavor without being too indulgent. Their blueberry lemon scone was not good at all. Super dry, the flavor was more of flour if anything. I also bought a sugar cookie which my daughter loved, but I just couldn't get over paying $6 for the scone my husband and I didn't care for. Otherwise the other two items were good.
